Food- 8 Service- 4 Cleanliness- 7 Came in for a quick bite at lunch and was a little disappointed at the service. Walked in to a sign that asked that I wait to be seated. 3 employees were in sight, and all looked at me, but did not give a simple "someone will be right with you". I was finally sat and was told my server would be right with me. There was one other table, but it still took almost 5 minutes to be greeted. I had plenty of time to have my whole order ready. I ordered, food came out very quickly and hot. The 3 mile island winds were a little less spiced than I remembered, but we're nice and crispy. There was no check back for food quality, no refill, and I had to bring my card to the server who didn't check on me. I tipped 20 percent and left. No real experience. Just order taking. I may give it another try in hope things will operate like they have at other locations.

Food was delicious- service could have been so much better! We were sat right away and order was taken. After that our waiter sort of disappeared. The manager brought out food out promptly and answered any questions we had about the menu for further ordering. But the waitress was just NOT present. I’ve been waiting about 10 minutes for my card back since giving it for payment….. And if you were wondering NO! The place is not busy …. She has 3 tables…. With 2 ppl at each…. At this point I’m annoyed BUT I WOULD venture back for the food… with a different waitress.

Haven’t been back to a Hooters in about 5 years but took my daughter for her first experience on a Saturday. The signature wings, boneless wings (tenders) and chilli was par for the course, I wasn’t completely satisfied nor disappointed. Service was what it was for a Saturday 230p lunch. The FOH staff was friendly and carried the tradition of greeting each guest with a cheer when you enter the space. The Venue was clean and well stocked with condiments on the table. Food was slower than we anticipated but could be of been the wind down before dinner service. If I was in the area and wanted wings, burgers and fries…. This would be the place.

Bad service, 30 min waiting for someone to ask us for drink another 30 min to serve it, fries are cold, never ask for refill until we almost leave. Never come back.they bring my food when every body finished their food and my order was FRIES with cheese. 🥴😡 PD the restaurant was empty.

Did have to wait a bit to be seated, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. The servers were friendly. The food was okay at a fair price. The shrimp tacos were good and the naked mild buffalo wings onion rings we're good also. Virgin strawberry daiquiri was okay.

Food was ok but service was severely lacking. Waitress disappeared several times without checking back in on us to see if we needed anything. We ate dinner without drinks. Then when it came time to pay the bill we had to stop and ask another waitress if she could bring it because we had been done eating for 15 to 20 min. The bill already has gratuity included we asked to adjust how much of a tip the waitress received which the bill clearly said gratuity was at the discretion of the customer and got a full line of questioning from the manager. We told her what the issues were and she was very unprofessional making smart comments that were not needed. Hooters there is a bunch of good people needing jobs be more selective on who is representing your name!

My friends and I have never went to hooters before, making this our first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very polite and our food came quickly. It tasted amazing. The manager was very polite and seemed proud of the people working there. I would give this experience a 10/10 and we thoroughly enjoyed it! This was the highlight of my trip to Baltimore and I would love to come again.

We have always loved this place. My husband and I have been coming here since 2009. Our kids love it here and it's always a great time. It does seem like it's more bar then restaurant lately. The menu options seem a little slim. However the service is still great and the food is still good.

Place was practically empty when we arrived. We placed our order and let our waitress know that we needed to leave by 7:30 because we had a booked boat tour. Ordered our food at 6:35. We got drinks and that was it because 7:30 not even our appetizers came out. We were told they couldn’t rush the kitchen. A group that came in after us got served their order as we were leaving. After seeing the other reviews, seems to be common practice. The owner who comments can save their stupid feedback because clearly nothing has changed from all the other complaints.

This Hooters was the worst establishment I have ever been to. The only good part was our waitress Jenn, who was training another waitress and still managed to be attentive. The food took an hour and a half was was subpar at BEST. Manager wasn’t doing her job at all. Super unprofessional and got discounted for half of our meals because they knew they weren’t doing good.

Our waitress was nice, however, it took us almost an hour to get our food. Just two of us, ordered chicken tenders with fries and sliders with fries and then a Philly cheese steak to go. It wasn’t particularly busy either and we noticed other tables who came after us getting served their food before ours. Also we ordered a pitcher of beer and it was kinda warm….

This is a very up and down experience. Let me start by saying the bartenders and servers are doing everything they can and are very friendly. I was greeted immediately. They are still serving alcohol but the bar area is closed. It seems something like a leak is happening behind the bar. As someone in the industry I truly feel for the workers. They are bouncing around doing all they can to keep this ship afloat. Seems the kitchen is possibly short staffed. 3 tenders and 5 wings took roughly 30 minutes and there were maybe 2 other tables in here. They also forgot to toss my tenders in sauce and the bone in wings were fairly cold. They also forgot my fries. To be fair, I enjoyed the tenders but as you can see from the picture, I'm not sure what's going on with the wings. Maybe reheated? It seems like they might be going through something and it goes back to a better experience after a little while but thought it important to toss this review up for anyone thinking about coming. You may need some extra patience. Also they close at 8.

Good service and to go order was quickly available. Good customer service. Even appropriately handled a "too" loudly singing patron with nunchucks well.

It was a hot summer day in Maryland and we need somewhere to cool off and eat and we enjoyed the food and a nice air condition

I arrived around 9pm and left around 10:40pm with a group of people. The wait time for appetizers and meals was very slow and we received very poor service. We were given plastic utensils and all of the food was cold. I'd hope that we would've received better treatment during the day but, I don't believe that to be true.

This place is awesome! Great food, great service, and great beer! I had Marissa as my waitress and she was amazing! She went above and beyond for my family and I. Will definitely be returning in the future! 5 stars all around!

Friendly hostess and server. Great chicken selection on menu. The items served were fresh, very hot and tasted oh, so yummy. I had the teriyaki wings- delicious! Tables, chairs were clean as well as washroom. We informed an employee about empty soap dispenser in men's room and this was promptly taken care of. Great little sports bar/family restaurant with upbeat, pleasant employees on inner Baltimore harbour. This was an awesome find by we, Canadian visitors.

I was warmly and promptly greeted at the door by both the server Emily and the bartender Zoe. I sat at the bar and ordered cheese sticks and a mango hooterade. I would highly recommend dining at this establishment because of both the excellent food service and the friendly staff.

i give this place 0 stars. i had never been to a hooters and was super excited to go with my boyfriend but as soon as we entered the server was rude. we ordered alcohol but was told if i took a drink we’d get kicked out because my ID was vertical ((from a different state but still over 21)). we had ordered food but didnt even touch it and walked out because by that time enough was enough. the manager called the police on us and followed us around but they did nothing but agree with us. hopefully they replace the staff so the place feels more welcoming

Excellent location. Staff was friendly and inviting. Food was prepared perfectly and served quickly. One of the best Hooters I've been to.

I wish I could rate the food here but after 25 minutes of waiting, I was never able to put in an order. I came in around 4:50pm on a Sunday when it was fairly empty and slow. By 5:15, no employee had spoken to me to even say a server would be with me shortly. Plenty had walked by multiple times and ignored me when I tried to get their attention. If it was busy I'd understand but the servers were hanging out in the food pick up area chitchatting and on their phones. One couple had already sat down, waited, and left by then The servers here clearly don't care and I can only imagine management is just as bad.

Awesome visit with Marissa yesterday, 1-14-24! She definitely went out of her way to make me, and all of her guests feel at home, all while working the bar, greeting and seating the guests as they came in, and helping the other girls with drinks and to go orders. She was a 1 woman show!
