When I entered I did not expect the layout, yet upon sitting down with my partner, the diner feel and the accent lights made me feel warm with their homey vibe. The food may be on the pricier side, though keep in mind it is all organic and well sourced, and the portions may seem a tad small, yet they are most filling - and delightful! This vegan brasserie is full of wonderful options to make your tongue wag and your stomach grumble. I recommend this place for a cute date night or happy hour meet. As a side note, I am a huge fan of fries and apple fritters, and their’s are delectable!

Finally, a vegan café in Baltimore. The menu here is light but flavorful. The options do not feel like they are trying too hard to imitate non-vegan dishes, but instead embraces flavorful existing alternatives. Here you can sit down and be met with wonderful service, which, much like the European dining culture it draws upon, includes an automatic 15% "cover charge" and they do not allow for additional tipping. The food prices are reasonable so this isn't anything to worry about in terms of how much it will cost you for a meal. Definitely the best place for a light vegan snack / lunch (as far as all-vegan establishments go).

Convenient spot. You can park on street or at a low cost in a nearby parking garage. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The owner was very friendly and introduced herself which I appreciated. I will return but the prices are a tad high. This is a place that I will go to with intention but not on a regular basis. Also, they dont let you choose your tip they take gratuity automatically. The food was decent but not as amazing as I imagined or hoped it would be and I wasn't enthused with the small portion sizes. This was my first impression but I will give it a second go and come back to adjust my review as/if needed.

Everything was great. Food is super tasty. Even more impressive is that many of the ingredients are made in house....and I believe it's all vegan. People are very kind and intuitive. They didn't miss a beat with making sure my every need, and then some were all well taken care of. Location of the restaurant is in my favorite part of the city. At the intersection of Fells, Harbor point and Harbor East, this area is loaded with kind, interesting people. Environment is, if course "on point." The colors are vibrant and the furniture tasteful. There's indoor and outdoor seating and everything looks great. Hope everyone who lives or visits Baltimore gets the opportunity to try this Baltimore City gem!

One of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore! The food is incredible. Everything is vegan but even non vegans will DEFINITELY enjoy the food. The service is always prompt and friendly. The chef and owner regularly comes to the table to make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend L’Eau de Vie!

A great location to get a vegan meal if you're looking. My wife and I enjoyed everything. I highly recommend the Creme Brulee be added to the menu permanently. The seitan is properly textured and hits all the flavours you'd expect. Appetizers are easily shareable between 2 and 4 people if you plan to be able to eat your main dish. We had the "LOADED VEGGIE CHEESE FRIES" and the cheese was pretty awesome. I don't care for Daiya but this cheese did it for me. Pricing is well worth it in my mind. There is no question about the quality of the food along with the peace of mind that of no cross contamination. We look forward to coming back and trying the Brunch menu. It speaks wonders to a place when you crave another taste a few days later.

Great vegan, gluten free menu. Excellent wine & cocktails. Super friendly service. More of a cafe feel. Might help to make some changes for the evening (?).

Food was way too dry, however the loaded fries were great! Definitely a bit pricy considering the lack of flavor in some of the dishes we had. Sauces were good, but not enough to save the protein substitutes in the sandwich I had. Atmosphere was cool, and beer/wine/cocktail selections were incredible. All the servers were great and more than accommodating, as well!

I went here to celebrate my birthday and brought two non-vegan eaters hoping to impress them with how delicious vegan food can be. I was unfortunately disappointed in my visit. While the environment and service were fine, the dishes left us desiring more. The portions were quite small, especially appetizers and sides. I had sweet potato bisque and while the bowl was large, it was barely half full. For the price, I expected a full bowl. The size of a half order of fries to add to the entree was more like a quarter size serving. We shared the broccoli croquette appetizer and the outer layer was a little burnt for our taste. The mushroom pate entree was bland and we couldn't finish it. My harvest crepe had potential and I did like it but it could have been better. The potatoes didn't seem to be done; some mushy and some still a bit hard and it wasn't hot, only warm. I was told the white bean crepe could have used a sauce as it was a bit dry. The chocolate mouse was rich and good but again for the price, more could have been served, especially when they provided three spoons indicating it should be a shared dish. The apple fritters were alright but they were mostly dough and hardly any apple. Considering the price as compared to the taste taste of the menu items and size of servings, our dinner felt over priced. They were kind to acknowledge my birthday by providing a coupon for a future visit but I doubt I will be returning to use it. This is just our opinions though and maybe they were having an off night. What one person doesn't like, another might love so you might want to try them out to decide for yourself.

I ate here twice on a recent trip to Baltimore - once for brunch & once for dinner. I had the strawberry stuffed French toast with a side of sausage. For dinner I had the seitan po boy. Both were excellent. The sandwich was the best I've ever had - truly delicious flavor. There were a few other tables when I was there for brunch & I was the only customer for dinner on Monday. I sure hope they stay around because they make great vegan food. I had the same server on both visits. Service was very good both times. After dinner the chef owner came out & introduced herself, which I appreciated. Love that they include service fee rather than accepting tips so that all employees receive a living wage.
