As a nearby resident of Baltimore and an avid lover of parks, I couldn't help but share my love for Latrobe Park, a true gem nestled in the heart of the Locust Point neighborhood. This beautiful park offers an array of recreational activities and community events that cater to visitors of all ages, making it the perfect destination for families and friends to gather and enjoy the outdoors. One of the standout features of Latrobe Park is its multiple playgrounds, designed with children's safety and enjoyment in mind. The variety of play structures ensures that kids of all ages and abilities can have fun, while parents can relax and watch their little ones explore and make new friends. The park's well-maintained tennis and basketball courts provide excellent opportunities for friendly competition and exercise, attracting both casual players and serious athletes. For those who prefer a more laid-back experience, the park offers an extensive network of walking trails that weave through the lush greenery. The serene atmosphere and ample seating areas make Latrobe Park an ideal location for picnics, reading, or simply basking in the sun. The football field, with its artificial turf and modern amenities, is another fantastic feature that contributes to Latrobe Park's appeal. This versatile space hosts local sports teams and is also perfect for pick-up games or tossing a Frisbee around with friends. But Latrobe Park is more than just a collection of recreational facilities; it is a vibrant community hub that brings people together through various events throughout the year. From what I have seen, these events range from outdoor movie nights and live music performances to yoga classes and art workshops. The involvement of local vendors adds a unique touch, providing visitors with a taste of Baltimore's diverse food and artisan scene. The dedicated team of volunteers and park staff work tirelessly to maintain the park's cleanliness and keep it safe for all visitors. Their efforts have transformed Latrobe Park into a welcoming space where people from all walks of life can come together and enjoy the best that Baltimore has to offer. In conclusion, Latrobe Park is a true asset to the Locust Point neighborhood and the city of Baltimore as a whole. Its combination of recreational facilities, community events, and beautiful scenery make it a must-visit destination for residents and tourists alike. If you haven't already, I highly recommend taking the time to explore this wonderful park and experiencing its many charms for yourself.

It was my first time here and I was pretty impressed. It is a nice and clean park. There is a track to run around, basketball courts, and a nice, big dog park. There are no big residential communities or businesses right next to the park, so the folks there are there for the parks and no punks looking for troublr.

The playground is upkept and safe. There is a dog park and a astro-turf field. Be weary as the astro-turf is worn, which means that the ball rolls far.

Had a great time with my son. Parking wasn't too bad. But the playground was nice. And not to crowded

Great turf field with lights in southern Baltimore. Has benches for teams on one side and a small stands area for fans/family/friends/players on the other. There is a bathroom in the adjacent shelter right there, however it seems to usually be locked when I'm there, even though the fields are permitted (at night so perhaps that's why?). Overall great field and location. Easy to access off of 95. Updating review just to say that the little parking lot next to the turf fields has had recent ongoing issues with cars getting broken into at night. There are train tracks near the field and the train is loud when it crosses, so I think windows get broken while the train horn is blown. Police are aware of the break-ins, but it has happened repeatedly all the same. Just use caution if parking there at night.

Theres a lot of pavemen that gets hot on intense summer days, but around 20% was shady which is nice. The kiddy pools and water fountain were a lovely touch! Lots of dogs around lunchtime.

An incredible park. Turf football/soccer field that is open to the public. Two outdoor basketball courts, three outdoor tennis courts, playground, sand volleyball court, and more. Also adjacent to a softball and baseball field (feels like one connected park because there is no street or divider in between the two, even though the baseball/softball field are technically part of school grounds and not park grounds). There is also a nice dog park and the main park area, save for the athletic fields/courts, is very dog-friendly. There is a small picnic area, as well.

Nice looking park in Baltimore. Went there a couple of times to watch soccer games. Field looked nice but the bleachers aren't raised so it feels like you're sitting on field level (I'm not a fan of that). Easy access off I-95 but very limited parking for the park. There's some street parking available as well. No WiFi (yep, first world problems) Dog park, so you're gonna see lots of dogs. All of them on leashes, +1 for the local dog owners. My rating is really 3.5 but Google won't let me do that. Solid place for soccer and kids.

Great park for everyone and anyone to enjoy. It has been fully renovated / remodeled. Under Armour funded an entire football / soccer field to be built for the public. They even have a huge dog park for your fur friends to enjoy.

We have been playing Ausball here for years...The turf field is a huge improvement from its previous condition. Only problem is demand for the space has gone up! It's great to see so many people outside.

Clean, versatile, and in a way the best part of the city, if I'm being honest. Take the kids, a ball, your pet, or just yourself.

Beautiful sunny park, the turf is amazing and the markings are great. I went for a rugby practice and it was a great environment!

Being my neighborhood park for a decade I can definitely say it is as awesome as it was intended 100 plus years ago when it was constructed. Enhanced by the neighborhood association and Under Armor Corp.

Football/soccer field with padding, basketball court, baseball, and dog park. Also, a quick bike ride the Fort Henry.

Dog park here is great. Everyone picks up after their dogs, and pets are friendly and well-trained. I've never seen an aggressive animal here. Doggo loves running and playing with her friends.

Lovely place to walk around and play sports - free tennis courts, soccer fields, etc.

I like this park for exercise - has a well maintained turf football field, big grassy area, workout equipment (pull-up bars, sit up board, etc.) and a nice concrete track around the football field. I work out at this park and it always feels like there’s enough room to have space from others and to get creative with workouts. It’s not a park that I would take out of town visitors to because I think Patterson is better for that - more spacious and visually interesting. I don’t like bringing my dogs here as much either because it seems that many dog owners in this area like to let their dogs off leash or let their dogs come up to greet you regardless of whether you invited them to or not. Overall, a really great location with plenty of parking.
