    Almost no people in here when we went. Menu has changed I believe since Covid, so don’t come expecting the huge menu like I did. Staff was real cool, professional and good with drinks recommendations - definite good service. I wasn’t a big fan of the coconut shrimp but that was my fault. Lobster bisque was very good. Baja shrimp bowl was very good and exactly what I expected. Bahama is stronger drink and worth the price compared to the long islands. Not sure I’ll be returning but a good experience nonetheless.

    Don't know why I'm just getting around to reviewing Red Lobster but per usual my food was pretty good. We were seated right away, our server was the sweetest human one could ever meet and the food came out piping hot! Why 4 stars? Well, my lobster wasn't as good as I hoped. It was dried out but the rest of my food was cooked to perfection. Overall we had a good experience and left with a full belly.

    The only good thing to say, really, was the service. The food was mediocre and not worth the price, but our server was very attentive. We went at lunch time. Maybe it's better at dinner, but the next time I want seafood, I won't be going to a chain restaurant. I will give them credit for being handicapped accessible.

    My food was really good. I went at lunch time today with my family. My waitress Kim was wonderful as per usual. I have had her in the past. She is so attentive and customer service realness.

    On Tuesday, November 7th 2023 about 7 pm, my wife and I were told that we would be seated in 25 minutes because we saw it was busy. 50 minutes later, we were still waiting to be seated. We also saw multiple people leaving as I guess they were still waiting to be seated as well. I have never seen the customer service this bad at this location, especially on a Tuesday night. I would hope this situation is resolved better the next time it occurs........

    Horrible horrible service, the waitress must of been new and shouldn’t of been on her own yet she didn’t know if she had anything had to keep going to check. Biscuits weren’t cooked at all. Salad was fishy and after saying I had a gluten allergy twice they still put croutons in. I literally threw up in the parking lot cause my food wasn’t cooked properly.

    The server was nice but my food wasn’t good. It seems like they changed their biscuit recipe and they no longer offer buffalo wings as an appetizer. Also a salad is no longer included with your entree. I ordered the Ultimate Feast and the first fried shrimp I bit into was mushy. They did remake the shrimp for me but by that point I was turned off. My snow crab legs were very bland. The lobster was good and cooked properly. The experience left me reminiscing about Red Lobster of the past 😔

    Waste of money I thought I was going to enjoy the unlimited shrimp today The waitress was so disrespectful.smh never came back to the table to exercise. Do we need anything else? I had to stop another waitress for help this place sad

    What a shame! I used to love Red Lobster, and now I will never return! I visited Red Lobster on 8/29 and was very disappointed. We had ordered the all you can eat shrimp, but was told that they were out of half the items. We decided on something else, I wish I had just left. We ordered the surf and turf and the admirals feast. Well the admirals was not a feast, but a disappointment. The portion size was small for the price, and everything tasted the same. You couldn't tell the difference between the shrimp, scallops or fish! I was amazed to find that everything tasted the same! The steak was good on the surf and turf, but the lobster was ice cold. The service was also lacking, We waited a long time to be greeted. We then waited again to order our entrees. It was not too long of a wait for our food, which was good if the food was actually good (which it was not)! The server was too busy, or maybe just slow? But it took some time for her to check on us. Being that everything was moving so slow, we had not dared to complain, we would of been there until close. When we were done eating, it took a while for the waitress to approach us. We asked for boxes. It took 20 min to get 2 boxes and a check. Yes at this time I was timing things! I did not allow the server to leave without taking payment, or else we would have waited another 20 min for her return to pick up payment. At the end of this transaction, we all decided that we will never return to Red Lobster again! It's a shame, because we used to love your business. Well not anymore. This makes the third bad visit for us, and our last. No I don't want anything from the company, I just will never return! You will never receive my hard earned money on sub par service and food.

    I would not recommend coming to this Red Lobster. They said it was a 30-minute wait after 45 minutes, and They said it would be another 35 minutes due to the kitchen being backed up. Once we were seated, the waiter moved us twice. We had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come to our table, after which we had to ask other servers for our server. The two tables across from us looked like that from the time we sat down until the time we left. Our food was cold, and it looked like someone had just thrown our food on the plates.

    Haven't been to a red lobster in years and this trip makes me regret that. The food was delicious, and our server Kam was awesome. Had a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it to enjoy the meal without being rushed. It was my boyfriend's first time at red lobster and we will absolutely be back.

    I mean, we all go for the cheddar bay biscuits, right?? Those came quick. BUT the restaurant is super under staffed. We booked on OpenTable which gives you like priority seating but the wait was LONG and a couple parties left before they were even seen by the hostess. Our server did her best and she was great - friendly, prompt, etc- but again, understaffed. Booth table was clean when we arrived... the seat, notsomuch. I got the fish and chips, which was good! My kid got the tenders, my dad got the Caesar salad, and they both liked it. My mom got the endless shrimp and it was a LOT of food. The refills on biscuits and coconut shrimp did come out pretty quickly so they were on top of that. Overall, not bad. I wouldn't likely go at 5pm on a Saturday again (not all tables were full... but again, understaffed) but I'd pick this over olive garden.

    The food was good. The atmosphere would have been good, but the waitress was not so customer-friendly. I got the unlimited shrimp. It was 20 min before the waitress checked in to see if I needed anything... and the restaurant was not busy at all. Ultimately, I had to ask the waitress if everything was okay because her response was slow and snappy towards me. Her attitude and energy with another customer who came after me were different. Will not be back. I don't go where my money and support are not appreciated. P.s.. I left a tip, if that was the concern, but will not be back.

    Took my family out for dinner as soon as you walking in door it smell like strong piss from the bathroom they just need to shut this place down wast of money today customer service is so bad so sad it smell like piss as soon as you walk in there I wasn’t the person smelling it because it sting waiting to be sited down by the bathroom … piss smell was so bad we could sit enjoy owe food like we should

    I used to looooooooove red lobster but my drink was soooooooooo salty all of them an nasty the waiter brought my food out I had Alfredo with no sauce just dry noodles my brussel sprouts were over cooked I’m mean so crunchy like potato chips my husband food came out one at a time his drink was salty and incorrect then the correct drink was salty like a. Alcohol beverage laces with salt horrible experience then they give you this little baby snow crab an only one with you build your own feast an noting was seasoned it was just awful

    An hr wait for a table of 6 with literally nobody here at 12:13pm is crazy, I could understand if it was crowded and understaffed but literally we were the only group waiting as everyone was seated, definitely not a good sighting especially to a 2023 graduated who suggested you…I recommend not coming here at all during the noon times.

    Our server Kamrye was amazing. They were very busy when we were there but she was friendly and attentive. The food was good and over all it was a pleasant experience. It was our first time there but we will definitely be back. She did a great job!

    To start off this review, the service was amazing, our server was very kind, attentive, and checked on us consistently! As for the food it had a very good presentation and did not take long but I do feel as if it were overpriced for the quality and taste of it. It was okay food but am unsure if I would go back for the food. But the classic cheddar biscuits were no disappointment as they were good as always!

    Went for the all you can eat shrimp. Service was good but kitchen was very slow, especially for a lunch meal. Didn't want to make a big deal about it but saw a mouse run across a customers shoe.

    The service was so bad! After being seated, the wait time to eat was unbelievable. Then, our waiter got our orders wrong. So that was another 45 minutes to get served. The manager was highly unprofessional and blamed the poor service on the Holiday, which was Mothers Day 2003. But far as i could see, it was not crowded at all. I was annoyed, Yet, I kept my cool. I will never go back.

    We got to this location a little before noon on a Saturday and were told by the hostess that we were the first people to dine in that day. Service was good. Especially considering it was a light shift with just us, but our food came quickly and our waitress continually checked on us to make sure everything was fine. I truly appreciate the fact that she didn’t just disappear, and also didn’t smother us with her presence. The biscuits *chefs kiss* as usual are what you come and stay for. Anyway…Who doesn’t like Red Lobster?! Shouts out to Beyoncé and that show Harlem! 🤣 ▪️Lobster Pizza- 6⭐️ ▪️Steak- 8⭐️ ▪️Salmon- 8⭐️

    I usually don't review chain restaurants, but after having a not great experience at a different location years ago sub-par food wise I wasn't expecting to be wowed when we made a last minute choice for dinner. However, we had exceptional service at this location! Staff was extremely welcoming and we were greeted by everyone we came in contact with. Food came out quickly and was all fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back.

    Our waitress was nice. 4stars for the food. We ordered 2 Cajun chicken pastas and one was the ideal consistency but mine was full of pasta water under all the pasta. Turned out extremely watery. The waitress had another order made for me to take home. Thank you. The biscuits were absolutely Deelish as usual! We will return.

    I set at the bar waiting for my party to arrive. I had two drinks a Long Island and a shot. I also ordered a side of broccoli. It was the best broccoli I ever had. Tuana was my bartender and the time and she was very attentive. Two additional bartenders arrived around 4 pm. They were all amazing and attentive. Kaitlyn, I believe that her name was one of the neatest cleanest people I have ever observed. She came in and transformed that bar area. I could take my eyes off her. She was amazing to watch. Ms. Rhonda was the other bartender and all three of them kept asking are you good. Do you need anything? It was the best bar experience or service I ever had. My party arrived and everyone order food and they were all complaining. I don't think my lobster was done but I kept it. My crab legs were dry so I gave them back. My shrimp were perfect, and the baked potato and the broccoli were outstanding. Hence the 3 stars and all waitresses were on point. I can't remember our waitress's name but she did have red hair. The overall experience was good. They definitely could use some better music and lighting. The waitresses and bartenders were the best. I like more of a variety of food so I probably won't go back for a while.

    Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, the staff were wearing mask 😷 which demonstrated SAFETY for themselves and others. However, I would've given 5☆ but, they NO LONGER serve Sweet Tea! My reasons for 4☆ are as follows: store was clean, it wasn't crowded, NO long wait, staff were friendly/patient/knowledgeable, service was good, food was good & plentiful. By the way, it was a DATE NIGHT for my Wife and I..."SHE LOVES RED LOBSTER!" 🦞

    Had the delight of visiting this fine restaurant eleven years ago around Mother's Day in May 2011. Never got a chance to review it. Food was just delightful. Cheddar biscuits really stood out for it's taste and seasoning. Seafood was mouthwatering. Waitress was always there helping with a smile. Very rewarding experience. Got to return.

    Was never sure about this place, always heard it was expensive as well as having a wife who lived in Maine. I will tell you it really isn’t that expensive in terms of price and as for it Holding up to Maine seafood we always use the clam chowder as a bar test and it did fairly well. Everyone already know the biscuits are bomb and the shrimp bowl was out of this world good all the flavors complemented them selves perfectly.
