This company is very unprofessional. If you need to cancel, good luck! They won't answer and won't refund your fee. My family booked a trip through Expedia.DC tours had a 24 hour cancellation policy. Because we had an illness, I reached out 36 hours in advance to the company directly (as I dictated on the Expedia site). I called DC tours multiple times multiple times of day. I left a voicemail, text message, and I contacted them via chat on their website. I worked with Expedia for about an hour, they could get them either. Well, fast-forward a week later...I was still charged $245. I FINALLY got hold of someone who spoke very accented English, who got impatient with me on the phone, and proceeded to tell me it wasn't their problem and I had to reach out to the vendor! Do NOT use this company. Find someone else. *Update* I see the company had responded to this post and they must have skipped over the fact that I did reach out to the vendor, Expedia. As stated, even they could not get hold of this company! So, I am still out $245 as both parties keep running blame back and fourth. I also used that exact website they provided. Do yourself a favor and go with a friend different company! Both of them.

This company has terrible customer service! We booked last minute threw Expedia (11:30pm the night before tour within the no refund window). We were running late morning of the tour due to traffic/accident and tried calling, texting and emailing contact prior to our tour time with the information provided online. No one answered, replied or even responded to my communications to see if they could wait for us or have a grace period or to rebook. We had 7 guests booked for the tour. This company couldn’t care less about people or our dilemma. I would not recommend doing business with them. We are out $700.

Really enjoyed my tour of our nation’s capital while in the DC area. Ms Cassie and the driver Chris were great! Ms Cassie was very knowledgeable and really engaged the crowd. Wish I could give more stars!

We did the night 3 hour tour with Sally and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We have done many a bus type tour over the years all over the world and most are terrible or worse. This one was awesome. Expert guided. Perfect placement of stops. Time at a couple seemed off but hey its 3 hours so depending on traffic you get a little more or less. Very happy with everything and highly recommend this tour.

We went on the Capitol Tour. The iconic buildings grandeur and historical significance were inspiring. Our guide Sally provided insights into American democracy and the Capitol's role. A must see for anyone interested in US history & politics!

Paul was a fabulously informative and creatively funny tour guide. I would definitely do this Moonlight Tour again. Hit all the big attractions and a few new ones. Bus was cool and comfortable on a 90° evening.

Our driver Kris and tour guide James were awesome. James really explained things well and was very knowledgeable. It was a very fast paced tour but we still got to see a lot and had a great time.

Amazing, literally the best part of our whole trip! Informative, knowledgeable, funny! The ride was wonderful, the commentary really helps you appreciate what you’re seeing and the bus was super cozy. It was raining and cold but we could not be happier with our ride, we went on January 22nd (last week) so whom ever runs the place please pass along our best regards!!! Only complaint, it was raining so we wanted to make sure they weren’t going to cancel, called the phone number listed all day and never got an answer which was extremely frustrating. Completely made up for in our tour though, we loved it!

We had a great time! Our tour guide even took a picture for our daughter using her camera so we had to get this picture! It was an informative and fun tour! We would definitely do it again!

Sally and Trey were great to hangout with for the night. A good amount of info and a few laughs. I did this trip solo and didn't even notice. The stops were long enough for photos and rest breaks if needed. I would do this again!

. Very impressive D.C. at Dusk tour. Pleasant driver and quide. Very knowledgeable and fun interaction , trivia questions . MLK monument , Lincoln memorial very impressive especially at night and lighted. Easy and fun way to take in the sights. Moderate walking but kept it moving amd interesting.
