Saw all the reviews and pictures and had to check it out myself. The menu has so many good sounding items. First, parking can be a headache if you've been towed from street parking before but did find a park right in front of the hair salon directly across from the restaurant. We got there a little after 11a and was able to seat self. The menu is QR scan and 20% gratuity is included. The service was definitely worth the included gratuity. Ordered Julio's tacos and full moon with bacon & apple pancakes and a side of cheesy grits. Great things were said about the cheesy grits. I loved the pancakes mostly. I would come back to try more of the menu. My downside is how small the space can feel and dark. We sat by a window so we had light. I'd go check out the one on Light street to see if its a different experience.

I had the 'Sin Roll French Toast' and the 'G&G Country Scramble.' Starting with the French Toast. It was perfect. They take one of their homemade cinnamon rolls, batter and fry it like traditional french toast. No complaints here. The G&G Country Scramble was good. And the picture doesn't do it justice. There's a lot there. A homemade biscuit topped with bacon eggs, sausage gravy and cheese and hash browns. With all of that I was expecting a bit more flavor. I did find myself needing to sprinkle a little salt and pepper. The dining in feels a little silly at this point, I'm assuming due to covid so, you're handed a bottled water and plastic utensils in plastic wrapping to get you started... The menu is also only accessible from a QR code on the table. I appreciate the efforts to reduce passing germs but in a small location like this it's unavoidable really. I'd rather drink out of a glass cup and using plastic utensils presented a small extra obstacle when eating. Minor gripes. Food and service were great. Can't wait to go back. Edit: Went back the following morning for the famous Cap n Crunch French Toast. Totally worth it.

My husband and I have been trying to get to this restaurant for months! Yesterday we were finally able to visit and it was well worth the wait! I had their Mexican scramble, which also comes as an omelette (pictured below). It came with hash which was also very delicious! My husband had their simple breakfast which was eggs, bacon and cheese grits that I took from him because they were so good☺️ Unless you arrive when they open, you will likely have to wait 30 mins/1 hour+ because the restaurant is small and has minimal seating. The staff work fast and they get to you quickly. We came for Veteran’s Day and received half off when my husband showed his military ID. We enjoyed our meal and they thanked him for his service. Great place with good food and nice decor, we hope to return asap!

First time and DEFINITELY not the last time that I will be visiting. When you come in everyone is super nice, they have a waiting list but it goes by quickly because their customer service is next level. THE FREAKING food is WOW! I got the Sin Roll French Toast and I swear I wanted to cry because of how amazing it tasted. Shelly was our waitress and she was super attentive, hyper and ready to serve. I already told my friends and people that I know in the area to come by because WOW this is worth it! Check their menu, they have so many options and the portions are great!

I went here for the first time recently. I went on a weekday, during brunch hours, so there wasn't much traffic. Which was perfect. There is street parking for this area. It is in walking distance of a cute boardwalk, near the water. Inside the restaurant is a bit small, but it is welcoming. There is one bathroom, that all patrons share. That is the only down side for me. The service was great. The server was very attentive and got everything right. The food was delicious. No complaints at all from anyone in my party. They made any alters and accommodations that we needed to our food that we ask. I would definitely eat here again.

I first came here 6+ years ago. It was packed and I couldn't get a table. I came back later that evening to try it. It was worth it. I recently tried to go last week but they were closed for renovations. Did not realize Blue Moon Too existed. The Food: Captain Crunch French Toast - This is the very famous and unique style of French toast everyone comes here to try. It's definitely worth the hype. Sweet Baby Jesus - This is simply the next best thing on the menu. You can't go wrong with a glorious Eggs Benedict.

The best breakfast food ever!!! Friendly service but you will likely have a long wait at busy times. We got the Sweet Baby Jesus, breakfast tacos, and a cinnamon roll which my wife said was the best she has ever had. All 3 were amazing and there were so many more things we wish we could have tried

This isn't my 1st time here and it definitely won't be my last! Every time I come I have a great experience so needless to say they get a 5 star rating from Me. You ever been somewhere the cons are so over shadowed by the pros that the cons don't even matter? The food is great the service is great all 10's if I'm being completely honest! Other than the wait for a table is outside because of the size of the place, and my spicy omelet not being spicy the place still deserves a 5 star rating. If I could offer some positive advice it would be heat lamps outside for the waiting patrons. We are okay waiting 35 to 45 mins for a table because we know it's worth it, can we not have to do it in the cold though?

Love this place for their brunch. Great serving sizes and decent pricing. Captain crunch french toast is amazing; try it once! Nice cozy atmosphere. Only wish you could make a reservation-- they use the walk in and write your name on a notepad method but the wait wasn't too bad on a Saturday around 1015am (around 45 min) Pictured: 3 cheese omelet with hashbrowns, side of turkey sausage links and captain crunch french toast

I’ve come to this place a few times the food is so good! If you want to find a cheap place to eat or a quick bite this isn’t where you want to go. The wait time is usually anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours on the weekends and after you sit down another 45 min or more to get your food. For my meal including a coffee it was $38 before taxes and tip. I definitely have to check out the new location. Overall I recommend if you have the time.

Located in Baltimore's Fells Point neighborhood, the Blue Moon offers wonderful breakfast fare. Its menus had lots of egg options. I selected the Crab Omelet. It was amazing. Coffee is superb. Their cinnamon roll is spectacular with doughy bun and tasty cream topping. The restaurant staff is very attentive and helpful. The wait for a seat was not too bad: I opted to sit outside and enjoy the morning light and urban vibe. Don't miss the inside decorations that give character to the restaurant. Definitely plan to return to explore the menu.

As many of the reviews suggest, GET the Captain Crunch French Toast. It was surprisingly not overbearingly sweet and had a very satisfying soft crunch and fluffy interior. The fruit added a nice touch of refreshing flavor to the entire dish. I'm not a fan of sweet desserts but I was very satisfied with the Captain Crunch French Toast. We also had the banana foster, which was good but definitely for sweet tooths. We had to take it home because the sweetness was a bit much for us, but then again me and my girlfriend and not huge fans of super-sweet things. Dining area does feel a bit crammed and the interior is a bit dark, but the service is wonderful. We accidentally ordered off the QR code menu (you are supposed to order in-person and just look at the online menu) and the staff was very quick and polite in accommodating for our mistake. Again, if you are here, just get the Captain Crunch French toast.

Amazing breakfast/brunch spot with really fun and elaborate dishes. We ordered a cinnamon bun to share, cap n crunch french toast and two sweet baby jesus. Each plate was deliciously flavorful and rich. We waited 40 minutes for a table for three on a Sunday.

This place is absolutely incredible! I was surprised by the selection of food, and decided to go with one of the more elaborate specials. The 'Shut the Fluff Up French Toast' (pictured), and my Sibby got the Pumpkin pancakes. We also shared an order of Bacon Dippers, as well as a Sin Roll, and it was essentially the best cinnamon roll ever, it was the size of my head. I don't usually go for this kind of thing normally - pancakes, waffles, french toast, sure! But I always shied away from the more... special specials...? I'd never had anything like this before, and I most certainly don't regret it. I should mention that the coffee was also fantastic, and I'd love to know what kind they use. In short - It was all amazing, I can't wait to try this place again. Also - I wish I had gotten a good picture of the storefront, as it looks beautiful with the living vines.

Very cool place! Excellent food! Very friendly staff!! I'm glad we went but normally wouldn't spend that much for breakfast. It's worth it for a special treat though!

The food was delicious. We had the crab Benedict and chocolate chips pancakes bacon and eggs. The staff is very friendly and made my 8 year old smile with the lively conversation. Had a bit of a wait but it was worth it.

Unique and funky, tiny neighborhood cafe has fabulous, fast service, even more fabulous Crab, tomato and spinach Benedict with the best hash browns ever! Love, love, love! Extensive menu, but we were on a mission to find a new and different way to have Maryland Blue Crab. Blue Moon Cafe did not disappoint and we’ll be back. Tip—mid-morning on a Tuesday meant no waiting. I can see why the wait on weekends is extensive. Having been there, I’d say the wait is worth it.

Excellent excellent excellent!!! Haven't been disappointed yet. The Hobo eggs were a hearty portion and I substituted turkey sausage for ham. My wife enjoyed her Chorizo Tacos and we loved the Captn Crunch French Toast. The fruit was fresh and the whipped cream was delightful. The orange juice was freshly squeezed as well. Can't wait to go back. Don't let your cooks go!!!

Pro: Get the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast. It taste just as good as it looks and sounds. Con: Waited an hour for a table. I think they should implement a reservation service for Sundays or other busy brunch days. Nonetheless the service was great and the food came out fast.

My overall impression was that this place was just ok. I thought some things were definitely overpriced such as the Cap n Crunch French toast. It was pretty good but I don’t think I want to spend another $20 again on it. They did have some other good food options that were reasonably priced and the portions were pretty big!

Great little breakfast spot with coffee and chill vibes. Terrific ambiance as well. The decor is so cool. Breakfast was legit too. I tried the Autumn omelet. With its sage sausage and tender apple slices, it was quite the treat. Hash browns might be the best I've ever had. Super crispy and seasoned perfectly. The pancakes have a great flavor. They are a bit on the dry side, but nothing the syrup can't fix.

Its.been 9 years since I've been back in the area and able to stop in here again. Its still delicious! Still amazing service too. I waited about 10-15 minutes to get a seat. It's well worth the short wait to eat the amazing food here. The two ladies working were very nice, and they worked very efficiently in a small are. I can't wait to get back here and have some amazing Cap'n crunch French toast again.

Blue Moon Cafe is a MUST when visiting Baltimore. This is of the most unique breakfast spots I've ever been to and the food was fantastic! Some of my personal favorites are the potato pancakes and bacon dippers. We sat at the bar and our waitress took care of us as if we were family! She definitely made our experience something to remember. If you enjoy one of a kind breakfast options, local art, and want to truly experience what Baltimore has to offer, then l'd highly recommend Blue Moon Cafe!
