Highlandtown Dental office staff is so friendly and professional. The atmosphere is so claming. The building is clean and organized. I was so impressed and happy with my end results. I love my new smile. It's amazing when you can say that you had a wonderful experience at the dental office. I would highly highly recommend this dental office.Their fees and prices matches the atmosphere. Ps. They are doing an amazing job with my husband now.

I’ve been going to this dentist since childhood, and although it’s under new ownership as of recent years, I still feel so comfortable at this dentist office. The waiting room still has the same fish tank, and the dental and front desk staff possess the same great qualities. Friendly staff and no wait time were the two most memorable positives from my appointment yesterday. I was also sent home with a goodie bag of dental product samples!

The medical receptionist who checked me in was fantastic. The doctor completed two cavities on my first visit which left me with a marvelous smile after having a chipped tooth for months. I am completely satisfied with the professional services received. In conclusion I had a question and the dental hygienist was so kind and compassionate. She also included the doctor on the explanation and I had a clear understanding before I exited the practice. I always have a great experience when I get there and even before hand because I’ve ran a few minutes behind twice out of the 5 times I’ve been and as long as I called and let them know they were very accommodating and not mad or treated me rudely like some places. You’re seen within 5-10 minutes of your arrival and you get checked in the moment you enter! Staff is extra friendly from the front to the back. The dentist works fast but efficient. I HATE the dentist but this place makes you feel very comfortable! I had 2 root canals and 2 extractions TODAY and it took maybe 30 minutes to get them bad boys out. Also very CLEAN establishment ALWAYS! I will be going here for a very long time unless I move!

I really like the dental environment. The male lead dentist currently working here (Aug 24') is very educated in his profession. He knew exactly what cause the condition my teeth are currently in. Usually, I have to give a brief explanation of my dental history to a new dentist. since becoming an adult and moving around so much. As far as family dental they have changed their policy to 9 and up something I do not appreciate and will eventually cause me to leave. Reasonable wait time when you arrive on time and/or early. Bilingual practice! Diverse staff. . . and I hear they are adding a Invisalign program with insurance coverage. My insurance is Care First for anyone curious and you can always call and ask! The building is right behind the library not too much parking and a tree is blocking your view of the building if you are in a car !

I’ve only had great experiences at Highland Dental. I recently had a root canal, and they placed my permanent crown today. The staff are kind, efficient, and skilled at their jobs. I am so glad I’ve found a great dentist!

My mom was having some extensive work done and she is deathly afraid of needles. She was almost in tears and The Endodontist, Dr Kim was so sweet and understanding, he was super gentle with her and was able to complete the procedure without even a hiccup. My mom was so amazed that she barely felt any discomfort at all and post operatively did not even need any pain medication! Thank you Dr Kim and Lindsay for being so compassionate and caring! Will definitely recommend you guys!

Love this place. Alicia and the rest of the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and help with any questions or concerned I had. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Dentist and asst explained everything and were very organized and thorough with the complicated procedure i needed. Dental assistant even held my hand and did breathing exercises with me because of how anxious I was. As someone that is terrified of the dentist.. they made my experience so much better.

I brought my daughter to Highlandtown dental because of their ability to get her in for root canals relatively quickly than most dental institutions close by us. The Staff and doctors are really great and caring. I feel my daughter and I have had the best experience thus far at Highlandtown Dentistry than with her last dentistry. I would recommend this dentistry to all. They are mindful of your anxiety and always want your experience to be pain free.

Great Service! The office staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienist was efficient and good. She was also thorough. And, she was concerned about not causing undue pain. She also made suggestions for the future. The dentist was very good and took time explaining treatment options. I highly recommend the group. They have been my best dental practice experience since moving to Baltimore in 2008.

I love this place I've been coming here for years. Everyone is so nice and kind. I had Lindsey today and I bought her with a couple of my stories and she stood there and was very polite. That's very nice, fortile guy like me. And the Doctor is very professional and very, very understanding. I would recommend this location and doctors and staff to anyone. That wants a professional courteous kind desk.

The ofc was able to squeeze me in for an emergency check before I left on a foreign trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and quite impressive (comparing outside to inside), the location was convenient but I wish I knew about the parking in the rear.

I loved how efficient and effective everyone is at the office. From the easy check in process, short wait times, and the bedside manner of all the staff was excellent! I couldn’t ask for a better dental practice. I have TMJ and needed a night guard, my dentist recommended other tips and tricks to relive the symptoms and offered an immediate solution, rather than just referring me. It is rare to find a doctor that listened, let alone addresses each of your concerns. Thank you to this practice. They also have a really nice fish tank in the lobby

Highlandtown Dental is an excellent facility. The dentist and endodontist are super nice and explained every part of the root canals and crowns as they went along. All the dental assistants were very thorough and gentle. Front desk receptionists were very efficient and helpful with scheduling and rescheduling procedures. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received.

I’m fairly new to the practice and each time I’ve been there I felt welcomed by all staff and the treatment was was pleasant! The front staff always bring a smile even if I don’t feel well! The back office staff meaning the doctors assistants etc are caring and assure that you are comfortable. I found this practice via google search I am glad I did!
