This place used to be amazing back when I was growing up. Now the customer service & food is horrible. I ordered a shrimp cheesesteak & fries + half & half. Cheese steak was dry. The real silver moon from maybe 8-10 years ago used to do a whole 12” subs, but this place doesn’t. They only have 8”. French fries are soggy and hard (more like undercooked) and the half and half is from the soda fountain, Brisk Tea & Lemonade. They only give you about 4 packets of ketchup, they do not offer a condiments stand. Not to mention it came to $19. Not the quality of food you expect for the price. I’m sad to know the original owners sold it. I will NOT be coming back to this business again.

The food was okay. The Asian female claiming to be the cashier And manager offered Piss Poor service. Very rude and dismissive. When a Black man, a member of the nearby community came in frantically asking for her to call an ambulance for a Nearby medical emergency (man w/ extreme chest pain), she Acted like she didn’t speak English. She literally spoke perfect English up until then. Completely disgusting. She knows that all of the other nearby businesses were closed, which is why he came to hers. Her reasoning for not helping: “it didn’t happen in here and I was busy.” DESPICABLE.

Got in late for our weekend getaway and was starving. Started driving around looking for something to eat and everywhere we passed was closed but we saw people going in here and saw the sign said subs. I ordered a turkey wrap with everything. It came with a pickle spear and chips. This was the best wrap I've ever had.

Do NOT eat here. The half/half is a brisk tea and lemonade soda mix together. I got a cheese fish sub. They took the little fish square, that u usually put on a bunch. The cut the square in half and used it for a sub. You've been WARNED!!

This was the worst! I wouldn’t dare serve this to my dog! You guys need to remove this off your menu or discover a way to make this look like something. You should be embarrassed to serve something like this….second time ordering from this place and both times food looked and tasted horribly. Do better!

This would be my first negative review of this establishment. My meals in the past have been great, however; the club sandwich I received today was undesirable. The toast was burnt and hard making it difficult for consumption. On top of this my delivery was late which was an inconvenience for me.

The service was nice however my food was horrible i ordered a slice of pizza pepperoni sausage and 10 bbq wings the pizza had no flavor at all the sausage on the pizza look like cut up hot dogs cheese firm like glue the wings were literal whole wings cut up hard and very flavorless aside from the bbq sauce i would like a whole refund asap

You know I used to frequent this restaurant not this location the original location for years so I go to the new location 801 Baltimore St. and I seeO Mexicans on the spot now this was the worst sub ive ever eating I mean horrible and for $10. 👎🏾you know this is the second time this has happened this year. I give up 🤷🏾‍♂️

I ordered on Feb 6, 2023, chef salad with shrimp salad. The shrimps was old and hard, too much onions. The chef salad had big chunks of cucumbers and carrots could not eat with salad, not bite-sized. I was truly disappointed they used to have the best food. I also ordered fish and shrimp sub it was horrible. In all I could not eat none of the food, I threw in trash.

Ordered Fried Fish sub (fish square) and when I used to order here, it came with 1 fish square on sandwich and 2 with sub. Now sub has one square cut in half that barely fits the 🍞. Got hella bread left no 🐟.. 👎👎

I love the food here. However, today I requested an order that included a pizza. The pizza did not arrive, and I received no notification. I immediately tried to call the delivery company ( Doordash), but no one answered. Finally, I called the restuarant and was told the driver left the pizza cause it was not ready. They took the pizza off, but the driver still got the tip. I told the lady at the restuarant that I wish I had known. This was an inconvenience and I had to fix something else to add to the meal which defeated the purpose of ordering out. As expensive as it is to request delivery I would think I would receive my order and not have a driver leave it because it was not ready.

Food is always great! The customer service is good. The area could use some tlc. You may have to deal with some one asking for money.

Dropped in for breakfast to go, got the scrapple egg and cheese on wheat with butter and jelly and some home potatoes with onion and an orange juice, just what that cool morning needed especially on a early Sunday morning that was a plus also had the B.L.T. extra 🥓 with mayo and black pepper it was legit.

NEVER a disappointment, ALWAYS a solid Baltimore staple. I personally prefer Silver Moon ll instead of Silver Moon I, but they're both pretty good (ll is a bit BETTER in my opinion 😁🤷🏾‍♂️) Wait times are VERY short & they stay open late most times. I've had everything but the wings & breakfast, but I suspect it to be good as well. Even breakfast outside of early morning times.

The food is really underrated. Top 5 in the city as far as basic carryout. I go OFTEN, every so often the cook has a bad day (or they change cooks, idk). Order the wings, they come crisp and cooked to perfection. Unlike the rubbery uncooked chicken I get everywhere else. Price is fair oh and the subs are a missle!

This WAS a classic... Now they have remodeled, closed the dining room, turned off the phones, changed the hours, and ruined things. Go ahead, call. "The voice-mail box is full". The police cars out front are cool though.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD! There was a mix up with my order (it was super busy in there) and I called telling them what happened. They gave fast solutions! It was okay because my order that got mixed up was delicious and when I went in to fix it they were really nice about it and were aware about who I was and what I was talking about. The staff were young but they knew a thing or two about making repeat customers and they run a tight ship.

It took 2 hours for delivery of just a 16 inch pizza and a chicken salad wrap with ICE COLD FRIES!!No fault of the door dash driver, she kept me informed of the wait. They tried to make up for it by sending a free flat fountain coke soda. Not ever again.

Not too bad at all 👌🏾😋 Food flavor is really a 3⭐️, not because the flavor is bad but because more flavor could be added to the meals. The flavor feels like a level 3, when it could be a 5 or 6 (out of 10), where 9 and 10 would be too much flavor and 1-2 is too little. Anyway, it’s one of few spots opened late (+ ⭐️) and delivers on the satisfaction when u need that late night snack

Silver moon been here for year but I didn't come here recently. I went the black owned art gallery next door called the gallery about nothing. GOOGLE IT

This restaurant never let me down my food is always good. It doesn't matter if it's breakfast or lunch the food is very satisfying. I especially love their fish quesadilla.

This was always my favorite stop. The food is good but not as good. I miss the seating area and no public restrooms for customers.

I ordered cream of crab soup comes with oyster crackers light on old bay and light on extra pepper. Everything was delicious and freshly made! Thank you Silvermoon staff!

Cesar wrap and chicken wings were on fire. I got the mild wings and they had just the right amount of kick, not dry at all. The Cesar wrap had nice fresh chicken as well. I will def be back. Great prices, excellent portions!

Really enjoyed my meal. Attended there two times in October. I ate in the establishment both times.

Great service and food need to have regular silverware and plates though as take out boxes aren't adequate and charging for water??? Maybe for the cup .

Had a salad, the chicken and shrimp wasn't tender. But the salad was fresh not wilted.
