Portion are not equally distributed. If they see you’re a minority they give overflowing meat. I asked them if that’s the meat for my 4 orders and they said Yes! . You can barely count the pieces of the chicken in it. But with their fellow race it’s overflowing that they can’t even wrapped the burritos properly because of overload of meats. The store is dirty, so prepared to clean your own table. Line was long and waited extra 10 minutes more to wait for the chicken to get cooked and end up getting few pieces of meat. What a waste of money and time. I don’t think $8.80 per order is worth it. OVERPRICED. I would give a negative -0 if there would an option for it.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! The GM should be ashamed of this store location!! They Never and I mean Never have anything!!!! The workers move slow at night and don’t even check inventory on the line! Every time after 5 they are always out of everything. The workers are ALWAYS STANDING AROUND! There’s never management late in the day! You can’t order in person just online! It’s just like everyone in the back doing whatever the hell they want to do! Its ridiculous! Even the worker on the grill said he never worked for a more dysfunctional chipotle before! Just shut down the whole location PLEASE!

Definitely our worst Chipotle experience ever. It’s our favorite fast food place and we were so disappointed. They had no white rice, salad dressing, or chips ready and I had to wait for 10 minutes for rice. I only found out it was ready because we saw them serving it to someone else, no one told me. The chips, once they were ready were super over done and I don’t think they had any salt or lime on them. I’m also fairly certain no one put any lime on the fresh white rice that I had. Whoever cut the produce probably has never seen vegetables before because there were massive chunks of red onion and peppers etc. all in all, incredibly disappointed.

Worst store I ever witnessed. Arrogant and racist staff. We walked in around 9.10pm and the staff said we can’t come in. We said we’re here to pickup the food for which the store is open. They were rushing and slamming the food in our bowl and clearly showing the frustration from the time we walked in until we left. They overcharged our order, charging 15$ for two drinks. They were hesitant to give the receipts even after asking for it. Finally they threw it on the counter!!! We asked her about the over charge and again she was frustrated and started arguing. Finally another lady from the kitchen walks in and admits the over charge and offered extra drinks and chips. Weird part is they were completely normal when serving the Black customers!! Watching all this drama my 5yr old is asking “Daddy, why are they are so mean to us”? Even a kid can sense their stupidity. Please Close the store and save our fav brand Chipotle.

Food is okay. Service is bad. I went when it was almost empty, and the server was annoyed the entire time. He got annoyed when I asked for different things on my 3 different orders and would roll his eyes. He also kept asking, "Is that all?" When I had not even picked the meat and was rude when I asked if he could add lettuce and sour cream. I understand that servers get stressed and have bad days, but that does not mean you get to be rude to me. I was patient with him and tried to get out of there fast.

My firm has decided to blacklist this Chipotle because they rejected our order recently. Since the online ordering system was down, my company opted to print the menu and drop it off in order to avoid disturbing the line. Our organization had a list of twelve orders. The manager deemed it prudent for us to form a queue and place individual orders. I am delighted that Toco Town has recently opened around the corner, as we will be dining there in the future.

This place was awful the service was very rude to me and my wife the first server the one with the dreads couldn’t keep his attitude down that’s not even the worse part when we got home I started eating my chips and when I got to the bottom I put the remaining chips in my mouth and as i was chewing i started to taste a minty taste. I spit the chips out and saw there was GUM in my mouth!!! clearly one of the employees making the chips took their gum out of their mouth and threw it in the chips

I really wanted Chipotle after my visit to the aquarium and tried so hard to order even standing in line until I got to the front, but the presentation of the food and lack of cleanliness wouldn't allow me to - not even chips and guac. The guy made us wait while he fulfilled 3 doordash orders. The food looked dried up and not fresh. The grill was dirty with burned on food. There was also spilled food on the line that had not been cleaned for some time. It was later in the day; however, customers still expect fresh food. There was also no air. This location could do so much better. I actually expected more. It was a great disappointment.

We rolled in around 1p on a Monday with a group of 10 people. The crew working was a perfect team. They got us through FAST and with great manners. It's super refreshing as I find many restaurants are short staffed and not customer service centric. The fountain machine was out of ice tea. No problem, they gave us bottled iced tea instead. You could tell they take customer service seriously. They earned 5 stars by being themselves. Bravo to this location!

Long wait times. Appeared short staffed. Order makers tried to be quick. I believe it's very poorly managed, if at all.

Food-we came in at 5pm Friday night and they said there is no guacamole. The entire tray wasn’t even there so they definitely didn’t want to prepare it. Also no beans at all. Lettuce was bottomed out. Outside of chicken there was really no other protein available to choose from. Pork was visibly dry. It’s hilarious. Service-staff was very rude and inattentive. Not only the orders were wrong, one of them walked away in the middle of preparing our burrito bowl. Cleanliness: the entire restaurant just looked dirty. Floor was spotty and tables were very obviously dirty. The food preparation counter was also amazingly disorganized and visibly dirty. The grill looked no different than the grills you see in a park with many burnt layers. Overall just a very disappointing and disgusted experience. Was very surprised that we didn’t get diarrhea.

Worst experience tonight at this location. I was served dried out old salty chicken. I live close so I went back for a remake of my bowl, bringing the old one and I was told my an employee that it couldn’t be remade it’s nothing they can do about it. Stood there waiting for a resolution she then began to tell me that they are closing soon ( all while still fixing orders). Scooped me up steak not fresh chicken and said that’s all she can do. Should have gotten her name but short lady with the Afro puff ( worst customer service).

Close this location. Don't hire new staff. Don't reorganize management. Don't open another one nearby. In fact, make it a 15 mile radius no man's land for Chipotle from this location to ensure that none of the employees here ever work in a Chipotle again. Every single one of the 1 star reviews should be heeded.

Great food, friendly staff, and quick service. Good old chipotle. If you go there after 8pm, they might run out of fajitas among other ingredients.

Ate here after spending the day at the children museum. The workers seemed ok, the cashier lady was very nice. I noticed just looking at the white rice that there was no cilantro in it and sure enough there wasn't. It tasted like normal white rice not the normal Chipotle rice. Even my 6 year old noticed (we are regulars at Chipotle). I didn't mention anything to the workers. The rest of the food was good, no complaints. The women bathroom could have used some attention, no paper towels and barely any toilet paper. You need a code to get into the bathroom. I like the location of this Chipotle. If it would have been nice enough we would have taken the food outside closer to the water.

They charged me for something that I did not buy. Fortunately, my bank will help me with this matter. 🏦 The bathroom was also very dirty and while I do not have a baby, I noticed the baby-changing station is not sturdy and falls all the way down once it is opened. 👶🏾

WORST chipotle you could possibly go to. The guy with dreads was incredibly rude and did not even try to pretend not to have an attitude. He rolled his eyes at my boyfriend and I several times when we were simply just ordering. As we were building our bowl he kept asking “if that was all” rushing us through the order. Then! When we got home and began eating our food, we noticed the corn was FROZEN SOLID! I will never come back to this location.

My wife and I went here for a fast lunch after visiting the Baltimore Aquarium this past Sunday (10/2). This has to be one of the worst Chipotle restaurants I have ever been in, as we were getting ready to order we saw a sign at the register stating, "we have no black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, steak, or guacamole", it was only about two in the afternoon? Since we were anxious to get on the road and it was raining outside, we decided to order anyway and make the best of it, what we did get was OK but not as good as we usually get at Chipotle. To top it off after eating we wanted to use the bathrooms before we left, after getting the code to access the bathrooms my wife found no toilet paper in the lady's bathroom. I went in the men's bathroom and found only one roll of toilet paper that was almost gone and gave it to her. In the men's bathroom the lid was off the back of the toilet and the handle to flush was hanging down the side of the tank. If you wanted to flush, you would have to reach inside the tank and lift the flush lever. We will never go to this location again, poor management and poor maintenance.

Have experience consistently poor service over the years. Had seen some improvements recently but came in about 45min before closing to see staff cleaning up and only taking cash/9!@83! orders (even though closing time states 10pm).

I've observed a few changes in the Chipotle brand following the pandemic, suggesting that it may be beneficial for them to revamp their brand and their image. Customer service, once a strong point, now seems somewhat inconsistent. I've witnessed several outlets remaining open with a scarce supply of ingredients, yet there's no prior notice at the door about the day's shortages. Their workers seem overwhelmed and overworked and at times you may have to wait way longer than usual to get your food. Additionally, I've been experiencing some unexpected charges for specific requests at various outlets. Just recently, at their downtown Baltimore location, I was asked to pay $1.55 extra for wanting my lettuce on the side rather than in my bowl, which seemed a bit excessive, considering my bowl had three items. They mentioned that the charge wouldn't apply if the lettuce was added directly into the bowl. I must admit, I found myself somewhat amused by this. While I'm no stranger to small charges for extra items or packaging, this new fee for a simple modification was both surprising and somewhat comical. Chipotle, I need you to do better. I am away from my home state, and there continues to be issues with your brand. 🤞🏾

I was taken back after entering the restaurant to blaring music. I get the music motivates, but it was the raw version. The rice was hard as hell, but I didn't realize until I got home. I didn't have a rude experience like others have, but they're not really welcoming and shouldn't be in customer service. GET NEW MANAGEMENT!

The employees here are so stoned they can’t fulfill a simple pick up order. My drink, salad dressing and fajita veggies were missing from my order. When I returned to get my order fixed less than an hour later, they said they were out of salad dressing. I ordered 1 item. I think it’s time the DM make a surprise visit to this useless crew.

Terrible service, it is a very bad experience at this chipotle, the people who serve the food do not allow you to ask questions and there were no other customers in line, when we tried to ask they ignored us or turned their faces away. These people should not even work in a place where they speak to the public.

Great location to sit down and dine in , rather clean place. Sadly, the supervisor that was currently in charge was very rude with me and multiple other customers. 😕 I would rather omit this bad experience before your meal.

Worst customer service ever!!! Staff was so busy talking to each other and not paying attention to clients, neither to what they are ordering. My husband started his order and I was trying to get her attention to let her now we have two more meals to add to the same order but she didn’t even make eye contact not to talk about hearing you. When he told her we are waiting to order as well she got upset, frustrated and having attitude. We want to add something and she started throwing things of our order around, asking other associates to bring her staff, because she “couldn’t handle it anymore “….well, if you can’t be polite and service people, don’t apply for a job where you are expected to do so!
