They got my batteries replaced for my watch and helped me remove a couple links off my gold watch. Extremely professional/clean/ and friendly staff. Highly recommend for your jewelry repair. They used to be located within the mall but moved right outside of it which is way more convenient and their security looks amazing.

I was referred to Fast-Fix to have a women's Seiko watchband repaired. The watch was purchased from Macy's five or so years ago but they had no one to work on it. Their practice is to send it away for repair and can possibly take up to a month. I asked the Macy's jewelry associate if she knew of someone who could fix it fast and she referred me to Fast-Fix. The staff had it repaired and cleaned in less than two hours. My watch looks brand new so I'll be using Fast-Fix for future jewelry repairs. Everyone was very friendly, extremely conscientious, and they're reasonably priced.

Great experience! I had a new watch that needed links taken out to fit correctly. Sizing recommendation was spot on and the service was super fast. Very reasonable pricing as well. I will definitely be back for future watch sizing and also battery replacements.

This was my first time soliciting your business and it was a great experience the young lady that waited on me was very courteous and explained everything to me in a thorough manner. They told me it would be about an hour to get my two watches repaired but they were done in about 7 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

Fast fix is exactly what happened. The same day I brought in my pieces of jewelry to be fixed was the same day it was ready for me to take back! Very thorough process of making sure what the best fix was going to be and listened to what I wanted. Very friendly and neat and clean establishment and will continue to bring my jewelry and next watches for them to handle and repair.

We met Tim who greeted us right away and was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. To my surprise having no real knowledge of what it cost these days to resize a ring, it was more expensive than expected. (Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) However, the end result was just beautiful!! It looked better than it did before it was resized. They also had both of my rings ready in just a few hours. That alone was worth its weight in gold. No pun intended.
