Truly our favorite Indian food in all of Baltimore. The vast majority of our orders are takeout so please excuse the poor picture quality but this food is delicious and consistent every time and is priced right. Additionally the staff is always delightful to interact with. Couldn’t recommend them more strongly. Note the extra wrapping on our chicken momo sauce to make sure it doesn’t spill in the bag - just a nice little touch.

I don’t know how this place has such high reviews. The chicken tikka masala, and saag paneer are nearly flavorless. My wife and I both had to add sriracha sauce to them to supplement for the lack of flavor. Maybe it’s toned down for American taste buds??!

Incredibly Delicious food, service a bit slow (but watching a lady who works here put her bare hands into the Mukhwas and take some without using the spoon led me to score this a 3- maybe you should remove this and keep it for personal consumption) We ordered Papdi Chaat as an app which was fantastic! (We split one serving between the two of us and it was a healthy portion!) loved that it was heavy on the chick peas and not potatoes. Added sweet chutney and cilantro chutney to it to moisten it up a bit more. Then we shared one order of chicken tikka masala and a basket of naan - we almost couldn’t finish it! The chicken tikka was delicious - medium heat definitely has a bit of a kick and it was nice!! Naan was beautifully soft pillowy and also crispy. We chose this place based off of the reviews and that they had Papdi Chaat on the menu! We arrived at 5 for dinner before we had to drive into Inner Harbor. We were the only ones there (but they definitely have a booming take out business because the bags were steadily staged at the door). It took over 5 mins to be acknowledged once seated- and then quite some time for anyone to take our over- and even longer for our meal to come out ( we are guessing because of how many take out orders they had). Closer to 6 the place started to get busy and over 1/2 the tables were full. Overall it definitely hit the spot for my Papdi Chaat craving.

Momos were freshly made and delicious. Chicken tika masala was delicious. Gulab jamun was soft and scrumptious. The paneer in spices appetizer was my favorite. Nice decor, some language barrier but great customer service.

We ordered the Aloo Ko Achar, Onion Pakora, GreenSalad, Garlic Naan, Mango Lassi, GRAND TANDOORI PLATTER And vegetable Korma. I'm not one who ever loved Indian food, but this was the best one I've ever tried. My favorite was the Vegtable Korma, Mango Lassi, and Aloo Ko Achar. The service was great. We were tended to pretty frequently and the waiter and owners (I believe) were super informative. Shout out to my man Gopal (waiter). If you like Indian cuisine, I have no doubt in my mind that you will leave her disappointed.

Came with a group of eight and ordered so many things off the menu. It was really impressed that they were not lacking in the spice department. Each dish was uniquely different and I can taste the difference. Some of the other Indian establishments I've been to hold off on the spices so the dishes taste alike. I will note that service was a little spotty because one dish we ordered did not come out on a timely manner. When we asked about it they said we did not order that particular dish. Ultimately they did come out with a dish.

This restaurant was my choice on a week night to celebrate Durga puja. The food was good. The waiters are amazing. We asked for spicy food, but one of the item was extremely spicy and we were having trouble eating that. They were so nice they changed it without trouble. We ordered chicken momo, and the waiter suggested to order one big plate instead of ordering 2 small ones, we eventually had ordered 2 big plates. Momo was so good!! Highly recommend. Our other orders are chicken sukhwa, goat curry and chicken tikka masala. At the end the waiter even brought mango lassi for us. Such absolutely delightful experience. Try it, sure you will feel happy that you chose this restaurant. 🙏🙏🙏

Original review below (4 months ago). Definitely visit this place, they accommodated us on a short notice even though they were full, thanks to Gopal for that. And Prasamsa was our server, and served with a smile. Adding pictures today, I missed putting them last time. Absolute stand out favorites - chicken biryani and veg noodles. The rest of the food was great as well. Must try. We had an amazing time at this hidden gem! Ambience was really good, there was attention to detail and the place has a Indo-Nepalese feel to it with the decor (pictures, lights, theme) The food was amazingly good! We got the samosa chat, onion bhaji, goat curry, chicken biryani, shrimp biryani, veggie biryani, butter panner, chana masala, garlic naan, butter naan, mango kulfi. Only thing that could be better was the paneer. No complaints though, would definitely be back and highly recommend to give this place a try! Came for a second time a day later, excellent food!! Sushma, was our server both times and very professional.

Best Authentic Indian Cuisine in Baltimore. The portion size is definitely large so, you will have food for the next day!

I have not dined at this location yet, I have only ordered from a delivery service. The food that I ordered was fantastic! Hot, fresh and super flavorful! I ordered a few appetizers only to try a few things. The Onion Kulcha Naan, Vegetable Samosas and Chicken Momos were all wonderful! I look forward to dining here again soon, maybe even in person! (Pictured, Butter Chicken & Rice and Vegetable Samosa)

Great Ambiance... the decor is very inviting. See the exquisite lantern... Lots of variety. I had vegetarian, mixed vegetable pakoras, great fried appetizer (ask for mango chutney and chili sauce). Samosas ok. Roasted eggplant dish Baingan Bharta (really good, should have ordered more spicy), There is a curry dish with lentil dumplings..very satisfying and my buddies had Chicken Masala and veggie Paneer with chili marsala sauce that was excellent. Naan... a bit dry, but the service from Govinda was great.. Recommend for my local Indian, Nepal Cuisine in Roland Park, beside Alonso's, 1 block from Ms. Shirley's

Nice lunch special. You can select two dishes, which are served with rice, naan, papadum, and fresh cucumber and carrot.

I can’t enough good things about this wonderful restaurant! The food was delivered. We ordered Chicke Sekuwa, Chicken Momos, Jashmiri Naan. And Mango Lasi. I’m coming hungry for more ‘in my best Aton Igo voice’ 5 stars

The portion sizes just don’t justify the price—$5.99 for only two gulab jamuns? That’s hard to swallow, especially when I can get a tin of 18 gulab jamuns at Lotte for just $5, and they taste even better.

The absolutely best food. I have been coming here for many years and it only gets better. The staff is absolutely stellar and go the extra mile which is so rare these days in the hospitality industry. As a vegan the food is inventive delicious and presented beautifully. The breads OH HOW I LOVE THE BREAD are fresh and taste like heaven Don't wait another week. Go to Namaste and feel totally indulgent

Food tastes fine. The proportion in comparison to price is absolutely robbery. Paid 3.99 for an ice tea less than 12 oz and less than 8 oz of soup for 5.99. I posted pictures in comparison with a canned coke. Won't ever come back here again

I had an issue with my order from GrubHub that unfortunately led to me not receiving it but the manager called me two days later to let me know he was out for a couple days and was so sorry to hear about my troubles. He immediately offered to fix it and sent me the food I had been waiting on free of charge. He really made me feel better about the situation and like he cared. I have never had someone show me that level of concern for my issue. All my friends recommend this place, and I am happy to say that I do as well.

Namaste is one of my favorite places to get food! Although I do take out most of the time, the inside is lovely and spacious. The portions and quality of food are worth the price. The staff is always friendly. 1000/10 would recommend and I tell people who ask about food in the area about Namaste all the time. Definitely try the veggie momos!!!

Food is great. Staff is polite. But every time I've ordered carryout I've had to awkwardly wait in the front of the restaurant for (not exaggerating here) 20 minutes past the pick-up time. This has even happened when I scheduled my order 4 hours in advance. Each time, other people were also waiting similar amounts of time for their carryout orders. You've been warned! Great food though
