We live nextdoor to a property managed by Main Stay. When they first took over the property the smoke detectors were going off all the time took the company forever to fix it. Now the HAVC unit mounted on the 2nd floor roof has issues with noise and serious vibration as it's improperly mounted on a old wooden pallet. The company has promised to fix the issue now for several weeks with no success. Yesterday we saw that the deck is falling apart. This company is never in a rush to fix anything SAD as we are home owners who have lived here for 20+ years. This company is the worst. The renters are fine its the rental property manager lack of concern. UPDATE: Mainstay Property Management after telling us several times this would be fixed never following through, we need to call the property owner it not their issue. Have to laugh about Main Stay Property Management reply "disgruntled neighbor" we have lived in our house 20++ years seen 4+ different owners never had issues... yes we had serious issues with 4++ weeks to fix an HVAC unit that was keeping my wife and I up every night with the relentless noise and vibration. VERY VERY SAD......

Best first apartment experience! Mandy and Kyle were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. They always went out of their way to ensure my experience in the rental apartment was satisfactory and comfortable. They are both highly professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I absolutely loved the apartment. It was everything I wanted and more. I would definitely recommend Mainstay Property Management to others who are interested!

I don’t think I could have asked for a better property manager for my condo. As someone moving out of state, I had to be able to have the peace of mind that my property is well taken care of. Kyle and Mandy are true professionals. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. Mandy and Kyle are such a pleasure to work with! We hired them as property managers for our first investment property, and we could not be happier with the ease of communication, and their knowledge. I lived at a Mainstay property for 2 years and it was a great starting apartment for my partner and I! The unit has updated floors, appliances, and kitchen countertops. The bathroom was small, but beautifully remodeled. Whenever we had a maintenance inquiry, it was handled effectively.
