This place has been on a steady decline over the past few months. Tonight we had food from here delivered. The portion size is absurd for what they charge.

The service was good. Staff friendly. Food served up hot and fast. Everything was fresh and tasty. Very clean facility. Will definitely visit often.

This isn't food in the classical sense. It's edible calories with a subtle hint of food-like flavor. There is no discernable texture or flavor. The orange chicken tastes of neither of its titular ingredients. The broccoli in the broccoli beef appears to be the only thing in the restaurant not congealed together in a factory. Despite this, I will return with my family at some point post-apocalypse, as I am certain nothing here can ever spoil as no bacterium or mold would ever eat this either.

Gotten food from here several times and it's pretty good for what it is, but today the girl working at the cash register who was also working the food line.... Stood right there In full view of customers scratching her braids underneath her cap. She then proceeded to start picking her fingernails. Again right there in full view of customers. That is a real turn off when you are picking up your food, And makes me think twice about coming back since if this is done in view of the public, who knows what they're doing back in the kitchen.

It was just after Lunch when I arrived. There were 2 customers in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my food only to find the noodles stale. The staff was processing online orders instead of taking care of customers standing in front of them. They started a customer in front of me order and stopped halfway through to tend to another online order. Absolutely horrible service. My first and last visit to this location.

Pretty good Panda Express. Very new and clean inside. Busy but also very fast service. I got the steamed brown rice, kale and broccoli, and the sweet fire chicken. Very tasty I would come back again for sure.

The food went and took a turn for the worse. Meat is soggy and taste artificial. They skimp on the portions and count pieces of broccoli. You only get like 2 pieces with super greens or beef and broccoli. Not worth it.

I'm made an order order was canceled on their end 12 minutes before it was set to arrive didn't receive a refund called customer service and was told I'd get refund in 7 business days Never ordering ever again messed up my last order this is the 3rd and last

This Panda Express location is great with their customer service, and the meals are served pretty fast.

Ordered through doordash and wow everything was terrible. I'm not picky and will pretty much eat anything if I'm hungry but I had to force myself to finish this. The lo mien was dry and seemed old like it's been sitting out somewhere for days. The 3 entrees which included shrimp, sesame chicken, and Beijing beef were all dried out. I felt like I was eating dry rubber. You know that taste of 2 day old food from a microwave? That's what this tasted like. The only thing I can say was that the portion size was decent but does it really matter if the food is trash?

Went to order my plate asked for lo mein, told me they were out even though they had some in the pan, wouldn't give it to me said it was just cabbage even though I said it was fine he refused to serve it to me .... ok. So I got the rest of my food it was fine, my mother in law got the teriyaki chicken, it wasn't even cut and they had no knives so she had to cut it herself on her bowl lid at the table to eat it she's a frail old lady, it wasn't a fun time. So we went to get our drinks, we decided to get fountain drinks because all of the bottled drinks were warm, don't ask me how that happens I have no clue, so we went to get tea in the fountain drink area their were two types sweet and unsweetened but unfortunately they were labeled wrong, so we ended up with unsweet tea, do yourself a favor and find yourself a different panda express this one isn't it, this place sucks. Your welcome.

Ordered many times from Panda Express here at Washington Blvd but will stop. Never ever seen the staff smile or appear friendly!! Their prices are high and portions are very small!!!! Went to different places of PE and still very small portions but pricey for the portions!! Also the taste has gone down tremendously!! Dry and little to NO sauce so rice is DRY!!! I used to live in Atlanta and they had the best tasty PE especially at the malls!! Also, their rice is always under cooked in different places here in MD!! I love PE but will find other places to eat! So disappointed!! More $$ for less tasty and smaller portions!! Incredible!! Idt their owners check reviews cuz NOTHING changes over there!! Will just go somewhere else!!

Shouldn't be out of selections at dinner time. Went by around 630 and wasn't busy but was out of items and others were emptied out and not being replaced. I would understand but there were only 3 customers with one goin out the door. C'mon man! I got orange chicken which always seems available.

Workers there are really nice. The lines can get long and the app orders aren't exactly priority. But overall, food is great. They just need to fix their process on who to serve first.

First time going here and the food is perfect better then Chinese store's, but they can give you a little bit more sauce .

The place is basically over priced Chinese food because they have the food pre-made. It is fast Chinese food where you pay a lot for the little bit of food you get.

Excelente location and staff!!! PAU was absolutely phenomenal. He provided great service and very polite . I go there every other day for lunch and will continue to do so! Thank you

First they have a promotion where if you look at the back of your receipt you go online takes about 30 seconds and you fill out a questionnaire it gives you a code you write that code on the back of the receipt turn the receipt in and you get I thought an entree but it's not an entree you get this little small box of whatever you pick well they wouldn't honor it and I sat there I bought the entree I actually bought a plate and handed on the receipt for the free item and they wouldn't honor it this is the Glen Burnie store second the food was cold gave my mom the runs and the sad thing is we've been going there three four times a week for the past year I knew most of the people there by first name and most of them do not work there now so obviously something has changed and it's not for the better.

Customer service is always great, I've been there plenty of times and only once were they stingy with the food. They are always friendly and I'm in and out quickly.

One of the BEST Panda Express spots. Food is always fresh, service is kind and fast and taste is on point! 👍

Store didn't open the doors until 11 am when it was suppose to open at 10:30,then majority of the main dishes or even vegetables weren't cooked, still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the food to be cooked, barely got a hello from the staff or let alone any type of apology for the delay of the food not being done or the additional time i waited..Never again.

Service is always decent. The meat choices not so much. The beef is more salty and the teriyaki chicken is more gummy. I'm chewing forever before I swallow

Food us good, somewhat better than many Chinese restaurants in Baltimore. The chain's recipes are well executed, so fans should not be disappointed.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt the need to for this. Specifically one worker, I believe his name was Ian, was exceptionally customer friendly. When he had to make more of a certain menu item for me, he didn’t seem bothered at all and seemed almost happy to help me get my preferred order. 11/10 service from Ian, highly recommend.
