Such a wonderful landmark in an up-and-coming neighborhood. We stopped by at night and got to see it all lit up. Lived around this city for decades, and have never stopped by to see it.

Great place to walk our four legged friend. Relatively crowded, as this is the biggest dog park in area. Most folks are plenty friendly and you can occasionally find a busker or street performer earning lunch. The view from the pagoda of brewers Hill is top notch, and depending on season, you can really get an eye full of the city skyline.

It's pretty especially in the spring with all the fresh blooms, but that's about it, nothing really special. People often fly kites around here when the weather is nice too, some of which are rather unique. It's also a bit elevated so there is a decent view over the Southeast side of the city. Unfortunately every basic b... comes here for photos whether it be an iPhone or an actual dslr for a full blown photo shoot; so it tends to be kinda crowded and noisy. Plus people sometimes play loud music as if they are gracing the ears of everyone around. If either of these characteristics applies to you, please stop. It's worth a stop by for a quick photo or maybe a picnic nearby, but thats about it. If you want to take some pictures get in, take a couple, and get out. If you're gonna hang out around here, leave your speakers at home and use headphones. Chances are very few people care for your music and most would prefer the quiet.

If you’re in the Patterson Park neighborhood it’s worth finding a parking spot and walking over to the pagoda which was built in 1891. The inside was still was closed at the end of June due to Covid.

I really enjoyed viewing the beautiful architecture of the pagoda. I didn’t have time to explore the rest of the park but the pagoda was more than enough. The cannon next to the pagoda was a great touch. Overall a great thing to visit. 5 stars.

Truly a gem of the city. Excellent waypoint on a long walk around the park for kids, especially if you geocache, because there is a great one right around here: the only geocache on the whole park at the moment. Near the north west corner of the park, but easy walk from the playground on the south side.

Absolutely beautiful! I would have loved to tours of the inside, but it appears to be only open one or two days a week. If you are not going on a Saturday or Sunday, you will not be able to enter it. Otherwise, the view from outside and the Pagoda itself is absolutely gorgeous! A little Oasis in the middle of a city.

The park is expansive with trails that are pet and family friendly. This park offers space for large groups or individuals. Benches and pavillions are there as well as concrete padding near the pagoda. Features a lot of shade and various flora and trees to see as you walk the park. The park is walking distance from many metered parking lots or garages. The pagoda was not accessible on my visit, however, appeared as if it is often times open to the public on certain occasions based on items stored in the main lobby. Recommended as one area to visit during your time in Baltimore.

It was a delight to see the observatory, but very disappointing to realize it is in need of repair and not open to public. It would seem like a historic Baltimore relic that should be getting more attention from the city, but I am not an expert to speak authoritatively. Buy it was fun to look through the windows and walk around the outside looking up at it.

Architecturally speaking the building is pretty neat I just wish it had more hours to go inside I would have loved to see it from the inside! Those views would be super cool! Also the inside seemed to have a bunch of history about the place but I couldn’t read it from outside I wish it was viewable from outside so when it’s closed like it is most times people could still learn about it

Seeing a bit of history makes this site very personal. The pagoda is showing some age yet stands proud. Wish visits inside were possible on weekends but no. A musical group was practicing in morning. A nice touch to a beautiful park area!

Beautiful place to enjoy nature with your family or to walk a dog (don't forget to have your own dog poop bag, there are no dispensers here). There are few trails and a pagoda to enjoy amazing views, a lot of photo opportunities. Place is usually crowded with families and kids.

I really like the view of this place when I came to do my photo shoot. It was a rainy day but everything came out really nice. The only problem I had was the fact that I parked very far away from the pagoda because the map told me that that was the only place I could park. QuickTip just go around the pagoda till you find a spot very near the pagoda
