    Thank you, Papa John’s on Hanover St, for reminding me why I do not order Papa John’s on my dollar. Maybe on the company card. My order was simple, a three-topping pizza with a side of pizza sauce. Oh, I also had a request for a well-done pizza. The pizza maker got fancy; they only put cheese and toppings on my pizza. They also took the pizza out of the oven before the cheese melted. I realize everyone is not patient enough to prepare food to a complete point. Preparing a pizza with no sauce appears spiteful. As you can see, I will place a poorly prepared pizza in the oven quickly. Unfortunately, this pie echoes the ignorance behind the counter. I will spend my coin on another pizza joint; thanks for the reminder Papa John’s.

    Very impressed with their pizza making/delivery skills. This was what I got after 40 mins wait. Wanted to give zero star, but since they refunded me, I put one star instead.

    I ordered over the phone. They told me it would be 15 min. I got there in 20 minutes and they hadn't started making it. So i waited patiently in my car. When I came back inside later to get it, they said someone must-have took it so i had to wait for them to make me another. So i waited over an hour for my order only for it to be wrong. This time they forgot my pepperoni and didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. Talk about upset, my kids didn't even want the pizza when i got home because there was no pepperoni. Waste of time and money.

    I’d been craving Papa Johns for some time now. You know I’m beyond disappointed. It feels like I’m chewing rubber. The sauce, cheese and toppings are all below the minimum. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be great, when I called the customer service was poor. I ordered online and that was a headache as well.

    Very disappointed! I gave a generous tip. However, I tipped before receiving the services which was a big mistake. I am aware that things happen (especially in city traffic). However, when you call to inquire. You get an individual who treats the conversations as if you (the customer) are being annoying. I think an 1/2 hour late with delivery is excessive. I work at a hospital with limited lunch time. Therefore, delivery should be no later than 15 minutes of what was stated.

    This Place is horrible.. they seriously need to be shut down… On August 24th 2022 I walked in 1200 South Hanover st. Baltimore Md location around 9pm to pickup my order I called in, when I arrived I watched a young lady tossing Pizza dough around without gloves or a hair net on walk over to the cash register ring me up for my pizza ( which I paid for in cash) then return back to the pizza making area without washing or sanitizing her hands before picking up that same Pizza dough she was tossing around before stopping to assist me… smh I called to complain the next day during normal Business hours but of course the Manager ( Mike Cate) who’s name is listed on the card wasn’t available. I did not eat my pizza I throw it away I wouldn’t dare let my dog or a homeless person eat something that wasn’t or isn’t Prepared safely especially considering Covid-19 is still happening..Don’t eat here THE STAFF IS NASTY,DIRTY AND CARELESS WHEN HANDLING FOOD. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

    No way to call them to complain, so guess I’ll leave a review! They never shows up. They are useless. I placed an order over the phone, gave them my number, and waited over an hour. Papa John’s, this one location has ruined your reputation.

    Tracker doesn't work. Took over an hour to get my food and it was horrible. Called twice spoke with a team member who was rude and not helpful at all. How dare papa John's sell poor quality pizza at high quality rates.

    Place is garbage.. Made an order, never received the order then it took them 3 months to refund the money after I called 3x a week and was lied to over the phone every call.. The last manager I spoke to said everyone I spoke to previously had lied and they never attempted to refund the order. They will never get anymore of my business.

    It's reasons like this is why I never ask a restaurant of any kind to redo my food especially if I can't see you make it because you never know what type of people you're dealing with, I would just ask for my money back. So the Papa John's on Hanover St. gave us an old cold pizza. When we called them back and tried to explain what happened, the shift supervisor decided he wanted to be very rude. My coworker was calm throughout the whole conversation but shift supervisor Mike wanted to be rude, talk over customers and hang the phone up on customers instead of being professional. When we called corporate, I told my coworker to ask them if we can get another pizza from a different location since they won't give us our money back plus I had a feeling they was gonna do something bad to our pizza and sure nuff this is what they decided to do, it look they shoved the pizza in one corner or they kicked the box across the floor and not only did corporate lie to us about having a different location make our food again, that same location thought it would be funny to do this to our pizza and they probably spit in too. And they refuse to give us our money back. Never in my life have I ever been through this before, completely disgusting.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Michael if you are reading this your female manager on duty needs to be fired immediately. I was verbally accosted with hateful slurs. this needs to be addressed and so far each time I call to speak with you she hangs up on me.

    If you are out of a product at the time an order is placed, please say so. Do not bring a random replacement and demand your customer pay for it. To wit, ordered 2L Mt. Dew. Was sent a 2L Pepsi that was 100°+ (like it had been in a car all day; it is currently 93° here). Also, why do you have an option for a "well done" bake? You are clearly incapable of making this happen. Last. Order.

    Staff friendly, i always get a buffalo chicken pizza from them when i order. I get it for delivery. Usually takes about 30mins at minimum pending on how busy they are for them to deliver it to you

    My $55 order for a family materialized as a $15 pizza. You’re better off lighting your wallet on fire. Papa Johns either runs on slave labor or employs idiots and neither are remotely good for customers. Make your own pizza if you have to to avoid the customer service hack this brand relies on.

    Don't order from here if you need your pizza delivered by a certain time. On more than one occasion, I've placed a plan ahead order for 45 minutes before a scheduled event, and they often come up to an hour later than the scheduled time. If you try to call to get in contact with someone, you'll just wait on hold for the whole hour until your pizza eventually shows up.. just don't bother.

    I ordered online and while the delivery was quick, they messed up my order. When I did try to call and rectify the mistake no one answered. The meal that I did received was over cooked and sloppy. I was also missing my 2-Liter soda.

    The pizza was good and the boneless wings. But the pizza was kinda cold already. The other thing was that to expensive, a large half pepperoni with cheese pizza and boneless wings was too much money, and by the way the pizza didn’t even look like a large it looked like medium.I wouldn’t buy here again.
