The brunch was so sad. The service staff was nice but understaffed. Very very limited selection of buffet breakfast options, especially for the cost. Made to order waffles tasted like nothing. The view was nice overlooking the harbor. But I would definitely not return.

30Aug.2023 My waiter was very attentive and super polite. This was my 1st time eating here, yet I have been in this hotel 🏨 numerous during my trips into B.More. This restaurant was a recommendation of a staffer at the Starbucks inside the hotel. I was pleased with my dining and the price was reasonable (for me that is). You decide and stop in to check it out for yourself.

I would avoid eating here if you don’t have to. The food is very mediocre and extremely overpriced for what you get. You can see the picture of the bang bang shrimp that I ordered to go, and there are about five pieces of shrimp in the box. It cost $16 for that! The shrimp was pretty good, but definitely not worth the price.

I dined at the restaurant on 12/19. We had the kids fish and chips asked for it to be fried hard. It wasn't. The chicken sandwich was undercooked and not good. The burger was the worst… meat was dry and hard. Also why put a went pickle on the bun to make it soggy!! All that and 2 drinks for $70…. we should have went to Shake Shake for a better burger.

We had a reservation for Valentine's day. Arrived on time and had to wait. They gave us the absolute worst table available. Our waiter forgot we were there even though we were seated next to a storage area that the wait staff kept going back and forth to past our table. The hostest past by us several times and never checked on us once. The menu was lacking, the good was bleh and overpriced. I would NOT recommend.

So far I've only come here for the breakfast buffet. My family and I were staying here at the hotel and I didn't feel like going out into the streets looking for food. The price is certainly higher than what I would want to pay but the service was good and the food was good too. I had a waffle and an amazing omelet!

Expensive but the crab cakes were delicious. Went on a Friday night and we got a nice table overlooking the inner harbor. Bartender made a good mojito, would easily come back again.

My family and I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel, and our goal for the morning was to enjoy some breakfast before we explored the Aquarium. Upon arriving to The Watertable, we were greeted by a sign that informed you of the buffet prices. No big deal, I am sure the quality of the food and service would match the higher-than-average price for a downtown breakfast buffet. Boy was I wrong. Let’s get started: 1. No one greeted us when we approached the entrance. We stood there, just waiting. Finally two minutes into waiting (and poking our heads in the dining room) we were greeted and then led to a table. No apology for the wait.. 2. The table was ready for us, but it was dirty. Apparently someone set the table but never cleaned it. No apology for the dirty table.. 3. We sat and waited for our waitress/waiter to arrive. No one showed up, I noticed two of them running around attending to other tables. But no one visited our table to take our drink order. 4. The buffet was disappointing. Thin bacon, dehydrated eggs, and super dry potatoes. All of this, for $22.95. No omelet station, no fresh eggs, no waffle maker, and no coffee station. 5. When we got back to our table, we still had to flag down someone to take our drink order. And by the time our drink arrived, we were mostly done with our plates. 6. And of course, obtaining our bill and paying for it, took an obscene amount of time. I understand that in today’s times, staff are short, quality can be hit or miss, and people are trying their best. But there is NO WAY that this place can charge its customers $22.99 for that buffet and service. TL:DR The Watertable is overpriced, under staffed, and falls extremely short on delivering a quality breakfast buffet. Families look elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

I was at the hotel for a convention. Saturday evening I went to the Watertable for dinner. All they offered was an Italian buffet that was predominately pasta. There was one dessert choice. All of the food was mediocre and uninspired. The service was lackluster. Sunday's buffet looked better but I did not want to spend $50+ for dinner again (dinner, tip, drink). Sunday's brunch looked much better but after my experience the night before I had eaten my own food in my room. I tried Monday's breakfast buffet and it was okay. Lacked the variety of Sunday.

Beautiful view, nice ambience, good food & excellent customer service. I was visiting Bmore with a group of ladies for a day trip & I had a really nice time here. I love when I ask for things & come out with a better experience. Thank you to the beautiful Jahana (waitress) & Cammie (Host)

We stayed in the hotel and went to breakfast. It was a buffet with an omelette station. Some of the food was great (omelette, bacon and sausage) and some wasn’t (waffles and fruits). A little pricey ($28.95 pp) for what you get but it was worth the convenience.

When in Rome one is expected to sample the local treats. Here in Baltimore, at the Harbour, the Watertable provides its own twist to traditional favorites. This location boasts a small sample of the Harbour's fruit. I'd recommend the crab cake and dip. The view adds the ambiance while the staff take care of the rest. Majenta was the friendliest face north of Texas. Ty was awesome ad well. Thanks yall.

Would not recommend! Actual menu is very lack luster. Our first waitress was extremely rude. So much so that we requested another one. We waited about 20 minutes before the 1st waitress even approached our table or give us water. Menu options were so bad, the whole table ordered ceaser salads and they took almost an hour to come out. Very disappointed!

Horrible! No accurate information online (hours, menu). Waitress for dinner on Sunday, 4/3/2022, was not hospitable at all and clearly did not want to be there. Told me that the braised ribs were not ribs. Only one soup option. Would have loved to support this young lady but I had nothing to work with including the menu and poor attitude. This restaurant used to be fabulous but has really gone down over the years.

Really enjoyed our drinks and appetizer. The bartender was superb! Will definitely go back when visiting Baltimore.

Music from the lounge was too loud for the dining room. Service was poor. Server was polite. Brought appetizers out at different times. Also, meals were served at different times. Asked for wine with dinner, and we were nearly finished with dinner before our wine was brought out. Although the view was nice, we would not recommend for dinner.

View was great, wait staff was friendly. Food quality was good. Selection wasnt great. Set menu for valentine's day. They only had 5 dishes (4 entrees and a dessert). One of the dishes they had to substitute. I'd try again when they have a full menu.

This is the best breakfast buffet of any Marriott property I have frequented. The made-to-order omelettes are delightful, and the views of the Baltimore Inner Harbor while dining are lovely.

Service was great. Food just doesn't live up to the price. For $17 potatoes and eggs, it just wasn't there. They were great potatoes, but not $17 potatoes. Pancakes were also eh.

Kudos to the Watertable Restaurant under the leadership of Sanchez Drummond. We hosted a 25th Sorority Reunion there and we received 5-star service. The staff was attentive, courteous, and organized. The room was set up at the time we arrived, allowing us to immediately start setting up our personal decor. The space was tasteful and elegant. We had a pre-fixe menu for our party of twenty and the food was good. Even when there was a minor adjustment needed for one of the dishes, Sanchez immediately resolved the issue and provided a new entree. After our event was over, the staff quietly cleaned up the space and allowed us to continue to socialize without any interruptions. The view of the Baltimore Harbor was the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to host another event at the Watertable Restaurant again using Sanchez and her team.

It took me over an hour to get a salad without meat, so there was no cooking involved. The only reason I stayed that long is that they did bring my appetizer out much quicker, so I still felt obligated to pay them. I was unable to talk to a manager, but at least they had me write the issues down on paper that I hope got to someone who could address the issue. I was told my salad would be comped, but they still charged me on accident. The view is the only thing that made it even close to a tolerable experience. I was vivisting, but if I lived here, I would never come back. Maybe it was an off day?

Breakfast buffet $24,95 5/25/23. Pretty pathetic. Sure there were the basics, but for that price, I'd expect lox & bagels, eggs to order, waffles to order, and that tomato juice would be available. Silverware had dried egg on it, and while server replaced it immediately, at that price ir should not have happened. I know the hotel is short-handed, but using that as a reason for shortcomings has been done to death

Beautiful place and wonderful staff. Food was outstanding. Just need more drink available. But other than that this place is top ten.

Doubtful experience, really. Firstly I couldn't receive all the information I needed from online menu, than I have to wait to be seated, service was really slow, like they are doing me a big favor. Food was quite good, but they really need to improve their customer service!
