We went in at just the right time— because a big crowd followed us. We did a take out order. Ordering was easy and we went outside on the patio to wait. The lady said about 20 minutes—- and our food could’ve been ready earlier—- but no one called out my name or number…. At about 35 minutes I went inside to find my food just sitting on the table! SERIOUSLY!! anywho I had to ask for everything- even though the ticket says what she be included…. That’s took another 10 minutes….. THE WAIT FOR ANNOYING!! By the time we were back to the hotel- things needed to be warmed up but we’re quite delicious! My daughter has the kids pizza and I tried the chicken quesadillas off the appetizer menu….. the quesadilla had a pizza crust— I didn’t expect that but it was YUMMY!

Was very excited to visit this place as the restaurant in my state closed down. The ambiance and view of the harbor are the main reasons why I give this place two stars. My waitress was kind and placed my tables orders correctly. We asked to sample the pineapple lemonade they had before buying an entire pitcher worth and were told we wouldn’t be able to. Also my food and my parents food arrived lukewarm. I’m used to eating room temp food so I kept my pizza but my parents sent both of their pizzas back. Their pizzas both came back still lukewarm and now cooked until the point that the pizza was hard, burnt, and inedible. I have to say the manager on duty that day was very apologetic and offered to make us more pizza and comped our bill except for drinks. Very disappointed in our overall experience as I had such high expectations.

Love the location and view from the restaurant. However, they have pathetic reservation service. They took our detail and ended up prioritized others. There are too many ppl at the reception which makes it chaotic for reservations management. All in all average experience, good food and good beer options. Has a fixed 15% gratuity at check out.

Our visit was fairly nice. We were able to be seated out on the balcony over looking the water which was very cool! Our server was friendly. We were a little disappointed in the size of our pizza for $14 however, but other than that it was a decent place.

We got a nice Chicago style pizza and my son thought it was delicious and he doesn’t care for pizza. He ordered Mac and Cheese and he received a perfectly cooked box of craft Mac and cheese. Lol that was disappointing but not a huge deal. Our server was good and considering it’s Covid one might saw exceptional.

A year ago we ate here, the food and service was good. On 7-27-19. MY family and I decided to eat here again we were in the area for an event. It didn't take too long to get seated. Once we got to our table the waitress ask us if were going to split the check. We told her no she then said she had to ask because the host didn't say anything. We just sat down, she didn't even give us our menus yet. When she came back, I wanted a barbecue chicken deep dish pizza. I was told by our waitress that I couldn't get that. I had to order the thin crust barbecue chicken pizza. She then said that if I wanted a deep dish pizza with chicken and barbecue sauce. She could just put the barbecue sauce on top. I went and spoke to the manager who said that I could get the pizza I wanted. Now we sat for a while because most of the people in our party ordered pizza which takes a while to bake. At 9:40pm, 5 of the 7 meals that we ordered came out, our waitress didn't even come over to check to make sure everyone got there meal and to see if everything was fine, she even walked pass us and we needed refills. There were two orders still missing, my youngest daughter's chicken strip with fries and my barbecue pizza. We had to wait 9 more minutes for our food. I had to go and get the manager once more, he went to the kitchen and got our food which was sitting and waiting in the back of the house. I took a look at the barbecue chicken pizza and it was exactly what the waitress said she would do. A deep dish pizza with barbecue sauce on top. at the end of the night I realized why our waitress wasn't very tentative to us as, she was with the table that had only two people. Her tip was already included into our bill. So she didn't have to check on us , refill our drink or make sure everyone got there food. One thing for sure we will not eat here again neither will our family that lives close by.

Worst service I've ever had at this location, I understand the situation and that it is still hard to hire people who actually want to work, but when 3/4 of the staff are standing by the bar swearing at each other instead of attending to tables that were sat and waiting for 20 minutes without even being asked about drinks. All of the staff members except for the bartender had a bad attitude and couldn't remember whose table was whose and what table ordered what. And bringing out the food without toppings we ordered then saying that they were out of toppings that we ordered without asking before they made the food if we'd like something else..... We used to love the food but we are going to look for a new location because this one has definitely gone way down hill.

UNO Pizzeria & Grill did not disappoint in the slightest. From the great service to the delicious food, it was a very nice location to dine in at. The layout of the place was great. I felt like the bar was in the perfect location. Great drinks and food. The one flaw I did have, however, was that the prices were a little steep, and some of the food took a little longer than expected to get served. Overall I recommend stopping by if you ever get the chance!

The food was good. The only problem, it was in the 90's on that day, and it was not cool AT ALL in there!! This particular day was BG&E Energy savings day... Maybe they were trying to save on theirs... We did visit between the hours of the savings.. 1pm to 7pm...

Visited this restaurant with my family for lunch out of convenience (We were a party of 8 and the restaurant was pretty empty). Once we got inside we realized why! The 4 hosts standing at the front let us know that the oven was broken, and that all items requiring the oven were unavailable. This was essentially half of the menu (e.g., all pizzas, most appetizers, and most pastas). The food was mediocre. The server was not particularly pleasant, probably because 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill due to our party size. Overall it was a 2-star experience. HOWEVER, My husband later realized that he had lost his wallet, and with little hope we returned to Uno's the next day in efforts to retrieve it. A very pleasant server named MORGAN was more than willing to assist, asking questions about where we were sitting and the contents inside of the wallet. After a thorough search, she was able to locate the wallet and return it to my husband. THANK YOU MORGAN for taking the time to help us!!! You are the only reason why we rated this restaurant 4 stars.

This is a great location with a lot of potential. Staff is oretty friendly. Food is so so and overpriced. I don't know what it is about inner harbor in Baltimore but it seems like the restaurants never have the staff capacity to serve guest outside. We wanted to sit outside so they offered to let us order carryout and sit out there. We did this. It was supposed to be 15 to 20 min. We waited about 45 for carryout. My husband had to check on the order. It came out hot. My burger and sweet potato fries were good. My husband got the rattlesnake pasta. It was basic and bland especially for $17.00. The manager gave us a dessert on the house which was nice. Bartenders were fast and friendly.

Food was good. Bartender was speedy, courteous and knew what he was doing. The hostesses were a hot mess. We were 3rd in line for a table. It took nearly 10 minutes for 1 of the 4 women at the counter to acknowledge the first set of people in line. Several tables were empty. They were refusing to seat people unless you went to the bar. They, obviously, were making the lives of the kitchen staff harder by allowing people to sit inside the restaurant and place to go orders at the bar. That overloaded the bartender from a visual aspect. It made us feel very crammed at the bar as several people crowded around us to place their orders and drink while they waited, which overwhelmed us. From a wait time aspect it overwhelmed the kitchen staff too.

R.I.P. This location is permanently closed. 2015-I came from Midwest for work, and this became my after-work spot as Im a Chicago native. I brought my GF here for our first date and spent hours talking. It became Our Spot. But, Service went from GREAT to PASSABLE, to "COME ON BRUH" Around January 2023, I discovered the place was closed permanently. I suspect COVID rules (occupy every other booth only), and expensive Harbour rent did them in. A shame. Heres a toast to my favorite spot.

I had not gone to Unos since college, and since the one in Bethesda closed! This was a treat for myself and my kids! The waiter was A++ for a group of 30 high schoolers he did an amazing job! The staff did great too with our reservation and making the kids feel welcome. Food wise everything was great. The pizza especially. My own kids favorite was the dessert. Even between the three of us we couldn’t finish it. It took 6 people to finish that chocolate cake! Overall, Unos is still a hit. Too bad it’s so far from Rockville. Until next time!
