What
a
shame!
I
used
to
love
Red
Lobster,
and
now
I
will
never
return!
I
visited
Red
Lobster
on
8/29
and
was
very
disappointed.
We
had
ordered
the
all
you
can
eat
shrimp,
but
was
told
that
they
were
out
of
half
the
items.
We
decided
on
something
else,
I
wish
I
had
just
left.
We
ordered
the
surf
and
turf
and
the
admirals
feast.
Well
the
admirals
was
not
a
feast,
but
a
disappointment.
The
portion
size
was
small
for
the
price,
and
everything
tasted
the
same.
You
couldn't
tell
the
difference
between
the
shrimp,
scallops
or
fish!
I
was
amazed
to
find
that
everything
tasted
the
same!
The
steak
was
good
on
the
surf
and
turf,
but
the
lobster
was
ice
cold.
The
service
was
also
lacking,
We
waited
a
long
time
to
be
greeted.
We
then
waited
again
to
order
our
entrees.
It
was
not
too
long
of
a
wait
for
our
food,
which
was
good
if
the
food
was
actually
good
(which
it
was
not)!
The
server
was
too
busy,
or
maybe
just
slow?
But
it
took
some
time
for
her
to
check
on
us.
Being
that
everything
was
moving
so
slow,
we
had
not
dared
to
complain,
we
would
of
been
there
until
close.
When
we
were
done
eating,
it
took
a
while
for
the
waitress
to
approach
us.
We
asked
for
boxes.
It
took
20
min
to
get
2
boxes
and
a
check.
Yes
at
this
time
I
was
timing
things!
I
did
not
allow
the
server
to
leave
without
taking
payment,
or
else
we
would
have
waited
another
20
min
for
her
return
to
pick
up
payment.
At
the
end
of
this
transaction,
we
all
decided
that
we
will
never
return
to
Red
Lobster
again!
It's
a
shame,
because
we
used
to
love
your
business.
Well
not
anymore.
This
makes
the
third
bad
visit
for
us,
and
our
last.
No
I
don't
want
anything
from
the
company,
I
just
will
never
return!
You
will
never
receive
my
hard
earned
money
on
sub
par
service
and
food.
