I am a resident of Cherry Hill and thought it would be fun to take my grandchildren, nieces and nephews swimming today July 12. I checked the website for days and times, got my kids together and walked to the pool. Imagine my disappointment when we get there to find out that the website was completely wrong. The site says the pool opens at 9am but it doesn't open til 12; the site says the pool closes at 8 but it closes at 7; and worst of all the site DOES NOT separate the kids swim from adult swim. We found out that kids can swim from 12-3 and grownups from 4-7. The website is VERY misleading! Kids get out of camp at 3 so they won't be able to go swimming unless it's on the weekend, which by the way the website says the pool is closed Saturday and Sunday. PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE SO THAT NOONE ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF HAVING TO TELL SEVEN KIDS THEY CAN'T GO SWIMMING, after walking for fifteen minutes to get there.

I gathered all my family to have a nice Sunday at the pool just to find out that the 5ft area is closed and the kids 4"6 and taller are the only ones that can go down the slide. I ask the ladies at the front if I get my money back. No one knows anything and tell me to ask the manger which tells me he's the only qualified person in the whole entire pool that can life guard in 5/6 ft but he has to watch the slide. I say well since you are short of staffed can I get my money back, he tell me "No" in a rude tone with his shorts and boxers hanging off his ass. He starts going on about how its plenty of signs that says you can only swim in areas where there is a life guard present. I tell him that if I knew that I wouldn't be able to swim in the "5 ft" area then I wouldn't have paid to come here. He tells me "well your not getting your money back n its nothing I can do". I just walked off because I not about to argue over $2 but one thing I do know is I will never bring my family to this dirty ratchet establishment again.

The kiddie pool needs to be updated. The paint or material used is peeling terribly on the flooring of the pool. Other than that, it's ok. Nice atmosphere. I paid 2 dollars per person, which is pretty good. Staff was ok. I would recommend

Cherry Hill splash park is great, the staff are wonderful and diligent on making sure everyone has a safe and fun time. Only thing is the pool needs to be updated. That is not the staffs fault. It's Baltimore City's fault for not investing the residents tax money into recreation like they should be doing.

You have I take a swimming test to swim in four feet even if you are five foot three like me...closes very early before 3:00 Staff is not polite at all...when you are about to enter the pool section just know you have to take off your shoes, clothes(have to go in there with bathing suit on only),and if you have a bag to hold your towels and stuff you can't bring that
