I don't have enough time right now to explain what a wonderful service Carpenter Beach provided to me and my family. If you are fortunate enough to get an opportunity to work with them, jump on it. They are very good people and their quality is second to none. My dad is a builder and takes a lot of pride in his work, and he is the first to admit that these guys are on a whole different level. I consider myself extremely lucky to have worked with them and to own a home built by Carpenter Beach. I will be forever grateful.

This is the second big project we have done with Carpenter Beach, and we loved them each time. They only hire the best as subcontractors, and it shows. The work is high quality and professional. Our project manager, Lindsay, was easy to reach and very responsive. They were efficient -- our entire addition only took 4 months from ground-breaking to final inspection. Highly recommend.

We had Carpenter Beach finish an 1100+\- sq. ft. space in our basement installing a full bathroom, small wet bar, bedroom, laundry and living space. The project quality exceeded our expectations. Even after the final payment was made, they sent their crews to fix a few minor issues to make the project right. The workers they send are people you feel comfortable having in your home and around your family. They didn’t design our project, but worked with us to change small details on the fly and let us know what would impact the final cost almost immediately. Very flexible, and beyond fair when it comes to money. Their project managers might not always be available to the phone, but were good at getting back to you the same day when you called.

The team at Carpenter Beach is one of the best groups of professionals I have had the opportunity to work with. From new construction, to historic remodeling in some of the most historically significant communities in Northern Virginia, the attention to detail, and adaptive construction methods make them stand out as leaders in their trade. The only reason I give them 2 thumbs up is because I don't have 3 hands.

Last Spring(2012) we decided to add a portico to our Georgian style home in the Middleburg area of Northern Virginia. We contacted a number of contractors and reviewed their work. We visited sites of several of these and were convinced that Carpenter Beach was the one that most accomplished what we wanted to have done. Charlie Beach guided us through the process and produced for us what we think and visitors to our home think is the finest of construction. The entire project of a copper clad, pagoda style, column supported roof over a stone porch enhanced the overall appearance of our home. In a word it was "beautiful". Of particular note is the professionalism and skill of each person working on the project. The difficulty of a pagoda design should not be underestimated and the engineering skill of the craftsmen who made this a reality is truly praiseworthy. Charlie Beach and associates are without reservation the best!

Arrived on time and completed work on schedule. My only complaint is more clarity in their proposal and prices. But good value for money overall
