I would recommend this restaurant location as a really good barbecue joint. I came by this restaurant location as a result of a recommendation of my kid who has started to come here on a regular basis. I visited about 4:30pm in the afternoon with my kids. I ordered the (3) meat platter as shown in the picture attached. The platter featured a corn muffin, corn on the cob, fries, beef brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. I enjoyed the taste of the meats, but I didn't really like the way the rib selection was served in that it had a lot of little cartilage pieces. The brisket was tender and had a decent seasoned taste. It featured a darker rim tint along the edges of the cuts of the meat. The pulled pork was a bit of dark and white meat. I like the combination of both meats and the way it tasted was very good. The fries were good and I almost got an opportunity to finish them before my kids ate them all. The corn on the cob was prepared in a foii wrap and unseasoned. It was good as received, albeit small kernel as if out of season sized. I had a sweet tea to accompany the feast and that was sufficiently sweet as I hoped it would be as sweet. The drink serving area as well as the condiments area were wiped down and neat. The sauces that were set aside had the tops with reminants of previous used still visible. It would be assumed that the sauces are used constantly all day and would have this bits of riminants along the top... especially in the evening hours of use. I went to the restroom while i was there in the restaurant, and it was fairly clean without any offensive smell. The over all view of the restaurant was orderly and neat. I observed the employees cleaning constantly and moving containers from the tables to the back for cleaning. The cashier was f was friendly and helpful with my questions about the menu and assisted with my selection. I believe this restaurant is sufficiently staffed and capable of competing against some of the best barbecue places around the area. This place gets a head nod approval.

Not impressed with food or pricing. It is a fast food version of mission BBQ. I spent 14 bucks for a pulled pork, potato salad, coleslaw, and drink. Sides were very small and sandwich was not much bigger than a roast beef from Arby's. I feel I have been cheated out of my money and will NEVER go back. Staff and service were SPOT ON. It was portion and flavor that has me disappointed. I would rate lower but the staff deserve better. They were the stars of the place.

Good food, sauces, and environment. I ordered a 2 meat platter, Turkey and brisket. Turkey was moist with great smoked flavor. Brisket was tough, and a bit dry. Greens were in need of spice and salt. For the portion size, I would order one two meat platter for two people. 20 dollars total.

Stopped in, just a few minutes off 95. Great ribs, delicious chicken. Cooked nicely with great flavor. The mac and cheese was stellar and even the cucumber salad had a uniquely tangy flavor. Highly recommended.

This was my first time here and the food was very good! I picked up a large order of 11 pulled pork sandwiches and two quarts of sides, everything was hot & freshly cooked. The sandwiches had enough meat on them for two sandwiches so they were well worth the price! Red skin mashed potatoes were amazing, (I ate almost the whole quart myself)! Dining room was neat and clean, very welcoming. Young lady that was at register was pleasant and helpful. This is the closest location to my house, but we will take the 30+ minute ride again... It is worth it!

This was awful! The meats were overcooked and dry. When I called, I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. When I spoke to the manager he told me to contact Uber Eats when they only deliver the food. Spent almost $60 on food I put in the trash... never again!

If you rate this place 5star you are a 🤡 Pretty sure the coleslaw comes straight from a compost bin🤢turkey was dry, overall, over priced. Would have returned it but it was a to go order. If you don’t want to be disappointed head over to mission bbq or chap’s bbq

I got the brisket and it was very good. Very meaty and not fatty at all. The roll was a potato roll and it was soft and fresh. You can dine in very limited but we chose to eat in our car. This was my first time going and highly recommend it.

Food is good at the attitudes are nasty I don't know if that was the owner back there on my last experience with the vibe he gave off was just very unpleasant and the order takers very nice and sweet but those who cook the food they don't know people watch and observe and their demeanor has lost my business.

4.5. Two meat sampler with collard greens and fries. Pulled pork and brisket were smokey and tasty. The sides were tasty. Service quick and fast. Keep up the good work.

Pros Great smoky flavour.two options of chicken (white and dark)with slight spicy kick to it.brisket has great flavour but not dry.half price pork ribs on tuesday.pork ribs are but dry caus they are on overcooked side but i liked it caus all the top layer of fat was melted so comes.with less guilt There mac and cheese are nit too mushy but has a chew to it. Cons They dont slice up the pork ribs and serve whole rack as is, so a but difficult to cut with plastic knife. Pork ribs cud be a bit tender..

Tried take-out, they had our food out quickly but we were very unsatisfied with our meal. We tried 3 meats- ribs, brisket, and pulled pork and 4 sides- Mac n cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, and fries. All 3 meats were dry and bland. The sides were not seasoned well either. For $35 it was definitely not worth it. Maybe they are better when they have more business??

They only good thing about my experience was the friendly and polite kid working there! Food was over cooked, chicken was dry and tasted gross, ribs were dry and the bones were breaking off as my husband was trying to eat it. The chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. They didn't give me our cornbread but from all the other reviews I'm actually glad we didn't get it. This was our 1st and last experience at this location.

Ordered boneless buffalo chicken and Chicken Sandwich. Food was freshly cooked and delicious.

Spent $73 on food and ended up throwing it in the trash. First & last time EVER visiting this place. Ordered carryout.... the person on the phone was very nice but the food was ABSOLUTELY horrible..... dry & over cooked. Half of the wings were actually burnt. My 19 year old even said that he won't be mad if we never order from this place again and he eats anything. Just horrible.
