These people are flat out rude when it comes to sizing. The last two times I went in for work pants, I said I needed a size 8. BOTH TIMES they tried to tell me I was probably wrong, not to feel bad, and BOTH TIMES brought me a size 10. I know I have thick thighs, but I’ve been wearing these pants for 5 years now. I know what size I want. I assumed it was just the sales associate the first time, but this is apparently the norm. I’m officially turned off from J Crew.

I LOVE this store. So much. I cannot say enough positive things. Almost my entire work and casual wardrobe is from here. J. Crew has timeless, quality clothing. I especially love their work dresses. I get compliments on my tweed dresses all the time! Also love the staff here. Very friendly. Parking is easy near the location. You can shop online and ship or return things to the store. If you have the J. Crew credit card they will shorten the hem on your pants or dress free of charge.

Jessica P. did a tremendous job helping me pick out items. In fact, she picked out all of the items for me, and I loved everything. Thanks for the new Spring/Summer wardrobe!

I went here to purchase a suit and some shirts. The manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything. Definitely the best J Crew I’ve been to. Very top tier experience!

Always love coming here especially for the manager Bridget. Apparently the sales associate Jared thinks it is okay to charge a customer again for an even exchange. I understand how online returns work and I shouldn’t have to swipe my card again and have to wait up to 30 days for the original purchase to be put on my card. In a sense almost being double charged. I’ve worked retail for 7 years and am a loyal jcrew customer. I will not be coming back to this location unless Bridget is working. I’ll stick with driving the extra distance to Towson.

Dana at J Crew Habor East is absolutely amazing, professional, and friendly!! Her knowledge of all the products and her taste is impeccable. She’s been helping me shop for over 5+ years. I’m disabled and many times she’s shopped with me over the telephone while I’m looking at my IPad. She definitely goes above and beyond; but more than that she understands how to put outfits together and I’ve received many compliments on the outfits/clothing/shoes/jewelry she’s helped me buy. Not only for myself but for my entire family!! Every time I see her her smile and positivity feels like sunshine!!

They don't carry all sizes in store which was a bummer, but they were welcoming nonetheless. Store was organized and mostly clean ( fitting rooms could use a vaccum).

J Crew is a very nice store on The Charm'tastic Mile in Harbor East. I got some nice casual pants and shirt to match. They have some cool restaurants in the area to have a nice lunch or dinner after shopping. I highly recommend J Crew.

Staff is very welcoming as soon as we walked in. There was an item I was looking for that they did not have in store. Our saleswoman helped us get it online. They have a great selection of women’s and men’s clothes. Absolutely love the location!

I love this store. The employees are always helpful and their curbside pickup is quick and easy. Whenever I call for questions, the employees are kind and sure to clue you in to a great offer. I highly recommend this store over other locations!

Some staff members are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful; however, there are others who do not as much as greet me upon entering the store. As for the merchandise, it's what you expect to find in J. Crew - pretty well made for a pretty penny. Love the sales, of course and I absolutely love the selection of women's New Balance.

I’m a long time client of this store. My recent in counter with the sale representative and the manager makes me think not to ever shop @j-crew store. The manager specifically has a very unprofessional behavior.
