Customer service was excellent. Michael was super friendly. Great app, easy ordering process is a plus. Dressing variety is spectacular. But chicken breast is too dry and not juicy. What a shame. Peach milkshake is the best part.

Their ordering system is efficient. Only suggestion would be to put menu closer to the entrance of the store to make ordering easier. The shining stars are the workers who check in on the patrons eating. They were friendly, courteous and on top of everything!

I took my kids to try the kids meal. We ordered 2 kids meal, with the fried and grilled nuggets. They both finished their chicken. And they rated the food with 2 thumbs up. But the waffle fries were not hot, not crispy and seemed old. The kids loved the fruit bowl and the little toys. The place looked nice, clean and bright. The employees were nice.

Typical Chick-fil-A day and friendly service. But this is a busy location and gets a bit chaotic. The staff handle it well - and even have a setup modified from the standard Chick-fil-A system to better deal with it - but it's still kinda crazy sometimes.

For the first time ever Chick-fil-A has disappointed me. I tried the peach milkshake today for the first time. I’m not a fan. It has an artificial peach taste. I will not order it again. I order my food using Uber Eats. This is a small cup and I paid over $6. The chicken on my chicken biscuit was tough and chewy. Clearly overcooked. It just wasn’t an enjoyable experience today.

Me and my lovely girlfriend enjoyed eating here, especially when we got to slurp the milkshake. Us two woman loved the vanilla mixed with the chocolate. We have been craving 😉 milkshakes for a week and finally got to go get some. That milkshake was a wonderful addition to our diet.

It's typical food and atmosphere for a Chick-fil-A. However I received better service here then sit down restaurants. They brought me a placemat at the table for my child hand sanitizing wipes and plenty of napkins. They offered me a refill when I was leaving and took my tray of trash from me. Very hands on and friendly better service than other Chick-fil-A's I've been too.

Very busy location, but service was still quick. I came right around noon on a weekday, so my guess is it’s always pretty packed. Food was good, consistent with the quality of other Chick-fil-As. Seating was pretty packed inside and out, and I had to sit next door in the Shake Shack seating. Parking is also pretty limited, with most options being paid parking in the vicinity.

It's a chain, but it's a well executed location. The staff are friendly and professional, the location is clean, and the food is consistent with the CFA brand. I work downtown and know that if I use this location my order will be fast, and correct. Seating can be limited due to the high traffic location, but the service is reliably fast and consistent.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my girls after a visit to the aquarium. For a fast food restaurant, I was so impressed with the level of customer service and cleanliness. Once seated Darius and the manager made sure we were well accommodated and were tending to all the tables while checking on the kids. They even brought them stickers. Dining with a toddler can feel like an extreme sport so I truly appreciate any gesture that makes it a little easier.

Fast friendly staff and service. Hot cup of chicken soup and Cobb Salad.

Remarkable service. Our group of 7 had the door held, walked in, and immediately were met by an employee with an iPad order taking device. After the order, we went and sat down, waited for a while, and had the food brought out. Nice system, tasty food!

I did curbside pick up, which is the easiest thing you could ever imagine. You enter the parking garage at 100 S Gay St and follow the curbside pickup signs. You have 20 minutes before you have to pay but you don’t have to worry about waiting long. I didn’t even have a chance to enter the space number I was at because they were already there with my food! I’ve worked at 3 Chick-fil-A locations and this was the best meal I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. The food was hot and the chicken was tender and breaded BEAUTIFULLY. The fries were perfectly crispy and wonderfully salted. 10 out of 5 stars from me.

It was a blustery day. I was freezing, my hair whipping around in a bitter wind, as I walked up to this chick-fil-A. All of the cold left me and my heart as a kind staff member rushed to open the door for me and my Karl. Staff in the entry hall took our order on an efficient screen. We then found a table, a nice booth, to rest at while we awaited our sustenance. The kind man brought us our food, then our drinks, and then even brought me the ketchup I requested. All with the friendliest attitude and remarks. Truly incredible service.

From working on a fast food chain restaurant, to being a regular consumer of fast food, I've been in a lot of this type of places. I think this has been the best experience on an FF Restaurant I ever had. Super fast service, order delivered to my table, personnel passing by and asking if we needed anything. I still can't believe this happened. I would do 6/5 stars if I could, absolutely outstanding.

Great staff, great food. The restaurant was completely full of people and somehow the staff made sure we could order and receive our food in less than 3 min. Outstanding!

They tend to mess up occasionally I guess they are saying I need healthier choices this morning. I needed some spice for my day today 😂. Maybe they are out of the spicy chicken lol

This restaurant was packed on a Monday afternoon. All of the South were super friendly and professional and this restaurant was very clean to have this many people. This was a wonderful lunch experience

had lunch last Saturday there; the food was really good, but what impressed me the most was the quality of service for a fast food place. The wait time was extremely short, several people, including the manager, came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. people were helpful and kind;

These guys have spectacular service. There’s maybe like 50 people total here. All I had to wait was a solid 5 min. So quick, so efficient, and they were so nice as well. Kept asking if we were having a great meal and making sure we’re doing good.

This was generally a good stop. I ordered online about 15 minutes before arriving, but my food was not ready when I showed up. In fact, I waited another 10 minutes. The lady at the counter was super apologetic, and worked quick to fix it, so I still rate this place with 4 stars.

The restaurant always looks clean and great. The attention to customers is top notch. You always feel welcomed. And of course, the food is amazing.

Like I do not know what is going on with Chick fil a and their fries, but they have just not been crispy at any locations recently. Service was good, chicken was good. But the fries could have been in the fryer an extra minute.

The staff on 12/4/22 at 3:40 pm were phenomenal ! The pace of production was outstanding !! My family & I were in town to visit Baltimore & decided to stop at chick fil a to grab a bite. What an amazing experience we had in Baltimore & this chick fil a location. Can’t wait until we come back again !!!!! 😄😄😄

This place is chaos at lunch but despite the amount of people, we ordered quickly and received our food quickly. Arie took our order and was so so nice. The manager Croix was very helpful in helping us find a seat, and Chris was very kind and quick in sanitizing a table and getting my kids in a booth quickly.

Fast service. Unfortunately, my fries weren't well done as I asked for, but the staff was friendly and helpful! Good food, and regular Chick-fil-A service! Also enjoyed my frosted coffee :)

Can I give this place 100 stars ?? This place shows true value of Chic Fila as a company. Staff is very efficient. Our food was out in 5 mins . Staff was very attentive. They were respectful. Cherry on the top Kevin brought my kids stickers and made their day. They love Kevin and want to go back

Are you working downtown and need to get your order quickly….well don’t go here. They continually mess up my orders and provide poorly made food. I should have to unload my whole bag in the store to check if the order is correct.
