I joined my Brother Dancy’s MMA School to support him in his Business and also build upon Family Bonds. We have been Brothers since 2010. I told him once he opened his School, I was going to join him and train here. It’s a fantastic environment here at Ground Control. The Facilities welcome all experiences, whether you want to compete in Tournaments or just develop techniques, it’s all here. It’s really a Family Environment and you can trust your investment will be returned into creating foundations in Martial Arts and Health and Wellness. Come by and try a class, you will be impressed.

This isn’t my main gym but is the one I choose when I’m in the area, every time. The gym is clean and well equipped. The members are nice to train with being respectful and offering challenging sparing sessions. Both owners were there both times I trained and they are really cool guys.

I began my Mix Martial Arts journey at this school back in May of this year when it initially opened and I am so happy that I didn’t start anywhere else. The ethics and values of this school are astounding. If you’re looking to get better in all aspects of MMA, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! PS: I drive 40-60 minutes from home 4-5 days a week and it’s WORTH IT!

Absolutely love it here. Dancy and Mike are both class acts. Everyone here is very welcoming. All the coaches are knowledgeable and teach techniques that not only work at the highest levels of competition, but are also beginner friendly. One of the training areas has garage doors so you can train with fresh air when the weather is nice which is amazing. Not only would I recommend training here to anyone, I would go as far to say not stopping in at some point would be a mistake.

I had a really great experience training at Ground Control Hunt Valley. Very friendly environment and highly skilled instructors. The facility is top notch as well. I've been training for over 15 years and I would definitely recommend anyone in the area who is interested in marital arts training to check out GC Hunt Valley.
