Horrible - slooow. 4 bad meals at our table - didn’t even bother complaining to manager, she was outside smoking. I got a turkey dinner pic attached of my turkey that was supposed to be sliced with gravy - none added. Also see photo of what the meal looks like on the menu. Wife’s eggs were cooked brown. Grandson’s chicken strips were dark brown and overcooked / dry. Don’t go. Others left while we were there - waitstaff too slow. This place won’t last if this is typical of service and meal quality. Purely horrible - would give zero stars if possible.

Despite having a decent grand opening when they first come into the town, the current state of the IHOP in this location is abysmal. Our online order demonstrated a complete lack of passion for cooking and a reluctant acceptance of subpar quality. My first red flag should have been that despite the order being on a weekend morning, there were few people present in the actual restaurant on what was supposed to be their busiest time. First of all, they failed actually to match the order given, either missing significant ingredients from the order or providing a single "bell pepper" to fulfill the order at the bare minimum. Many ingredients were either burnt to death, taste as if they were refrigerated for weeks or demonstrated a lack of understanding of what spices are. Sizing also has been readily reduced, as the omelets are at least 1/3 smaller than they should be despite the prices still remaining the same. Even their pancakes failed to be fluffy or tasteful, failing at even what's supposed to be the most popular item on their menu. This is not worth your time, money, and consideration. If it was possible to rate it lower than 1 star, I would as this is the worst food experience with an IHOP that I have experienced in my lifetime.

Im not the type to complain about these things since I can tolerate some bad service, but this was unspoken of. To start: There was a long wait, even though there wasn’t much business. Then our waitress sat two different parties at the same time which was confusing. There were people who came in after us and were served first. BUT most concerning was the there was MOLD inside my sour cream lid. The sour cream was runny and smelled out of date. The pickled jalapeños also smelled weird. Wondering how the rest of the food is prepped properly. Not coming back here.

My family and I dined in at this restaurant despite the reviews because we heard it was under new management. To my surprise we were greeted and seated as soon as we came in. The server was very polite and took our drink orders right away. There were other guests in the restaurant talking about how much better it was under new management. Our food came out fast and hot. Taste was delicious. The place was clean as well even the bathrooms. The manager came out and was talking to everyone at the tables. When she got to ours I let her know about my service and thanked her for the change in the restaurant. I will be back. Sometimes you gotta just see for yourself and I'm glad I did!

Will never eat here ever again. Do not go here. Food was cold when served. The lady took 12 minutes from first plate till last plate was served. 45 minutes till the first plate came out. To answer your question if it was busy. There was no one in the place but the lazy employees. The server was the only one really working

Instead of commenting to the bad reviews fix your restaurant or simply close. Drug deals also should not take place in your FAMILY establishment. Our waitress was very polite but clearly inexperienced and requires training. Food came out separately - 15 min from beginning to end, it was cold and greasy. 2 of your employees were on an 1.5 hr break while only 1 worked and waited on 5 tables solely during that time. Took 45 to receive our food and during that had to BUY a 2nd coffee pot that only holds 2.5 cups of coffee. Should have checked reviews prior...my error there.

It is unfathomable that EVERY time we go here that the service is horrendous. We waited an hour and a half for our food. No joke. I feel bad for our waitress but I counted three waitresses and they were all in the back for most our time there. Took us 20 minutes just to get our drinks. They all got orders wrong and forgot what was just asked for. Write it down. This is the WORST run IHOP I have ever been to. I like their food BUT how can you expect to make any money when the service and wait time are this bad and it wasn’t even crowded??? I ordered a burrito and got a bowl. My wife doesn’t eat meat and ordered a veggie omelette and got a sausage omelette. They knew they couldn’t charge me for an hour and a half wait so at least it was free but it’s mind blowing how bad this place continues to be. Also this place also has that dirty mop smell. A kid was mopping and the mop looked like it was used to mop up a garden pure brown.

Excellent service. We were served by Labat and from start to finish everything was exceptional. We were kept informed of our meal running late in the kitchen and he came back several times to check on us.
