These apartments are disgusting and you will be surrounded by obnoxious, loud neighbors that you’ll have to resort to calling the police on to quiet down. Run by the ever-greedy Evergreen Apt. Group slum lords, you will be nickle and dimed for fees upon move in and move out. I have been told I need to steam clean my entire apartment before move out. I assure you that my apartment was not steam cleaned, or even broom cleaned before my move in. There are cigarette burns throughout, and the walls are dripping with tar. See pictures for further evidence. Again, these apartments are absolutely disgusting and not maintained. Do not move here if you can help it. It’s the most disgusting apartment I’ve ever lived in by a long shot. Save your money, health and sanity and move somewhere else—anywhere else. Update: Counting down the minutes until I can move out of this slum. People are constantly smoking cigarettes and weed directly outside of the apartment building, and since the 1960 a/c units are placed so smartly, all manners of smell deep into my already disgusting apartment. Unsupervised children have been running around the parking lot all day throwing trash at cars and screaming curses at passerby. This is clearly a great place not only to live, but to raise kids as terrible as the apartments themselves. I can’t stress enough what a horrible place to live this is. By the second month I was looking for a new place, and now that I’ve found one I can’t get out fast enough. Don’t live here unless you hate yourself.

This is by far the worst place to live. From the moment I toured the apartment I knew this place was no good. However I needed to move ASAP with my two children. I’ve had several leaks all year round. One leak in particular was the ugly water pipe showing in my kitchen. I’ve called it in so many times. They come to start the work and never come back to finish. My cabinets are currently rotted. And surprise surprise, of course the slum lord doesn’t want to replace them. I mean we are talking mold and mildew and water damage on wood. I for sure thought that was worthy of attention but apparently not. I was told bc I was in court standing there was nothing she could do, mind you I don’t owe anything. Why am I going to court if I don’t owe you a dime?? The hallways always stink , grown men looking at lil girls like they are meat. It’s disgusting. And this whole building is so out dated. It need to be shut down. People live so nasty , that once one person gets roaches the whole building is swarming in a matter of days. I pay wayyy too much money to be living in these circumstances. Don’t move here ppl! Your better off in the hood!!

I live here I pay every month on time I been complaining about a leak in my roof for 2 year till this day they don’t want to fix it on top of that I told them my stove doesn’t work lady in the office told me to deal with it and then they towed my car for because I dove my second car to work and on top of that she didn’t tell me where my car was at and didn’t want to call the towing company and the towing company popped my tire and didn’t take responsibility

Lets just state, ZERO stars. I have not seen a single upkeep of this entire community since moving in years ago, and it readily declines. NO DUCT CLEANINGS, no sanitization of carpets hallways or paths (in 6 years!), and the trash on site is overwhelming. The children have no place to play (so its in the parking lot with your vehicles) where you also have zero parking by 5PM and will find yourself on the street M-S. The main water break in my apartment left us without shelter for 3 days, and the resolution was a carpet steam to 300 of the 800 square footage. Imagine life there. My vehicle is filled with dings from other vehicles, my packages never arrive safety, and even my laundry went missing with a load of Summer Linens. Welcome home,. Evergreen Apartments.

I put in an application June 2023 was approved they told me an apartment would be ready JULY 17 ! That date came along and I called them because I haven’t heard anything from them only emails about renters insurance they informed me that the apartment that was going to be ready july 17 is not available anymore due to the people decision to stay and not move I asked when the next apartment will be ready they said end in Lunt or Aug 1st here it is Aug 11 and they won’t even answer the phone for me anymore at all or answer my emails !! _i am to the point that they are just collecting application fees from people so they have money coming in !! I am ready to get my lawyer involved because I feel as if they are scamming people!! Like I said they said July 17 I told my landlord we was moving by the 20th of July been in a hotel with my kids because of this! PPOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!
