I Had heard Good things about this restaurant until I tried to Order from them. We decided to order (15 wings, fries and a drink) from them from the Marriott Hotel literally down the street. We ordered at 12:30 am and about and hour @ 1:30 later we called and they stated that the delivery person had just left and that we should be expecting a phone call soon that the order had arrived at the hotel. @ 1:45 am we called again and they stated that driver was still on his way. We cancelled the order. We should not have had to almost 2 hours for a delivery that was a half a mile from the hotel we were staying. We went to bed starving but never again!

Mediocre food and by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Food was expected to be delivered (from 0.8 miles away) between 12:11 and 12:26. I called to check on the status at 12:35. Went back and forth with the restaurant the next 40 minutes. Finally get my order around 1:10 and part of it is missing of course. When I called to ask for a refund, they just kept saying "wow".

This place refused myself gluten free items, because of their “policy”. Even when all I asked was for a burger with no bun. They told me to hang up when I asked if they had any more options while trying to work with the menu. I’ve never been to a restaurant that cares less about their customers.

We had to wait 3 hours for a delivery and we had to keep calling for them to get us or order. Long story short we got our food and it was good and made fresh. The next day we ordered instead of paying over the phone we said we will pay cash and they came quick but this time the food was Trash. We only ordered here because it open extremely late and the hilton hotel had vouchers for them.

I give a two star because for the last 2 months I don’t no if it’s a new cook or what but how the hell u don’t no how to make french fries the fries was not done the chicken was not cooked rite in they always for get your drink everytime at first they normally season the fries now they just uncooked in just blend no taste at all the customer service is good. The delivery time is good. The people who cooking the food need to be fired. How do you not no how to cook french fries so because of the cook this id why y’all get a two star from me because the cook don’t know how to cook. The food is undone so I ant order for there in about two weeks now in don’t plan to let me no when y’all get a new cook because I can’t keep spending my money in then throwing the food away like that’s crazy in I spent 56$ dollars that day so upset never again

So we ordered Sunday morning at around 1:30 in the morning we ordered the two combo steak and cheese subs with fries and can sodas. The total came up to about $28 even though we had a long list of coupons but that’s what we ordered so the water came about 2:45 AM because you got a realize it’s Saturday Sundays so everybody still ordering from the only place is probably still open so when we got our food we saw that they just slapped on some mayonnaise and onions and green peppers and that was it the french fries were so disappointing they just look like they nuke them in the microwave. No color to the fries no crunch no nothing, so that’s what you get when you order that late and wherever the location is from the hotel that we were staying at that’s what you got other than that the price was good the sub was good and the soda was good. I didn’t touch the fries they had no crunch they weren’t cooked no oil or deep fryer touched those fries or air fryer. The order taker was very quick on the phone he wanted you to order pay and get off the line

Always a pleasure to get food from here the chicken is the best and customer service is always A1. Roy took my order today and was a joy to talk too

I've been eating from here for 21 years and never had any problems with my food or customer service!!!! My favorite is their whole wings fried extra hard with season salt, pepper, and extra containers of their hot sauce

They took 2 hours with my food maybe even longer then they because I’m still waiting and all they do is lie but Roy is so nice and respectful

An excellent phone rep by the name of Jack took my order! Very kind and patient as I always have anxiety trying to order food lol. Love the pizza & fries here.

Just got delivery was very good . Jordan did a courtesy call to check to see if we were happy with our order. Never had that with delivery. Would definitely order again if in the area.

i have been calling here occasionally for two years. for two years, the spinach pies on their menu have been unavailable. they keep telling me they do sell them, but they simply have not sold any and none are in stock at the moment. i was also told that they do not sell the veggie sub that's listed on their menu due to no vegetables of any kind being available. i have a hard time at least believing the latter. continues to waste my time each time i check with them. 1 star. :/

The subs were on the small side, and just ok. Fries were good. Loved the fried wings. Fast delivery

Food was cold actually know the guy told him I will bring the 30 cents tomorrow he said ok so the driver forgot to give me my drinks I called and ask he said he would bring them 2 hours later i call they hang up on me at least 3-4 times then I finally get ahold of the manager and he was even worst smh I don’t understand some of these food places now adays but will not recommend you to spend your money here cause customer satisfaction will be bad everytime food was all cold if I didn’t mention Delbert took 2 hours too

Worst experience of my life! Stayed at tru hotel. Ordered at 5:30pm it hit 7pm no delivery! So we left to get food somewhere. We're headed out of parking garage when we got a call it was delivered and we still had to pay fill price! Food was gross bread was cold and my sandwich asked for plain and it wasn't plain.

Was over 30 minutes late to drop my food off, forgot my ranch then refused to issue a refund for when it arrived cold! Don’t waste your time with this place!

Absolutely a waste of time and money they will lie to you, hang up on you, just very unprofessional waited 2 hours for soggy wings and cold food Do not order from here worst delivery I’ve ever experienced. Makes me want to leave a bad review on my hotel just for recommending this place

It's a wonderful spot in a distinctive area. The dinner was decent, so I'll return.

Every time I order from here the food is on point. Scott usually answers when I call and I never have a problem.

So I ordered a fried chicken salad… they sent a buffalo chicken salad… I called because for 1 the salad was wet… 2 the onions were old…3 I don’t want buffalo soggy chicken in my salad. The guys says welll that’s all we have so deal with it and we will give you a discount the next time. It’s not really a big deal… I have been eating from Masseys since 2005. Today is the last day that I’ll every order from this place!

Do not! I repeat DO NOT spend your money here if you don’t have it to waste. This places customer service as well as their food & their delivery is TRASH. The manager is rude after I waited almost two hours for my food, called back repeatedly to see where it was, all for the driver to get here with HALF of my order. My pizza was forgotten. ALL of the food I ordered was cold. The ONLY thing the manager offered to make this right was a CAN OF SODA!! Then when my pizza FINALLY arrives, it isn’t even how I asked them to make it! Manager also refused to have another one sent out. So all in all, don’t waste your money. This business doesn’t deserve our hard earned money.

It’s just not it. Order process is difficult, over the phone, mobile or in person. Timeliness is obsolete. The prices vary by the day and who’s on the register, order has been wrong multiple times and do not fix it, they will bless you and send you on your way. Would not recommend to anyone.
