This review is for the 5 guys at 10015 York Rd in Cockeysville, MD. I wish I could give it less than one star as we never received our food. We have eaten there in the past and the food used to be good and at one time the service was friendly. However, this time we ordered online and after waiting an hour for our food, I gave up. This is after asking several times if our order was almost ready and every time they would gesture to burgers on the prep table and say those are yours right there. At one point I became thirsty so I walked to the 7-11 in the next shopping center to get a soda (I wasn't going to ask the staff at Five Guys for a drink, because they already seemed annoyed when I asked about our food). When I got back from 7-11 a woman who had also ordered online about 25 minutes after I did, had gotten her order and left (I know when she ordered because we had talked while we waited). People who had came in and ordered in the store after I had arrived to pick up my online order, received their orders before I did ( our order was not big - we only ordered three burgers and one order of fries.) After waiting an hour I asked for a refund, because when I asked about our food one last time, they still gestured to the prep table and said those are your burgers being made. I realized then we were not going to get food from there though I did not understand the reason. My wife and daughter suggested it was because I was wearing a US ARMY ball cap and a jacket with a Army logo on it. In hindsight makes sense as we were the only ones who did not appear to get their food, and when I asked for a refund no employee said so much as a, "sorry about that," and the employee who gave me my refund appeared to be giving me disapproving looks. I have included a pic of the online receipt and the refund, note the pick up time and the refund time. I also included a pic of the hat and jacket I was wearing. I don't know if all 5 guys are anti-military, but my feeling is that this one is. My recommendation is to stay away, or at least don't wear military attire if you want to get your food. Worst food ordering experience of my life.

It’s Five Guys! The burgers are the best. Staff was very friendly and our order was ready quickly!

A friend wanted to eat here and against my better judgment we did. Five Guys food is greasy and incredibly salty. I'm not a health foodie, but even for me, it's too much. This particular location was extremely hot (put shades on the west pointing windows or turn up the a/c). The person behind the counter was barely communicative. Wasn't a fan going in, and nothing here changed my mind.

The food is good but the prices are out of control. The crazy part is I have checked the menus in others places D.C. and other parts of Maryland and even New York and the prices here for the same things are the most expensive...9.00 bucks for a single patty cheeseburger is utterly ridiculous!

I love 5 Guys. I have been a loyal regular for years so it troubles me to write a poor review but this location as deteriorated in quality steadily over the last 6 months. The staff is nice, but my order has been wrong 4 times out of the last five visits. The burgers have been dry, every order has had missing ingredients, and the fries have been tasting odd. On this last visit, my side of mayo had something floating in it. Ruined my appetite. I don't think I'll go back.

Great burgers. 4 stars because $$$$ to expensive. Go there maybe once a year because of this..

Ordered a bacon cheese hotdog got alll the way home to find there is no hotdog just bacon on a bun no cheese nothing I came back and the guy with the black shirt told me he would not replace my order as if I was lieing I left a tip in the jar to get treated like a thief please check your order because manager is very disrespectful i will not be goin back to five guys because of this incident

Amazing service. The person who took my order on Sunday was cheerful and careful and attentive. The person who gave me my order was as well and clearly took pride in his job and the food that he made. While eating, I watched the team do it again and again. Whoever is training the employees at this location is doing an amazing job instilling a positive work ethic and atmosphere which directly translates to a great dining experience. Well done all around.

Worst 5 Guys restaurant I’ve ever been in. Went to dine in for lunch, ended up taking it home. Soda machines didn’t work and no ketchup. Food took over 15 minutes to make and it wasn’t even busy. Won’t be going back to that location.

Ordered a hamburger. It was made correctly. And very good. The staff was very nice. My only complaint is how expensive the food is. I would eat there more if it was cheaper. But since it isn't, it's a special treat that I don't get very often. As for the atmosphere, I've always thought the music was played too loud.

Cashier was nice but I waited for over 20 minutes in an empty store while employees walked around and ignored my order. When the employees finally got back to work for people who recently walked in, they skipped my order and served those that came in after me. Finally leaving with my food, half an hour after ordering in am empty store. Absolutely ridiculous service

I bought 4 burgers . I asked for a beacon cheese burger, but there was no bacon . And my friends burger had pickles when she didnt order pickles. The burgers are usually spot on but this time they were a bit off. I'm a bit disappointed.

Been coming here occasionally for several years and the food quality and service are always good. During this past visit it just seemed expensive. Grabbing dinner for just my 11 yo, he ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, regular fries, and a regular fountain drink. The tab came to $17 ($16.96). The next time he asks for either 5 Guys or McD's I am going to have to think twice.

Very friendly personnel! Everything came as ordered and tasted very good. Whenever I get an urge to have a burger, this would be one of my top three spots to go. Good parking, clean restroom. Can't ask for much more!

The young lady who took my order was nice, but my order was wrong. I order a bacon cheeseburger. I got all the way to work to find no bacon on my sandwich also there was no seasoning on the burger . The food is already expensive for a burger an fries. Getting the order wrong is not good at all.

Service was horrendous, was spoken to very rudely and forced to show ID to pick up food even after showing the mobile receipt on the phone for an order that was sitting on the counter with a receipt for 6:49. It was 7:30 before they finally let us walk out with what we paid for because they literally refused to give us our order after showing receipt, order confirmation number, and waiting there for 45 minutes with an order no one else was coming to get. The fries weren't room temperature by then, they were legitimately cold. A waste of an entire hour and money spent. Then when we got to car and started driving off the burger was greasy it leaked through the paper bag and stained my girlfriend's purse. This is the worst service and review I have ever written for a company. I usually give every place 5 stars because I know from having been a FOH manager how reviews can be tracked. This one star was extremely well-deserved.

Regular fry had less than a small and they were soggy :/. Burger was ok. Won’t be going back.

Went in to use the restrooms, which were clean, and a burger smelled so good I got some. The staff was amazing and when I ordered a large fry they ended up giving me a freaking bucket. I guess it helps to come in off peak hours.

Went in to have wrong cold food replaced, they didn't want too. Lied hung up on my 12 year. Old at 945 and said. They were tired and pulled her hair out and put in another man's food.

Terrible service. I understand that they were understaffed but they did not even make an effort to take my groups order for almost half an hour. Even after someone stayed behind they did not take their order.
