I was really looking forward to dining at Red Robin’s and so I was not prepared for the disappointing meal. The cheeseburger ($10.29) was bland and the meat was dry. I asked for medium rare meat and obviously didn’t get it. The Salted Caramel milkshake ($3.99) was a pretty good size. But after consuming the caramel drizzled at the top, all I was left with was vanilla ice cream. The server was very attentive and friendly. It seemed like she was the only one helping the customers. When I was ready to pay, I noticed that my server didn’t get a chance yet to include the milkshake on my check. So I waited for her to finish helping others. Meanwhile, other servers were walking passed me and no one was making eye contact. When I finally got someone’s attention, he immediately went to inform my server. Not a good first experience at a Red Robin’s. No “Yummm” for me!

Red Robin is underrated. Granted this is a chain burger joint, it is still pretty decent and has lots of variety to choose from. Not to mention everything is very reasonably priced. They have coupons floating around online so try and grab one of those before you head in. Also don't play the games on the table kiosk, it costs $2 lol. Found that out the hard way.

The floors were very dirty this evening. Covered with debris and sticky! Food was good and service was, too. But they should really focus on a better, cleaner presentation for customers. The decor is nice and there's an ambiance typical of American cuisine restaurants. Not the worst, but certainly nothing to write home about.

I wanted to rate this a 0, but it would bot let me. So my wife and I come here quite often in Hope's that the service improves. At this time again as always we sit here gazing in each other's eyes starving while awaiting someone to wait on us. This would be very Romantic if our stomachs weren't crawling at each other. Bottom line management needs to improve before staff will follow

Red Robin is a favorite of mine because of the great burgers and the endless fries or salad. You really don't know who the managers are here until they tell you because they are working just as hard as the waitresses!! My family and I always have a wonderful meal here at a reasonable price.

Always get good service here. The staff is very friendly. Never have an issue with food and the rewards program is pretty good. I stopped here during the month of my birthday and got a free sandwich. So.w places only give me 3 or 4 days to use a birthday coupon.

Service was curteous and quick. Food was good beyond expectations. The prices were perhaps a touch high, but the quality of food and service was well worth the cost. The atmosphere within is warm, inviting, and energetic in stark contrast to the surrounding neighborhood. The ambiance was rich and bright, without being loud or overwhelming. A generally lovely and comfortable experience.

Its a red robin. It's a corporate place. The food is the same most places but I liked the service. I'd give it 4 stars but they don't have happy hour. Bottomless fries is nice but I didn't need to ask. I would've preferred specials. I think they should consider changing their menu for the city against maybe the suburbs, but maybe that's me.
