This place is dirty with no maid service. Rooms smell moldy musty and CO2 detector kept going off. My husband and I got legionrers from drinking the water, and we both required medical attention/ hospitalized after our stay. The owners were rude and not helpful and we even called the police.

Price is good thats about it. One room has roaches so bad. We went and told them and thay wanted us to wait in the roach room til they cleaned another room We sat in car for over 45 minutes waiting for new room. Owners took a $5 off my bill. We were only there maybe 5 minutes before we seen them on our pizza box. The were coming out the dresser. Terrible

Easily the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. The "free wifi" goes in and out and is slow. There was blood on the lamp shade. The floor was sticky and filthy. The sign said $40 and up, it was $75 a night. Way over priced for what I got. I stayed for 8 days, they came to clean the room one time in those 8 days. I should have just slept in a dumpster.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. I cleaned it myself. The sheets had a few burn holes in them. The room could be up dated. The mini fridge was the smallest I have ever seen same with the microwave. Owner was will to reduce my rate because if the length of time I had to stay. It was quite and no one disturbed me.

Can’t understand them at all terrible service and English. Was told $50 per room $15 direct deposit over the phone…CASH ONLY because they don’t accept debit/credit cards? I arrive to pay cash and then told the rooms are $80. This place is sketchy I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I am pleased with the room and motel in general. I haven't seen any bugs, the room I was in, room 19, is clean and dry, no mold smell. I would recommend that room. The owners are pleasant and helpful, but they are cheap. I had someone fix a leaking sink at 3am and they refused to reimburse me. I would recommend this motel to anyone wishing to stay in the White Marsh/Middle River area. Definitely better than the other motels on Route 40. I'm not a family member, just someone who needed to rent a room.

Roach infested and the front desk man was opened the window and was watching in the room then wen caught said he was going to call the police. It’s nasty and has a peeping Tom it’s the tall balding man that works the front desk

Had a short stay. Clean room and bathroom. Love it

My boyfriend and I stopped by Wednesday and Jay the actual manager wasn't there and his daughter in law said that they had no rooms available. So we went to Motel 6 in Edgewood MD and they only charged us $61.00 dollars a night. We like Jay and his family but Motel 6 has a lobby for guests with vending machines and a ice machine

This day in time where do you really feel safe at now if you can argue so much but you got to be aware of things around you and take personal you know Jackson for yourself I can always depend on everybody else to do it for you as long as the lights are lit up and it's not dark areas and they have cameras carry they shouldn't be a problem as best they can do and the rest is coming up to you if you wear your surroundings

Pros- clean, quiet usually, cool about pets, haven’t seen any roaches just spiders Cons- closet could use a light, office people will force enter if you don’t answer the door whether you’re in the room or not they’ll unlock the door and come in (I was asleep and they banged on the door at 9:30am then proceeded to unlock both locks because I didn’t answer) very wrong and disrespectful, the wifi barely ever works and they don’t understand when you ask them to restart it or turn it on, they got mad about a stain on the sheet from a spilled drink as if kids don’t make messes like that. I may be too picky but as long as me and my bf have been here and the money they’re making off us, we deserve more respect and consideration. We don’t have a choice to be here so trying to be calm about it.

Needed to fix the sink myself. The lady who welcomed me was not very hospitable. No credit cards accepted. The gentleman who discharged me was somewhat nicer. Only if you have no other choice.

This Motel was so gross. The office had an unbearable air freshener odor. The room we rented was in terrible shape. The carpet was sticky. There were stains on the pillow cases. The door didn't lock with the deadbolt and looked as if it had been pryed open several times. We payed $65, should have been at most $40. Totally gross. I slept in my sleeping bag, afraid to touch the sheets.

I would NEVER advise anyone to go to this disgusting trifling nasty bug infested moldy place. The COPS who had to show up even agreed it’s shady and to never recommend this place, I am now sueing and they have told me the steps to take this civil case to the court house. So here’s what happened I went TODAY and they failed to be HONEST and tell me the price difference in rooms. He told me it was 80 for a room, the GUEST currently staying had to inform me it is 70 compared to rooms on the higher level which he charges 80 for, he charged me the same price to try and get OVER on me. Then when I asked is there any tvs that are facing the bed because I don’t want to break my neck to watch tv right NEXT TO THE LOUD AC he said no all of the rooms are the same and no TVS face the bed. This was before I even bought the room. Then I agreed to get it because I didn’t have money for anything else. Then I went to the website and seen pictures that there actually were some rooms with what I requested to my liking. Him and his very EVIL wife were only BELLIGERENT , AGGRESSIVE AND LOUD, yelling and TAUNTING with LAUGHS in our faces because we caught them in a lie. Because he had lied and failed to inform us of full honesty he showed us the other room with the TV and said pay 70 the same price for what we already gave and then when we went to get the key he changed his mind and yelled pay 80, I was recording the whole time because after the first lie I knew something would be up. After that we had said we didn’t want to pay the difference because he had already agreed to keeping it 70 after he lied and failed to tell us our other options. He then refused to give us our money back when we asked for it and said we would leave and want to find a different place. We hadnt even stayed in the first room more then 10-15 minutes. We ended up having to call the cops because he was refusing to give us our money back or let us stay in the other room. We only ended up getting less then half back. Him and his evil wife only laughed and taunted us very bad and yelled and talked very poorly thinking I couldn’t understand their language. They also told other guest our business and what was going on. The guest informed us of that and let us know his brother aka the OWNER had told him everything going on. AGAIN, the cops who came told us this happens a lot and that they always receive calls and that they would never want anyone to come here because it’s always something shady going on and that they always think people are gullible. He’s very very evil guy. I would never recommend going here even if you had to sleep on the road for one night, it’s better then staying there with people who won’t even treat you right , he violated our privacy by talking about us to guest.
