    This location needs to be shut down, And they need to hire a whole new staff. They never have the order is ready when you do them online. And every time I go into place an order either the credit card machine isn’t working, or they’re only taking credit cards that day and not cash, which also does not make sense that she would just throw money away. Literally half the line left today because they were only taking credit cards. Upper management needs to do something about this location

    Worst chipotle ever. Got my order wrong and my bowl came half empty. The sour cream was melted and separated but the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bowl was cold. Ordered through door dash and couldn’t get a full refund. Only got $3.13 out of the $20 spent. Had bad experiences previously with the rice being undercooked and crunchy. I’m never ordering from here and you shouldn’t either.

    I got multiple giant chunks of completely uncooked and raw chicken in my bowl. Would not recommend this location!

    The chicken bowl is very hearty and filling. Each ingredient I chose blended together very well and lasted me two days. The store was not that clean, and the restroom was disgusting because someone had smoked cigarettes in there.

    Please make sure all of your chicken is cooked before you serve this to someone else. I had raw meat in my mouth and could have salmonella. I am very particular about food textures. The only reason I didn’t swallow it is bc I felt a different texture in my mouth. This is not ok. I usually go to the other one down the street but this one was walking distance for me. Every time I come to this one it’s always something. Last time the white rice was too hard to be eaten.

    I ordered a kids quesadilla meal, a burrito bowl, and 3 tacos for pickup. When I opened the bag after getting back to my hotel room, I realized that my order was wrong. I didn't get white rice or a fruit side with the kids meal. I also got white milk instead of chocolate milk. And worst of all, the quesadilla was poorly made. It was practically fused to the foil. I didn't want to feed it to my daughter. And there is no way that I could get a refund. I won't go to this Chipotle again.

    This is the worst location in the city they never get my order right especially when ordering through the app or third party .. they basically careless and give you what they wanna give you and I couldn’t even get my money back. The chicken that was in my bowl looked old what asked for was never in my bowl and they got my name mixed up with somebody else . I hate this location even when you go into the restaurant the serving station is always dirty and messy

    They need to hire someone over 25. They need to have phone calls come into the store instead of the online center. I work down the street walking distance. A lot of my coworkers go there. There is always something wrong or something not working or they are out of something. Being able to call in the store would save alot of time and effort coming to the store. It used to be one of my all time favorite Chipotle but as I see new workers come and go the store has gone down with service and quality. It's really a disappointment.

    I ordered at 7:07 and was expecting to see my order at 7:20. I did not receive it till 8. The orders were walking around not doing any work. I had to contact pepper so they would take attention to my order. Once it said my order was ready, I did not see it anywhere. They had hid it in the corner of the kitchen. There was also no drink options, everything was out of stalk. Not to mention, there was a piece of hair in my food that wasn’t the same color as mine. As soon as I walked in, the place has trash and crumbs everywhere. Did not look like anyone had ever cleaned before. The trash was also over flowing onto the ground.

    I go here sometimes, purely because it's near my office. There's nothing much else to expect, the food is always fresh and great, and like any Chipotle franchisee, you can easily customize your order. The biggest gripe may be money, because this store doesn't accept cash (or at least anytime I ever went there) and only accepts card/Google/Apple Pay/PayPal. It's also quite busy as well, with a lot of nearby office workers or construction workers.

    My family and I were in town for an event. I ordered online. Got there a few minutes early so I waited. The order time passed and no food was on the to go shelf. I asked and the girl confirmed my name. Clearly inconvenienced, she shoved the bag, that she had at the take out station, into my hand. I asked the guy at the counter if I could have the bottle of coke I ordered and she asked if I had checked the bag and kept mumbling rudely that I had not checked the bag. First off, I had never ordered online before so I had no idea they put the drink in the bag. Secondly, who puts a bottle of coke laying down on its side in a bag with food? No kids chips either. Bad service. Bad attitude.

    This Chipotle location is my 2nd home & one of my fav places to eat 🌮🍜😋. Aaron & the staff here are awesome 💪🏾💯👍🏾. I have eaten here 2xs this week already & 2-3xs last week 🤣😂. The food & ingredients are always fresh, the staff is friendly, pleasant & accommodating. Aaron is a great leader & manager. He is always willing to do the work & leads by example 💪🏾💯👍🏾. I am a loyal & happy customer & will continue to support you guys ❤️. Keep up the great work 🙏🏾.

    Great food! I will say the chicken was a bit dry. They could definitely dona better job cleaning. There was food on almost zall of the tables. The staff were great, fast, and efficient! Would definitely go back (if I lived in baltimore)

    Horrible. Waited over an hour for my food. Contacted chipotle then waiting another 20 minutes. Finally received my food missing guac, cheese, and vegetables. Place was dirty and not well run. Do NOT recommend.

    Overall, this Chipotle is very efficient during the lunch rush, which is great if you work downtown. The only negative is that they did misunderstand me one time because they were rushing and charged me for a soda i didn't want. But overall, very satisfied

    You would think because this place is in the city they would do better with food….. I had a bowl from chipotle. The beans were hard I had to pick them out of my lunch eventually I just got tired of picking them out and toss the bowl into the trash. My coworker also got a bowl he experience. And to add the cherry on top, I DoorDash🥱

    When I arrived I said hi , there was no line, so I was looking at the menu of what I was going to order, then a person arrives and they serve her first, I stayed right there to wait, for them to serve me since she was ahead when I told her that I was ready, They sent to the back after six people, they knowing that I had arrived first, they acted as if they didn't care, knowing that I was first, they looked at each other as if they didn't care, so I decided to leave anyway. They are paid by salary, they do not take care of the customer, attention to the manager of this branch.

    Stopped in here for lunch since I was in the area delivering food to other restaurants and was charged three times the amount it should have been. I didn’t notice until I was three hours away that my bank account was charged an incorrect amount, just because they are busy The cashier entered my order in incorrectly, and when I called to tell them all they said was, I have to bring the receipt in and show them my bank statement of what I was charged. make sure to check that the order is correct before you go ahead and pay so you don’t make the same mistake I did, I have to take it as a loss since I’m a truck driver and will be nowhere near this location again.

    Ordered a carnitas burrito and quesadilla. As I was walking away from restaurant, I realized that the burrito was missing sour cream, guacamole, fajita veggies, salsa and lettuce, had white rice instead of brown rice and had hardly any carnitas or beans, and that the quesadilla was missing salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Some of these items were out of stock and others (like guacamole) were in stock but just not included even though I paid for them. My items were in a bag on the mobile order shelf. Nobody said anything and I paid $26 for an order that was half the size and with half the ingredients of what it should have been. Not at all acceptable. EDIT: I did contact you at your link before I posted this. You offered me two free sides of guacamole. So I paid $26 for a terribly inadequate order and two free sides of guacamole.

    Let me just say, that I will be reporting this Chipotle to CORPORATE!! I have already started. Next will be the BBB. These people are absolutely EVIL!!! I’ve ordered DoorDash from here two times. The first time half of my bowel was missing. The second time, the only put rice, corn, and chicken, in a messy bowel. Even though I ordered, Rice, beans, salsa, corn salsa, lettuce, guacamole on the side, and salsa spicy on the side. They KNOW EXACTLY what they are doing!!!! They do it on purpose!!! They purposely mess up your order!!! Whoever is working on the online orders needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! If you are thinking about ordering from here even for pickup, they messed up my order. DO NOT ORDER!!!!! You will be disappointed!!!

    Came here to grab what I hoped would be a quick dinner after a long day at the convention center. Unfortunately I waited in line for about a half hour. In their defense this location seemed a bit understaffed however it was apparent no employee was working very hard. After finally making it to the front, I placed my order and paid, went to the pop machine and it was completely out of ice. There were very few utensils and the soda/napkin area looked simultaneously empty and yet disheveled. I’ve eaten at a ton of different chipotles and this location was one of the worst.

    Worst chipotle ever. Saddest bowl ever. Out of multiple proteins, no fajita veggies... Disgusting work spaces and counter areas. Absolutely gross. Also since they didn't have chicken I got steak and then had to negotiate to be charged for chicken because they failed. Woof. Pickings around here are slim but it's bad when Jimmy John's is the better choice.

    Customer service was terrible. The lady fixing the food was rude, dry. and rushing customers that had not been to a Chipotle before. She lied about the closing time because she didn't want to fix fajita veggies.

    I visited this restaurant and noticed that while there were six employees working, only one person was handling both food preparation and the register. The other five were in the back—one appeared to be dealing with deliveries, but the other four seemed to have disappeared into the back behind the wall where you couldn't see them. The line was out the door, and the wait time was at least 20 minutes. The lack of visible staff and slow service made for a frustrating experience.

    The team that was in the restaurant today 7/2/2024 at 12 pm was SUPERB. The staff all of them were very pleasant and fast and friendly. I am impressed with this team great job today

    I usually am a pretty big fan of chipotle, but this location specifically is consistently lacking. The door is falling apart and often times I feel that the portions sizes are not up to standard. I have often received over cooked and burnt chicken and the rice is either too mushy or too hard.

    Great customer service, an atmosphere. But it was crowded and very slow at lunch hour rush. We had to wait for food to be cooked and cut. I believe the larger online orders were more of the priority. But overall I eas happy with my food.

    I believe the worker who started my order --put protein in the bowl--was stoned--eyes more than half closed, and did not respond to what I said to him, until I repeated it, which is when I looked at him eye-to-eye and realized his were mostly closed. And no wifi--what's up with that? Went with 3 stars because the 2nd worker--the one who puts veggies in my bowl-was awesome. And the food is good.👍

    They didn't have any food on the line. Nothing was ready to be put out as the customer line grew longer. 🙄 I waited for like 10 minutes while the guy kept making everyone from the inside order from the online side. I was so agitated i left walked all the way to the one that's closest to the hard rock .

    Absolutely terrible service and food. No one cares at all that they're serving people here. I've ordered here 5x and they've never gotten my mobile order correct. And then even on remake, they still can't get it right. It's incredible how consistent this place is at being terrible, so 5 stars for that.

    Was across the street from the Hilton so very convenient. Both days I stopped there the had a sign that only cards were accepted and no cash! The first night they were out of several items but didn't affect my choice of meal. The newer La Pastor chicken was good! I liked the seasoning. TIP: get the large drink for less than 30 cents more than regular.

    Whenever I go here I always order online for pickup. Staff are friendly but something I've noticed from Chipotle's is that they no longer utilize the shelves for online pickup. I don't know if it's because people keep taking other bags or if staff don't want to put it on the shelf. As per Chipotle, however, they don't tell you what they're missing until you're in the restaurant and you won't be compensated for what they're missing. Most of these problems are Chipotle could be solved by putting notifications on the app when you open that specific restaurant's location. Chipotle is Chipotle and this place is average. Will order from here again.

    It's an okay place to chill. The staff isn't the friendliest, but it's not to the point you wouldn't return. I go mainly for the chicken and steak wrap. It's so good together. Steak a little spicy 🥵 but it's not gonna burn your mouth off. Not the most quiet as some because of the high volume of people it gets at times. The bowls are Great as well.

    This location is the worst. Order online did not receive my chips and salsa; the meal it self was terrible potion. I order the new garlic steak for the amount I paid I would think I get more than 5 pieces of meat. I ordered lettuce, fajita onions and green sauce. I got cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. The only reason I gave 2 starts is delivery was on time. But I see why; don’t take long to make a half of bowl.

    All of our white rice was severely undercooked, there was a blonde hair in my son’s bowl. It felt like we were eating tiny beads. Gross food. Should’ve gone somewhere else. But we were here at a local hotel for a local event thinking you can’t go wrong with Chipotle? Having worked in both fast food restaurants and high end, it’s really not that hard. How hard is it to follow a fast foods protocol on proper cooking instructions? They teach it and make it so easy it is practically common sense. But I guess sense isn’t always that common.

    The food here was actually so disgusting i had to eat Chick-fil-A as much as i love chipotle this chipotle was just nasty and unpleasant the rice was so mushy had NO flavor what so ever found an actual tree leaf in my food not tye seasoning leaf but an actual tree leaf. They served me less proportions than most chipotle’s do and that’s not all the employees are the most rudest employees I’ve ever came across the place looked dirty they were almost out of food n refused to cook more at 6 they close at 9-10 so how can u refuse to make food when u still have a work hours. I jeger wanna come here again wish i listened to my mother and got Chick-fil-A instead of this mess 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ had to force feed myself ended up throwing up and getting sick that’s how bad this chipotle was.
