Valentino's is a community staple. I have been ordering food from them for 3 decades. This is why sharing this review breaks my heart. I placed an order today and it arrived incorrectly prepared. When I called, I wasn't rude, but whoever the supervisor this day was. All I asked was that it to be corrected and I was met with an indignant attitude. When I make a mistake in my line of work, I do my best to make it right. I had hoped they would too. I've loved this place for a long time and can't imagine this type of customer service is what George envisioned when he opened this restaurant. They have always had great food. But today, their customer service was absolutely abhorrent. When you examine these more recent reviews, they seem to be developing a reputation for treating patrons poorly. A truly proper way to kill any business.

The food is a bit pricey but absolutely delicious and honestly two crabcakes with alfredo is so generously portioned it makes for two whole meals for me. I chose this place for my birthday dinner, and since dining in was closed we got it as carry out and enjoyed at home. The crabcakes are huge and delicious and the alfredo is really good too. We tried the mixed Cream of crab and Maryland crab and that was interesting though I personally prefer the cream of crab on its own. Really good breadsticks too.

I can not over emphasize this! Their cheese steaks are legendary! You may not believe me so try it for yourself. I traveled to an entirely different city just to try their cheese steak. And from now on they will be the standard to which I measure all other cheese steaks to.

I just had the most expensive, nasty meal I’ve ever had. The free bread with marinara was the highlight. The Oysters Rockefeller were the worst I’ve ever had. They were hidden under mounds wilted spinach leaving the oysters steamed, not grilled. My Caesar salad was drowning in dressing. I asked for shrimp, I should not have. The were steamed and lightly tossed in old bay. My blue crab pasta was bland and the pasta was chewy. I’m really disappointed. Lots of locals recommend it but I had a horrible experience. The manager didn’t even see fit to come ask me what was wrong or try to turn my bad experience into good one. She knew I was not happy. My waiter said he felt bad that I didn’t like anything. He was nice. $90 wasted. I won’t be returning.

Food is always pretty good but I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was alright except for having to pick out wilted lettuce. Update I wake up and I couldn’t even make it to work because I have the runs. Smh something had to be bad. Taking my stars back.

Yes this place is open for dine in! Samuel was very attentive and accommodating! The service was fantastic. Food was great. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. We’ll definitely be back with friends.

Don't do it. I ordered loaded mash, which is usually baked. I received regular mash potatoes with a slice of cheese and bacon bits thrown on top. It was extremely salty and it gave me a headache. I tried to give it a chance but I just couldn't stomach it anymore. The stuffed shrimp was watery with no flavor. I tried adding seasoning but that didn't help. I had to soak up the juice which made things worse. If you want good quality food this place is not it. I will never patronize this place again. It's ridiculous and they need quality control. Tired of restaurants serving poor quality food.

My first time dining at Valentino’s was a delight, and undoubtedly, it won’t be my last. The quality of food, service, and ambiance left a lasting impression. My only gripe is living too far away to make eating here a weekly ritual. A solid 10 out of 10 experience.

I don’t care what I order , lamb chop , stuffed shrimp ( with lump crab meat ) and sides . It’s always delicious and fresh

Valentino is no longer the original Valentino. My food was disgusting. I ordered the chef salad. I was expecting to get fresh crispy lettuce and I got soggy old lettuce. Look like they may have scraped it off somebody else's plate just to save lettuce and my whole dinner was a disaster I will not be. Going to Valentino Anymore? It's not the Valentino we used to know before. Coved

The food and atmosphere is outstanding. I've been a casual patron since 2000. However, the service is extremely sub-par. I recommend carry-out, as it seems like you're bothering the staff when you want anything like napkins or another beverage.

My wife ordered some shrimp Alfredo and I ordered some chicken and shrimp Alfredo,the food is bland. The sauce is very bland and watery and the salad omg is just dreadful. Tried seasoning the food and it didn't work. We use to eat here all the time,I'm sad to see their food is failing. But the customer service is still great! 💯

I simply loved the spaghetti 🍝 marinara I had, but the whole dinner was an exquisite experience. My dinner came with garlic bread, a side Caesar salad, and I had strawberry 🍓 cheesecake 😋 for dessert. Simply divine. Their cheesecake is just Heavenly. I got my dinner to go, but next time I will dine in.

So I ordered via Grubhub and picture looked great then I get the meal and it looks like the second pic. Drenched in the lemon butter oil, the angel hair over cooked. Very disappointed! I just got back from Italy and while I know I can’t compare at least try to come close to what you advertise.

My favorite part is that they’re a 24hr restaurant❤️.

You can eat inside now, which we did for our 11th anniversary on Saturday 11.4.2023. We were greeted upon entering & quickly wished a happy anniversary by the waiter. We were seated immediately and served water. The waiter was very attentive. The food was amazing, I had the crab verde and my husband had the neptune rigatoni. We finished it off with the berry fritto cheesecake which was phenomenal! We will definitely be back & I recommend everyone tries this place.

I've consistently enjoyed the prompt and quality service at this restaurant. The interior boasts a pleasing decor, creating a comfortable ambiance. While the menu offers a variety of hits and misses, the salads, subs, and sandwiches consistently stand out as delicious choices. On the flip side, the calamari fell short in terms of preparation, requiring a round in the air fryer for thorough cooking. However, the shining star of the menu for me has been the delectable crab cakes, making them an absolute favorite.

When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello how are you welcome. Service was excellent. Food comes out really fast. I had the veal Marsala and it wasAbsolutely Delicious. Big portions. I highly recommend this place. I will most definitely be back.

Stopped by for carryout on a Fri evening,got our food 20 min after ordering which was not a long wait.The cream of crab soup was on-point and delicious, first time trying it and def will again!!! Fiance ordered the steak and Caesar salad,he said the steak was a bit dry,and the corn was bland-under seasoned. Overall they have good food,and prices are reasonable so will give 'em a go another time probably.

I have always loved the open face turkey dinner until this last time. I never minds the cost because the turkey was real sliced turkey but this time it was made with smoked turkey lunch meat. Not sure what happened but I’ll ask next time before ordering from there again. Very disappointing.

I have been going to this fine dining place for years. Its service has always been great along with the food. I love the atmosphere and the drinks. If you call or order when you get there either way it's quick.

Waited an extra hour for disgusting food that went immediately in the trash. Dry, old Turkey sandwich. Cheese steak egg rolls with no cheese and no taste except nasty. Don’t ever waste your money on this place. I’m now literally sick. And $40 poorer. So annoyed!!!!

This was even more beautiful and cozy since the renovation and new menu than it originally was 3 years ago. Even the bathrooms were great. They are still open and seating customers, and the waiter that we had was awesome. Our escort greeter was excellent, and he talked and checked on us when we shared a memorable moment and burst out with laughter that one of us was laughing so hard that you would have thought that they were choking. He made sure that we're safe and not having a major problem (fast, courteous, sensitive, and very concern quick, response was so on the time). Our special day was just that SPECIAL and MEMORABLE. Finally tried something different. Got a cheesesteak sub instead of the Alfredo. It was actually good. It wasn’t the messy sub I wanted lol, but it had good enough steak, pretty seasoned, bread was fresh. It was cool.

I came here today and ordered three breakfast planters totaling $49. Not only did none of the eggs have any cheese or seasoning whatsoever. they forgot half of my order. They also gave me some sort of baked breakfast potatoes when I asked for deep fried breakfast potatoes The lady who took our order was nice. Not only do I have the flu I drove 25 minutes for food for my family They didn’t give my extra turkey sausage or anything. Valentino’s has gone down hill.

Great place to come in for take out. They have it down pat. It's like a high quality restaurant and a fast food place combined. Not sure if they open the dining room these days or not. I'm always a late-nighter. Staff is friendly and serve very efficiently.

This has been our go to place for most of our lives. We are long time customers who have ordered every week. Lately, the customer service has been so poor, we are looking for a new place to order our family take night from. Most of our friends in the area have long ago given up on them but we stuck it out. Tonight, they made my food wrong and it is inedible (happens sometimes, not anything gross, just not edible) so I called to ask for a credit or refund due to not being able to go back for a replacement at this time. The girl who came on as manager was rude and told me they could do nothing for me unless I bring it there. We are 20 mins each way away. We have already been there once tonight. She offered I could bring it another day. How long do you think I should keep the food that will be rotten? I told her she could clearly see how often we order. The problem with the salad is actually noted ON OUR ACCOUNT. Under both phone numbers even. We call so much, the girl told my boyfriend our order as he ordered it. But we aren't good enough customers to trust us and reimburse us next time I guess. Too bad, cuz for the most part, the food is delicious. The front of the house is ruining their long time reputation. Looking for a new spot to spend my money. (No pics or details posted only because the mistake with the food was absolutely NOT a deal breaker. The customer service IS)

I came to this restaurant while exploring Baltimore with my family. The service was first-rate, and our great waiter put us at ease right away. Definitely coming back.

This is a very great Restaurant for your Dining pleasure . They have very nice food at reasonable prices. Your Dining Experience will be very good and you will feel at home . I myself have enjoyed many different meals when I used to live in the area, I could walk there with in 10 minutes . The wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. If your in the area and looking for a good place to dine , be sure to stop here , you will not be disappointed… if you can’t finish your meal, take the rest with you back home . Purchased chicken Alfredo it is now 12/16. The manager on duty was a woman I drove 35 mins to pick up my food got home bit into the chicken it was completely pink rubbery and uncooked. The manager was rude dismissive and never apologized for the inconvenience. She didn’t care at all. This could’ve been a lawsuit. I could’ve gotten sick. The staff managers etc need to treat customers better after Being served RAW MEAT. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog
