Had someone open my door to the room twice while I was in bed!!! Come to find out the lock on the door did not work at all!! Room 215. This was on the night 02/17/20. And the person at the counter downstairs didn’t want to do anything about it or refund me because I wasn’t going to stay in another room. I went back out to sleep in my semi . Didn’t feel safe to sleep in the motel after that.

This place was horrible it creeped me out this is not a place to lay your head, body, and nothing else. TA you should be ashamed of yourselves. Truckers please think twice before considering

Its very old poor run down motel but great for truck drivers needing a break from the truck. $72 includes tax!! $84 for two beds!! Great water pressure tho! Window blinds need replaced asap!

Well not worth 70 bucks plus tax a night.. No microwave, no fridge, but don't have to run your truck all day.

They need 24hr house keeping on site that really care. Food on site is expensive and hot water in bathroom sink did not work. Very crowded here and you have to pay to park ur truck is somewhat crazy. However Nichole the cashier at the motel was hilarious and kept me laughing continuously when I saw her.

There is a Salvage rat on the parking lot that tried to attack us twice. Trust me, you won't event walk around with out see it. Other than that, rooms are decent, only issue was the old and ugly carpet

Basic room. Good for getting out if the truck and sleeping in a real bed. Strong water flow in the shower. The room could use some updating and newer bedding. But Overall it was pretty decent.

Showers are horrible, 3 guys in front of me and I have waited over 45 minutes and two showers have got cleaned. Shower guy last time I came here said it was off limits for drivers to walk back there and see if he is doing his job. I can see why now only a lazy person would have that problem!

If u have no other choice. My experience- I needed a room they didn't know if they had rooms or not they told me to come back in 30 min to see what rooms are available. Got my room super dirty floor that had not bin vacuum or properly clean . Not to bring the race card into this but hire a person of Hispanic origin to clean by the way I'm latino.. besides that too nails on the floor got a smoking room even though I dont smoke guess I look like I do.. terrible water pressure and had to go to the lobby more than 4 times for room key problem. Problem with key was so bad that it literally took 3 hours of my time just to switch me room and not even fix the problem any ways . But all this does not have to do with the employees at the front desk that did what they could with the tools they had. But the maid come on I got up earlier than check out I didn't here the vacuum once lol... joke of a place to call themself a truck stop of america..

No microwave, no refrigerator and not good condition for Quilt I am not happy next time I am not booking a room for TA MOTEL

$70 total with tax for CDL rate for 1 night. Really not bad for the price and the parking. Room and showers where clean

Customer service early in the morning is beyond malfunction. My check-in information, which isn't available to view on the folio until checkout was severely incorrect and when I asked him to make a correction even by signing an edit, he melted down. Update 1 hour later the morning clerk decided he could make my requested information correction, which he did. Having to go through the stress of something so relatively simple still gives this a 1 rating. The bathroom was filthy. Soap bar, unwrapped, in medicine cabinet was laying melted onto the inside of cabinet. I don't believe the shower stall had been cleaned in a while because of the grime and layered crust on top of shower stall and in corners... The table lamp is wired with a cord,lengthened and held together with tape... For 70.00 dollars, the money would have been better spent at a YMCA... A real s---hole.

Pay $50 to reserve for a 34 hr reset. Pay $150 for the internet for a year. Get to the place after being up for 18 hrs and find out that there is no internet and nothing works. So why charge $25/night for parking if you offer less than a roadside ramp or walmart parking lot? Avoid like the plague!
