This was suppose to be a 2 piece chicken combo. The hush puppy was the same size as 1 of the "pieces" of chicken. Sadly neither the chicken or the hush puppies were edible. They were so hard and dried out that they could have been used as weapons to do serious damage. It was like they were fried to long yesterday and sat out all night and reheated today and sold. I basically just threw my money in the trash. I really didn't feel like driving all the way back there and wasting more gas. To get more food cooked in month old grease. Do yourself a favor keep driving by this location you might have better luck at the next one. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

WORST FOOD, the food is half as good as other taco bells, literally, they give you half portions. All the food is mostly tortilla or shell, drive through is busted and barely workin, spent $20 and got maybe half my order

The fish tasted alright but I guess their presentation wasn't all that and this was in 2016

During my last 3 visits, the fish, shrimp and fries were greasy, fried too hard to the point where you can't cut the fish with a knife and the old grease used comes oozing out of the fries. They need to change the grease and replace the person who serves that kind of food to the public. I had to toss it in the trash. Food quality has definitely gone down from the way it used to be at the Patapsco St. location.

I've never had a bad experience at this Long John Silver's location, but I couldn't honestly say I've had any amazing experiences there either. When the food is cooked fresh, it's as delicious as any other in the chain. The location is a bit tricky to get in and out of if you need to park and wait for your food to come out fresh, because the drive-thru immediately spits back out on the main road. I suppose you can't blame them for that, so go enjoy some hush puppies anyways.

The food was really good and hot, and the woman who took my order and gave me my food was very polite.

The last time when I came here, they refused to give me any vinegar or any other condiment. They said vinegar is now 25 cents per packet, which raises the price of a meal by at least 75 cents per piece of fish or chicken. That is about 3-4+ dollars extra per meal. I returned my meal for a refund, because it is bizarre to eat fish and chips without vinegar. Also, this store has been robbed so many times that they don't let customers in the store any more. I don't know if that is just in the evening or all day. I swore that I would never come here again. Prior to this, I had a bad experience here, too. The counter girl at the drive- through was nice and helpful, but the woman who came outside to deliver my food was belligerent. She refused to walk to my car and demanded that I start my car and drive a mere 20 feet in her direction. She was standing a car length away from me, demanding that I drive over to her.. Arguing with her took longer than if she had just walked to my parking spot. This is a dangerous neighborhood, so watch your back if you come here.

I asked for extra tartar sauce and got honey mustard and had to pay for extra.

Fish is always hard and dry! Like they burn it on purpose! People come far for the taste and it’s disappointing!!!! Bring back Great service!

I had just purchased an order from this location. I felt the $20 was wasted because the food was the worse I ever gotten. The fish was rubbery, oily, dry, and cold. The chicken plank was hard as a brick and overcooked. The fries are cold. I honestly think that they gave me the food that has been sitting under the lights all day. I am very angry to the point I want to call your Corporate Office about this bad experience with my meal and I also feel that just because u are a city location that does not mean you give poor quality service. That is how I feel on the real. I will not come back to this location again.

My order was too much. I ordered the nacho bel grande n I replaced the beans with extra meat, n the tomatoes with extra cheese, I also didn't get any chives. My mother ordered the L1 n the fish had too much breading n the fries looked like the grease needed to be changed. I know what I speak of because I used to be a line cook at a wing restaurant in Florida n my grease never got old.

Fish and hush puppies were not fresh. I ordered the L6 and they didn’t even bother to add the shrimp to the meal. They were arguing in front of me when I got to the window. The people working their are so unprofessional. I traveled a long way to come to Long John Silvers but will never come back.

In broad daylight couldn't enter the place. The server were rude and unhelpful. They were more concerned about getting us out of the drive through then making sure we had or complete order.

Food was OK but the dining room was closed (lunchtime on a weekday) and there were little kids playing with toys on a blanket inside.

Service was downright friendly. Very efficient and pleasant. Food is spot on! Perfect batter.
