    Firstly, the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. The store manager was sitting in the lobby on his phone while 2 workers switched between making bowls and cashing people out. The workers were not friendly and appeared annoyed by the customers. I came in to redeem a reward. Upon attempting to redeem my reward the associate informs me that I owe $5. At this point, I ask why? She does not respond and instead walks away (provided me no explaination) and grabs the manager who is on his cellphone during this time. He then informs me that I owe $5 as well. I politely ask him why do I owe $5? (simply because I did not see it on the app) He replies " I don't make the app." As a manager at Chipotle facility it is the customer's expectation that the manager is able to articulate what the reason would be for paying an additional $5 or provide the customer with direction as to where the terms are stated in the cellphone application. At this point , Jamel the store manager provided no other solution, scoffed at me in a way that I annoyed him. He provided poor customer service during this interaction and provided a disservice to a loyal customer. I am very disappointed in the service that was provided today and I would recommend using a different location until there is something done to improve the customer service.

    Worst Chipotle location… well, maybe aside from the Harbor location. EVERY time I go I’m met with attitudes. No matter the time of day, no matter the weather. I can come in with a smile. I can come in with positive energy. No use. I get it’s a fast-paced environment but that’s what the employees signed up for when they agreed to work there. Not only are the attitudes a mess, but the overall presentation of the food (and how they bag the food) is seriously lacking. They have more focus on talking about their personal lives. They’re making Chipotle look bad.

    A manager named Carter gave away my food and refused to remake it. When trying to understand how this could happen he walked away as I he couldn't be bothered to speak to me. Then when trying to obtain further corporate information he became combative and threatened me with assault before walking away entirely refusing to answer anymore questions. Don't come here if you want your food given away and don't complain or the manager may want to fight you.

    I was refused service 20 minutes before closing by an unfriendly and dismissive staff. I was not greeted with a hello when I came in. Instead, two employees yelled across the room at me: "online orders only!" I tried to do so but was then approached by a manager who claimed that ordering online wouldn't work either. When I demanded to know why I could not simply order in store since they were still open for another 20 minutes, I was told that their "system wouldn't accept it." As one who has worked in food service before, I found this utterly preposterous. The manager even implied that he would give me food for free but withdrew the offer citing he "didn't like" my attitude. I was calmly and assertively asking him to explain the situation. I was not yelling or disrespecting anyone, and yet I was treated like trash. No apologies, no empathy. I left the store in tears and will likely never eat at Chipotle anywhere ever again.

    My son and I went there, thinking we were going to have a great meal after work, not. I ordered what I thought was going to be a taco salad, the young lady serving ask me how many tacos, right there I was confused, so I just said four, two chicken and two steak. She heated the tortillas for less than 10 seconds on the hot iron, I requested rice, and then she passed them on to the next station. I may have gotten food poisoning from the second food station. Something was definitely tainted or spoiled!! As far as the atmosphere, it seems like everyone working there were family members or related, they had a table where everyone kept going to from behind the food service area, they all sat down talking and chatting as if they were not at work, therecwas a toddler running aroundthat was with them!!! I should have trusted my instinct. When we walked in, there was only one set of customers in the place! The employees were walking around in the seating area as if again they were customers and talking over top everyone throughout the whole restaurant, not very professional atmosphere for the customers!!! Also, there are no plastic knives or spoons, so it was very hard to eat soft tacos with so much stuff piled on top of them without leaning into the bowl to bite off pieces! I've managed many years in retail, this place seriously needs to have a tour of district managers walkthrough this restaurant, this is a very poorly run restaurant. The place also needs serious detailed cleaning in the seating area as well as the food service area!!! So basically, I ended up with two bowls of sloppy gunk, not worth eating! D 79.86

    Chipotle locations in Maryland overall have really gone down in the dumps it seems. I had a particularly bad experience at this location and wanted to make consumers aware of their practices. I placed a online pick up order from my office for lunch. When I arrived I was told the order had already been picked up, after standing waiting for assistance for 30 minutes. So I am told I must repay for the meal I never received and wait in the line, by who was referred to as the manager. I paid double for a meal because this location is disorganized and gave my food to someone else during the lunch rush. Poor customer service is an understatement. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    My girlfriend and I went there last night and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted a Quesadilla they were making quesadillas in the press because apparently their quesadilla machine was broken like every time we have went there. But they were making quesadillas for online orders because they were already paid for. Okay fine the quesadilla was not the problem it was the staff a young woman at the front the first person you interact with was beyond rude and nasty from how she greeted us all the way up to the time we left. And while this unprofessional interaction was going on the staff seemed to laugh and giggle as if it was funny. This location is always rude and dirty. They "close" early and by that I mean they tell you they are out of something because they don't want to make it eventhough they don't close for another 90 minutes. Or they tell you they are taking card only because they like to close down 2 hours early. This is a terrible location from the rudeness of the staff to unprofessionalism and the cleanliness it is all terrible. And there seems to be no repercussions to any actions. The fact that in the Baltimore area all you have to say is bad chipotle service and they know it's the north Charles location.

    This chipotle location needs to absolutely be shut down immediately. It’s truly embarrassing for the chipotle franchise. 1. Employees are rude. The cashier took her time and then slammed my food on the counter after putting it in the bag. 2. The guac tasted texturey and artificial and bland. 3. The rice was mushy and not seasoned. 4. They had no chicken and no fajita. 5. No indoor seating for no actual reason. 6. No ice. 7. Dirty prep station, servers had no food hygiene (no gloves, no hair restraints etc). 8. Bag of chips only had 10 chips inside LOL All of these issues yet, they still charge full price. I’m not a very picky person and I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But I’ve given this place so many chances (ordered from here several times by mobile order and in person) and every time, there was something wrong or missing. I thought I’d give it one more shot today and I ended up just throwing my bowl in the trash. Such a waste. Do better.

    So rude. Cashier didn’t even speak. When I went to give her cash she stared at me and said do I have a card. I’m not sure if they were not taking cash at the time but I wasnt aware. She definitely didn’t make it know in a respectful manner. She Was doing everything except ringing up my food. Had me waiting to pay for food and there was no one else in line. Do not go to this chipotle. From my experience it’s always ghetto and unsatisfactory.

    We ordered online for the first time, paid online, and picked it up. My husband and I each got a burrito. When you arrive, there's a shelf of items that were ordered online and you just grab your bag and go. No one even verifies if it's your own order, which I found disconcerting. Nevertheless, I picked up my order and when I got home, I realized our burritos were poor in quality and were missing half of what we asked for. It sucked. To their credit, we emailed them and they sent us a coupon for 2 free burritos which was nice of them. We made our order obline and went to the restaurant to wait for our order. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for it to be ready. Finally, I got tired of waiting and went up to the register and asked about our order. The girl looked around and handed me a bag that had been sitting behind the registers for a while and no one had even bothered to check to put it over by the online order pick up. This, too, was frustrating. So overall, I'd say this particular Chipotle doesn't have the best service but when you reach out, they take actions to keep you coming back. That's the only reason why I gave them 3 stars and not 1. I'll probably still go back because it's Chipotle but this time I'll order in the restaurant so I can see everything they're putting in the burritos.

    I think 2/3 times I order here online they don't make it and I have to get a refund. I know this is Baltimore but if they only didn't make the food 1/3 of the time that would be really nice. I don't know how many hours before close you have to order to get food, but if you try 8 PM or later it's probably not getting made

    WORST CHIPOTLE in the city! I redeemed a free drink via the app & when I got to the restaurant the soda machine was out of order. Ok cool. But, the cashier still put a cup in my bag????? Then watched me pour flat soda in a cup. Did not offer to fix the mistake. This place also does NOT follow order notes. I asked for LIGHT hot salsa yet it’s all over my burrito & way too spicy to eat. I really wish they would change this place to something else. It’s a different issue EVERY visit.

    Shut this place down… terrible service, cold undercooked food, terrible portions, and dizzy staff. I almost left the store without my entire order and had to ask for my drink. My order was placed for pick up but not available on the pick up counter so I had to wait in line,WHICH IS WHY I ORDERED ONLINE!!!! Then I finally sit down at work and there are no utensils, napkins or anything… just precariously placed food… Terrible experience. I hope people read reviews before going here but unfortunately it’s fast food and they’re gunna keep getting away with it until there is a serious shift in culture. Thee worst chipotle ever.

    I actually left after seeing how much trash was on the floor of the dining area and how no one was assigned to keep the food serving area tidy. As orders were being prepared, the counters were understandably getting drips and drops of food everywhere. So it was disheartening to see food orders being filled amidst the big mess! After two failed attempts to go elsewhere, I literally closed my eyes and ordered from Chipotle, trusting the food would be good because my kids were hungry. Food was excellent.

    Food had no chipotle flavors like other locations taste bland as h***! Lady working the line was very rude and not attentive. I asked for side of hot 3 times. While she wanted to go play on her phone. I do however like the new manager. The guy is really nice. I remember the lady manager was throwing cups and yelling at customers. No wonder nobody comes to this location.

    Been here about 2-3 times, and I won't fall for it again. 1st time) ordered online, I get there and they don't have queso and wouldn't refund me. 2nd time) I walk in, and they say "we're only taking online orders", which is crazy. 3rd time) I ordered steak online, I get there to pick up, "we don't have any steak, can we make you something else?" I didn't get refunded for the difference in the replacement order. This place is a total joke and I won't be going back. Chipotle Corporate needs to shut this place down or fire everyone, ASAP.

    Floor filthy, wet, lady had her child running around as if she wanted others to babysit. Employees was nice, just was the establishment that was nasty. The food was ok, I tried eating in there but it just wasn’t clean, made the food turn out terrible if you know what I mean. Please fix that water from where ever it’s coming from. Where is the GM when you need her or him?

    Came in to order a chicken quesadilla but they were out of flour tortillas 😳 That should have been a sign for me to go across the street to Potbelly’s or Soups on. But I didn’t have the time to shop around for lunch so I ordered a burrito bowl. They were extremely tight on the chicken seriously it may have been two and a half tablespoons. I was told I would have to pay extra for more meat. Can’t afford to pay for extra meat say I requested fajitas veggies ummm we don’t have any we don’t have time to cut the peppers and onions. Whaaaaat🤨🤨 There’s two employees on their phones another employee leaning against the wall talking to the cashier so I’m not sure why there’s no time to do their job!!! At this point I’m totally regretting staying in here especially after I was told they didn’t have the vinaigrette After I purchased my order, while walking to my car the. I remembered I didn’t get a receipt. I came back asking for my receipt. The cashier told me it was in my bag. I replied “oh wow thank you. Get back to my hotel room and guess what? YEP no receipt for my cash order. Therefore no reimbursement for me! -no tortillas - no more meat unless you pay more $$ - no vinaigrette -no receipt for cash payment One good thing about my visit is that I didn’t pay more $. for the extra meat because the meat I had was tasteless 🤮

    Slow service with an attitude. Place always looks like it needs a little cleaning. Both those things make for a negative atmosphere. On another visit, a member of staff asked if I wanted a drink. I replied just a cup for some water. He proceeded to put the cup in his hand back in the holder, and stated they had no cups for water. I proceeded to leave and look for napkins in the messy drink station. There were none, and when I asked the staff member for a napkin, they rolled their eyes.

    This Chipotle is consistently bad, period. I've been a few times and every time it's sort of a last resort cause I needed to get something quick to eat near my place. They're messy, unprofessional and the protein portion sizes are smaller than in other locations. They should just shut down, let someone else run it or give the spot for another restaurant to serve customers better.

    The staff is normally very friendly, but on my most recent visit, the cashier confused my order with the person before me who had double chicken. The staff member who put the last of the ingredients on top tried to say the bowl was heavy. Pay close attention when you are being charged for your order.
