It’s a bookstore. All new books. Some gifts (reading socks-whatever that is). Well organized. Clean. Tables and shelves and knowledgeable book people to assist you. Still not seamlessly connected to the Metaverse. I bought a book that I had not heard of, needed, and would like to have an electronic version, or at least the ability to highlight and share. Not there yet. Recent move from the old larger Bibelot site that had a large coffee shop. And better parking. Still, the new parking lot has electric chargers, and plenty of food choices. For coffee? Now one needs to be satisfied with the Starbucks next door if you can’t wait to dive into your purchase.

The staff followed me and black sons around the whole store the entire time we were there. When my kids played with the blocks, they stayed there “rearranging” books the whole time. Next time I’m putting their names on here and recording to show everyone the racist behavior and who they are. Train your staff to do better.

Great branch of the Barnes & Noble chain. They have interesting thematic displays of fiction , large young adult section and great magazine selection. Of course you can order anything you can’t find in stock.

very nice atmosphere with a open floor plan and decor that gave a playful feel. A wide selection and a quiet setting allowed my partner and I to discuss the many books that interested us without feeling like we had to shout(it's not a library lol)

The newly built Barnes and Nobles in this center is an inviting space. They literally moved it to another location in the same shopping center. It's still cozy, has reading areas, and a welcoming atmosphere for book lovers to enjoy. I didn't stay long this time but I'll be back.

I came here with my cousin and this location I don't really come to this location often. Parking was no problem so we parked and went inside. This Barnes and Noble seemed smaller but I like it anyway. The customer service is good and I picked up a book. I had to go to customer service in order to find the book I was looking for. I checked out promptly and I was out. I would recommend this bookstore

BOMB book selection AND displays. Give that social sciences, personal transformation, and (while it's there) the AAPI selection. Only the best!

My shopping experience felt rushed. Try to engage customers while checking out. Part of an instore experience is making people feel welcome. Update: My shopping experience continues to vary but it has gotten better. Staff is more attentive.

This Barnes and Noble has been a great place to visit and browse for titles new and old. The store is moving locations to the shopping center behind them, but everyone is just as friendly as ever. I have always liked shopping here.

I was picking up an angel tree gift for a 12 year old. I had planned on one book , but the staff found a box set by the author. Great buy and excellent service. The Barnes and Noble near me in the city last year closed but the trip was well worth it.

Definitely a nice store. The staff went over and beyond trying to help me find a faa pilots book. Unfortunately they didn't have it, but informed me the could order it in a timely manner. I will definitely be back soon!

I love the atmosphere! The employees don’t look friendly or even acknowledge you’re there most times. But it’s okay because I love book stores because of the cozy environment and the smell of books….

Great place to go outside of a public library to get a great book to read. Something to feed the mind. Their little children's area is nice, kid friendly, and cozy.

Cramped, small, no cafe, little seating. Doesn’t feel anything like a Barnes and Noble feels more like the book section at Target or Walmart.

Relatively small sci-fi selection. Otherwise, a nice bookstore.

The new location is not ideal for me. That said, it is well lit and easy to navigate if you aren't looking to sit down and stay a while. I enjoy perusing cards and journals when I find myself in the area with a little extra time. However, I find fewer reasons to go than I used to. I actively seek out other B&N with a similar layout as the old location (or other brands altogether). I'm not sure why they moved the store and nixed the cafe.

This is an absolutely cute store! I love the way everything was laid out in the store. It could keep you walking around forever. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made sure I got the book that I was looking for. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been to several Barnes and Nobles and this is by FAR the greatest one I’ve ever been to. I don’t normally write reviews but this place left an impression on me like no other. Firstly, the staff. They hire kind and friendly people. Especially Kyle! He welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home the entire time I was there. Such a swell guy, we need more people like him in the world. Second, the selection. I could spend days there. They have a lot of books. And not just a lot - a lot of interesting ones that you seldom find in other stores - it is as though their selection is very carefully picked with the most provoking and interesting material, especially in the non-fiction section. Seriously impressive. The science fiction area was also large, which I always appreciate. Their selection of board games and puzzles is also quite astonishing for a book store, so that was a nice surprise. They also have a wall of coffee table reads that pop out at you with illustrative title covers that beg to be opened. Their gaming books are right there in the open too. They have all the fun stuff presented to you in full glory. I felt like a kid in a candy store for the first time. Lastly, something about the layout just pulls it all together. Unlike other B&Ns where you walk down endless aisles of shelves from one section to the next in some monotonous assembly line fashion, this one is organized with a sense of personality and varying texture, making it fun just to walk around. It’s hard to explain but you will see what I mean if you ever have the pleasure to visit. Good job to the team that runs this store, you guys are doing a fantastic job. Cez

Great place for books. Surprisingly good manga selection too. Got help from a worker named Elaine and they were able to find all the reading material I was looking for.

I drove to this Barnes & Noble to pick up an online order. It was the only location near me that had a record I wanted. Where have all the record stores gone?!?

I've visited this Barnes and Noble before and haven't had any noticeable encounters. They have a great selection and are always rotating out new books. However, after my visit tonight, I will not be going back. The customer service tends to be mediocre but I was completely appalled at the service that I received. I had visited this location to pick up a gift and was browsing through the selection when I noticed that the only employee in the store had left the register and was walking around. This isn't anything unusual until I noticed that I she had passed my partner and I multiple times in a short period of time. I've been in the Baltimore County area for several years and have NEVER seen such a blatant show of profiling. She stood behind bookshelves peeking over at my partner and I, and sneakily followed and stared at us from one end of the store to the other. I wear hijab and my partner is Black, so both of us are very conscious of how we might be perceived in public spaces but I would have thought that I would have been able to trust the inclusive environment that Barnes and Noble promotes itself to be. Very unfortunate that we were regarded so inappropriately. Will not be supporting this location with my business again.
