I took my 93yr old Grandmom to Cazbar this afternoon for lunch. Wow! What an experience!! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. I informed them that it was our first time at a Turkish restaurant. They made sure we understood the menu, and made suggestions. We had a FABULOUS meal, and will return very soon with more family for a night of belly dancing. Grandmom promises to get up and dance too😂Thank you all for making our first experience THE BEST!!

The food portion was huge and the taste was amazing!!! The onion was super spicy but other than that I loved the rice and kebap. The lemon sorbet was spot on as well! And most amazingly, the belly dancing was so much fun!!! I would definitely recommend going there especially on Saturdays they have early dinner options (which was a great deal and we couldn't finish a set) and they have belly dancing at 630pm great performance. And my friend accidentally left the phone at the restaurant and they were super helpful to keep the phone for us. Overall great service great food and great atmosphere and I will come back again.

I seriously can't say enough about this place! Turkey was our 3rd stop on my husband & my date night tour around the world. It looks lovely on the outside but wow, the inside is incredibly amazing, we were not expecting to walk into a "fancy" restaurant but we did & it was the best one so far!!! The staff was awesome, music (like club music but not raunchy) was on but not drowning out our conversations, the drinks were top notch, the food...the food was so phenomenal that we both left w/o to go boxes (except for my dessert, I was stuffed at this point), the dessert was just perfect, I had a baklava cheese cake & my husband had something that reminded me of a flan but 1000x better! We will most certainly be coming back!!!

Went on a Sunday for lunch. It was hardly busy and the wait staff was attentive. I picked this place for the ambiance with the help of the Google map pictures. I was not disappointed. The beautiful glass lights and comfortable bar seating set the mood. Great for date night, office parties or drinks. I ordered a 3 course lunch with soup, dip and fresh bread followed by a lamb dish. Everything was flavorful, mild with Turkish spices (not spicy). Free parking; hard to see from the road.

This place is amazing. From the fancy Turkish decor to the ambiance and digital menu, I definitely recommend coming here. It’s really busy and for a good reason. It’s elegance, bar availability, drinks and delicious food makes it a wonderful experience. I am going back again just to try more stuff. The reviews are truly accurate.

The Turkish bread is da bomb! It's hot and very yum! The ambiance here is so beautiful and lovely. The food was tasty and very delicious. I'm planning to visit again on a Thursday/Friday/Saturday for the belly dancing they have...You should visit if you haven't already, you will love it.

I have been wanting to try Turkish coffee for a while now so my wife and I decided to visit Cazbar for brunch. The overall experience was a positive one. Pros: The baklava was delicious and my wife enjoyed the apple pie ice cream. We had the mixed baklava which came in original and chocolate. The seasoning on all of the food was on point. We had the Turkish pizza and shrimp casserole and they both were full of flavor. The serving size was great for my wife and I to share and have an enjoyable experience together. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. We also loved the decor. I haven't been to Turkey (yet), but the decor gave vibes of what I've imagined it to be like. Cons: I never had Turkish coffee before so I have nothing to compare it to, but it wasn't as strong as I was expecting. I prefer strong, black, espresso type coffee. It was pretty mild, somewhere in between a light-medium coffee. The baklava serving size was disappointing. I think 6 would've been sufficient. I only say this because they have two sizes, regular and large. What you see in the photo is a large order. I know around the world serving sizes are a lot smaller so it may be my American bias. The service was mostly great, but we had to grab our servers attention a few times for service. There was only one other party there besides me and my wife so it was pretty slow at the time. Not a huge deal, but I personally feel awkward when I have to grab the attention of my server. Conclusion: The overall experience was great. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning to enjoy dinner and the belly dancer show with our children. A date night at the bar also sounds nice. I feel the cons I experienced weren't significant and are mostly based on my personal bias so I decided to give 5 stars.

The food was delicious, and well presented. The decor was warm and cozy. The service was mediocre. The space is small, and it was full, but didn't feel crowded. I ordered a couple classic cocktails, which were too sweet for my taste, but thought maybe a Turkish twist? At one point the music turned up and a a beautiful bellydancer came out of nowhere! Dancing through the restaurant and interacting with the pateons. Definitely unexpected, but charming and memorable.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful date night at Cazbar! This was our first time dining here. The food was delicious (Sultan for two), service was impeccable, and the atmosphere, music, and belly dancer was amazing! We will definitely be back! We enjoyed the raspberry sorbet and high-quality, non-alcoholic drinks!

Food was absolutely delicious and something very new, serving the traditional Turkish cuisine. Right from the entrance the decor is something of a marvel, every inch of the restaurant is intentionally decorated adding to the ambience. The service was great as well we were given an extra salad on the house while one of the dishes were still being prepared. Ordered some baclava from the bakery to go!

I visited this place with my husband for his birthday after hearing a friend of mine talk about how nice it was. This place did not disappoint. The food is of high quality, and the portions are reasonable. The service was good as well as the food. I had the lamb moussaka. We missed the belly dancer so I will have to return.

Definitely would have been five stars but the owner would not accommodate our preferred seating although we had a large party of five. He was very dismissive. May be time for him to relinquish hospitality to someone more hospitable 👀. Other than that the wait staff and female hostess who tried to accommodate us were very good and the food was yummy. Enjoyed the belly dancers but the preferred seat would have been more comfy. $300 bill to not sit where we wanted and that table was never seated while we were there. I was introducing someone new to the area and everyone and we were all new to the restaurant. Well educated professional women that don’t mind spending money where we feel welcomed.

I went with some Arab friends and man was this place good. Their waiters all were very nice and caring! A+ they take care of you! The wait isn’t long. The lamb was pretty good! I wish I recall the names of the other dishes! Left with my tummy full. A little price but it’s worth it. Leaves your tastebuds feeling good! 😋

This is one of my favorite restaurants!! The food is so good. I have never been let down when i come here!! Do your self a favor and make sure you make a reservation before coming here. Especially on Saturday night. They put on a excellent belly dancing show on Saturday night. I do believe they have belly dancing during the weekday also.

A hidden gem in Baltimore city, the place is nicely designed and decorated. We didn't find any difficulty in finding a parking space so close to the restaurant which made it easy for us. :) The Food was simply amazing, we ordered the the small appetizer sampler which was really yummy specially Baba Ganouch & Hummus. We also ordered meet & chicken pies and both were really tasty. In Cazbar you will get the authentic turkish food. Give it a try

Turkish food was very delicious and had the middle eastern authenticity. Baklava at the end was super tasty, don't miss it! They have ample drinks options as there is a bar section as well. Lighting and music was relaxing. Overall very nice dining experience!

The place has a bar, dining tables, and a stage. It's a lively place but the music is not so loud that you can't have a conversation with someone. The staff is friendly and attentive, checked on multiple times even though it was different people checking in on me to see if I needed anything. The staff is considerate and asked if I could eat meat before making recommendations that I asked for. The food was hot and very tasty.

The food here was amazing! I have never had Turkish food and this made me want more. I went in the night they had belly dancing which was so fun! I wish that service was a bit better it took a while for or waiter to come and check on us. But I think that was also because he was working the bar. I will definitely be back to try out a different Kabob

My daughters took me here to celebrate my birthday last night and we had an amazing time. We really enjoyed our food especially dessert and the drinks were exceptional. Our server, Basak,S made sure that we never wanted for anything and was very polite. The belly dancing show just topped the night off. We will definitely be back.

First time visiting Cazbar, this place has great ambiance, high energy, very celebratory restaurant. The best part was the belly dancer. Our service wasn’t great, could’ve been better our server(mehmet) wasn’t attentive and very unenthusiastic with our table. He didn’t even introduce himself made and no suggestions , I had to ask another waiter for his name. The food however was very delicious. Great portions size, strong drinks, tasty Turkish delicacy’s.

Very good food, it just needed a little salt. The meat was tender but the beef kebap was delicious! We ordered a few dishes and shared. The bread was extremely soft. The location is beautiful. They have belly dancing on Thursday nights. I really enjoyed this place.

Good Turkish restaurant!!!! I ordered 3 dishes course. Very good! To be honest I haven’t know what can I eat for Turkish plates, but I got to love it!!! You can enjoy good seafood. The interiors make us good feeling just as if we are in Turkey! I took many photos of ramps there, haha. Here you can enjoy good foods!!! So I highly recommend you to visit!!!

This place was AMAZING!!! From the moment I stepped in the front door the decor and the atmosphere was something I had never experienced before. The aromas that caught my attention upon entering as well. When we were seated, we viewed the menu via tablet which was very innovative. My friend and I made up our minds fairly quickly after asking the server some questions and getting his opinion. Everything was absolutely delicious. We also found out they had belly dancers as entertainment. I have never had such wonderful experience and can't wait for my next visit.

Wow! This place was just what we needed on a chilly Baltimore night! The dining room was warm and inviting. All of the meats in the Mixed Grill were delicious, I would order a whole meal of any of them. We also ordered the trio of mezzas: baba ganoush, a garlicky yogurt and pickled beets with yogurt - all fantastic! The bread was soft and they brought more when we ran out. For dessert we had a fancy turkish coffee, kind of like a latte I guess and I took the baklava assortment to go. But the baklava was my favorite part! Chocolate baklava (choklava??) is amazing and so were all the other kinds. Best of all, they are all made exclusively with pistachios. My only moment of "huh" was they were listed as being open until 11 and at 9:30 we were the only ones in the restaurant. At 9:30 they brought out strong bleach cleaner and started mopping the floor, leaving the bucket in the middle of the dining room. The smell was overwhelming and off putting. Which may have been intentional. When we tried to order coffee and dessert at 10 we were told the kitchen was closing so I guess they just operate as a bar until 11?

We came here for my best friend's Birthday and had a great time. The food was very flavorful and seasoned well. The atmosphere was also very chill with nice decor. Our server/waiter was very courtesy and understanding. We also enjoy the show with the belly dancer. The food was good portions for the Sultan platter we ordered. I would definitely recommend this place if you haven't been yet. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to come back again soon.

We visited the restaurant on Friday evening. At 7 pm the evening the restaurant was half empty, the place seemed to be big and has nice, unique decorations. However, by 8 pm, the hall was completely filled. The food was excellent and cooked properly. There were various healthy food options on the menu. The portion was large. I ordered the salmon from the top, it was covered with a light crust, and inside it was very juicy, I was satisfied. The dance show started at 9 pm. The dancing girls tried very hard, It was very interesting and fun. I recommend visiting this place.

Amazing Turkish cuisine in small setting. They had belly dancing as it was late Saturday night when we went. Little bit of wait due to we were 2 couples and a lot tables for larger groups were taken. This is great date night spot. The portions are nice for the pricing. The menus were all digital with great photos of the food.

This is a top-tier restaurant. My girlfriend and I walked into Cazbar for the first time and while the front wait area was a bit crowded, we were seated quickly. The drinks were great along with the lamb we had. The music was good as well. A great variety. I would highly recommend it as a spot for your family or your significant other.

I have no idea what in their signature rice, but it's definitely in my top 2 i have ever had. I could have honestly ate just a large bowl of the signature rice. It's so good. I had the mixed grill dish the lamb, chicken, and beef were all tasty and tender.

Between the amazing food and the awesome belly dancing, this place is my new favorite! The menus were tablets, which I thought was really cool. This place had the absolute BEST hummus that I have ever had, every appetizer we got was amazing. The lamb was delicious, as were the desserts we got. Definitely will be back!

Phenomenal dining experience! The food is ah-ma-zing! The belly dancing was excellent. The service was top-tier. Oh, and the decor and ambiance were inviting. The restaurant catered to many large parties and nothing slacked or lacked as a result - so they have great capacity for busy nights. It was my first time dining here and I’ll definitely be back again and again.

The staff was courteous & polite. I was happy that I had made a prior reservation for Friday evening as the place was packed. There was just one spot in the parking area. It has a couple of restaurants so I saw people were struggling to park. I ordered a kebob platter, something like a pizza and a yogurt eggplant dip with bread. They were all delicious. The drinks too had unique flavors- pomegranate margarita & I cannot recall the other one. A pleasant burst of flavors in all the dishes and drinks. I will definitely visit Cazbar again. The belly dancing that began @9 and decor of the place are other reasons to revisit.

We were in the neighborhood and tried this restaurant out. We didn’t know anything about these belly dancers but it was annoying and I almost lost my appetite. I wish we walked out before eating because I ended up getting sick from the food. The hostess Kyla was rude to us but very friendly and smiling to the Turkish couple in front of us. She tried to sit us next to the bathroom when there were a few open tables. She claimed they were reserved. We asked someone else working and he was more than happy to accommodate our request and moved us to a different table. I noticed the silverware and plates were dirty. I asked our server if we could have a new set. He tried to argue that they were clean but eventually replaced them. Problem was those were dirty too. I asked for hot water so I can sanitize them myself. Geez! We were hungry so we ordered a few things. All of it was bland and mediocre. Definitely not worth the overpriced menu. I don’t know if it was from how dirty the plates were or not preparing the food properly but I got diarrhea immediately and had to use the restroom. As I was washing my hands an employee with white hair and glasses came in and used the restroom and left without washing his hands. Disgusting! Definitely will never come back here and I might file a complaint with the food safety and health department because I am almost certain there are some health code violations going on at this restaurant.
