I specifically chose this practice given its good reviews, its location, and the fact that it has only female practitioners. Unfortunately after two extremely disappointing visits here it’s clear that actually helping patients is not a priority. At the first visit (which lasted less than 10 minutes but was billed at over $700 to my insurance) the practitioner I saw completely dismissed my symptoms and was condescending and unhelpful. She refused to believe me and ignored months of symptoms I had carefully compiled. There was zero interest in digging deeper and actually trying to find the problem and help me solve it. At a second appointment with her my physical lasted exactly five minutes which I find pretty insufficient and hardly any questions were asked of me. When I explained some debilitating symptoms that have kept me unemployed her response was simply “that’s too bad”. When all my labs came back normal, her attitude was essentially “you’re fine, move on”. There is no real desire to genuinely help patients get better or follow through amidst serious health issues. The dismissive attitude toward acute health problems and patient suffering is concerning and problematic. I hope this practice can learn to do better by their patients.

Dr Arun did not engage in any small talk. However she is a very smart doctor. That is important to me. As far as emotional intelligence, that remains to be seen. I put her behind schedule and she did not say nice to meet you before rushing out of the room. I think Dr.Arun is warming up to me a bit. She is still very focused on the medicine and keeps showing herself to be an excellent doctor. I even like her recommended cardiologist! I aspire to be hug worthy some day after the pandemic is no longer a concern.

Dr. Arun is fantastic. She is super kind, takes her time with listening to you and addressing any concerns you have. She's thorough, respectful, and makes sure you understand what's going on with you, your treatment, your options, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Arun! It's also awesome and super convenient that her practice has an on-site lab for drawing blood. Her front desk staff are wonderful, too! I'm very grateful for Dr. Arun and her team.

I really had a good, thorough visit with Dr. Arun. She made good recommendations for specialists, and upcoming tests that I need. The staff is kind, compassionate, and performed all their tasks quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this doctor, and practice.

I expressed a health concern I had as part of a general discussion. I was very pleased with how Dr Arun took it seriously, and run a test in the office during that office visit, and followed that up with blood tests. She outlined what the next steps would be based on what is conformed, or not confirmed, by the blood work. I am so happy she is my doctor, and recommend her wholeheartedly.

I am extremly happy with the quality of service and support extended to me. The doctor shows great care and most important apathy and concern for the client. She not only provides professional service but also educates the patient and ensures the patient understands everything. All this is done with grace and a smie. I was made to feel human and not just another patient. Her delivery is cordial and pleasant!

Waiting room is shockingly packed. People coughing and doctor's office is not attentive or caring enough to provide mask for the patients in the waiting room. Employees might have been busy but they need to remember people come here to get well not to get sick! This place may have provided excellent care at one point but it is a breeding ground for disease now. Avoid if you can.

Dr. Arun was thorough while she addressed my concerns. She took her time to answer my questions and worked with me to create a plan that works for me. I have been looking for a primary doctor and I am glad to have found this practice.

The office is friendly, responsive, and efficient. Dr. Arun is knowledgeable and thorough. A real perk is being able to do lab work right there in the office--no need to make another appointment at a lab service.

I love love Dr Arun and her doctors always so empathetic and I really appreciate just the little moment taken for me, however sometimes the front desk can be so rude, Jessica has been amazing with answering my questions whenever I would call in, like it would be nice for folks to be mindful of others, calling to follow through with one’s health can be very sensitive. Theirs always room for growth.

I am ALWAYS appreciative of Dr. Arun’s knowledge and swift action! She listens, dies a thorough and appropriate exam, explains what “it” could be, gives options and then takes action. I NEVER feel minimized or dismissed. She is so kind, empathetic and an intelligent doctor. I just love her!! Thank you Doc…never retire!! ;)

Excellent service. Good & caring staff members. I really appreciate Dr. Arun’s knowledge & personalty. The lab facility is in house. No need to move around for a blood test or other lab services. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a primary care facility in DMV area.

I usually give good ratings or reviews to different businesses, but I CANNOT do this right now because of $109.03 SURPRISE CHARGE, which I was not informed about in the first place. I have been asking them to drop this unreasonable charge and I'm waiting to hear back. I visited Dr. Arun late 2022 for a physical as a new patient. It was a typical physical, which is covered 100% by the insurance. However, I got another charge of $109.03 because I asked a few questions that Dr. Arun or her office claimed to be "outside of scope." During a physical, you would normally ask the doctor if you have any concerns and the doctor would talk to you about it or recommend you talk to a specialist if needed; at least that was how it worked with my previous primary care doctors. I wish Dr. Arun had told me at that time that I should have scheduled another visit for the questions I had for her or that I could get a separate charge if I asked those questions; yet, she didn't mention anything about the charge. If I had known that I could have been charged with $109.03, I would NOT have asked any questions at all. THIS REALLY SHOCKED ME! Their billing office sent me the bill a few times and threatened that I could have to deal with the collection office if I didn't pay as soon as possible. When I called them to talk about it, they said they would check and call me back. I never received any call back, but just a few more same bills mailed to me. Last month (May 2023), a staff member from PrimeCare Medicine called me and I have been having phone calls with her a few times. She mentioned that my questions during the physical were "outside of scope" and today (6/12/2023) she said it's the way the insurance and deductible work. However, I don't see it as a matter of how the insurance works, but it's how Dr. Arun IS CHARGING ME AND NOT BEING TRANSPARENT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Dr. Arun will fight for you and with you from day one. She is knowledgeable, passionate and caring. Her staff is pleasant and welcoming. I will recommend PrimeCare Medecine without hesitation.

This was a wonderful experience for my sons grandmother who was nervous meeting a new provider. I accompanied her for support and Dr. Arun was so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. She really cares and it showed with her beside manners. The staff was courteous as well. I highly recommend Dr. Arun and her practice.

Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Arun and her colleagues listen to their patients and give clear explanations of whatever the issue is. I have always been seen promptly when I come for my appointments. The staff that do the blood work are really excellent -- as close to painless as it is possible to be.

I'm 74 yrs old and in my second year being a patient of Dr Arun. I trust her with the care of my health. I don't feel rushed with our visits and she will always recommend or suggest ways to address my medical needs that work for ME first. Very thorough doctor!

Nice staff and office. Dr. Arun was very quick though. I forgot several things I wanted to tell her. Overall not too bad an experience, but I would prefer her to take more time with me.

Always positive. The office is well organized and highly efficient. Both Dr. Arun and Dr. Cox are very competent, well prepared, and straight-forward. IMPORTANT: You can get an appointment on very short notice!! I tested positive for COVID, on Wed, and got an appointment for the next day around noon. By 1:30 p.m. on Thurs, I had taken my first dose of Paxlovid. They were great!

I really like this practice. Dr. Arun takes the time to hear your concerns and provides clear treatment plan. The practice also has good time management. I have never waited long.

Check in was easy and pleasant. In take nurse was absolutely wonderful - professional yet friendly. Dr Arun, well, there aren’t enough positive words to describe her professionalism, great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and able to explain what’s wrong and course of action in a everyday language.

Dr. Arun is always very thorough in her discussion and assessment of my medical issues. Even for a periodic wellness visit she explains routine lab work fully and involves me as a partner in my care.

Dr Arun is very detailed and attentive. She takes the time to listen to her patients, explain things and make referrals where necessary. The lab team is also very good. I like that they listen to their patients as well. The front desk team could be a bit more pleasant but overall great

This was my first visit with Dr. Arun, and I was very impressed with her and with her staff. Everyone was professional and helpful, and Dr. Arun proved to be knowledgeable and insightful. I loved everything about my visit. Dr. Arun was very polite and had great bedside manners. My only negative feed back is that the person who drew my blood really hurt me. I’ve never felt pain like that before and now I have a big bruise going up my bicep. It still hurts to extend my arm. She may have hurt my vein or something.

Was my first time visiting office and was running late, was still seen in a very timely matter once I arrived. The staff all were very friendly and professional and made me feel I was a in good hands and they genuinely cared about my well-being. Dr. Arun was very thorough and made sure she had all my history correct. I didn't feel the visit was rushed so she could get to the next patient. Definitely found new primary care home.

Very pleased with the care I receive at Primecare with Dr Arun and her office. Appointments are easy to schedule, parking is not an issue, wait times are reasonable, staff are helpful and everything is so organized. I’m most happy with being able to see my lab results the following day after my appointment.

Dr.Arun has been my primary care provider for years now and she is the best and very professional. The medical office is clean and the staff is always friendly. All my primary care concerns/physical exams are always scheduled in a timely manner and all providers take their time when addressing my health concerns. We were running late but called up . We were greeted with a smile . We got checked in when we walked in . Nene called us in and greeted us with a big smile . What a nice gesture … Then sat us in our room .. Dr Arun came in shortly and greeted us well with a smile . Talked to us and examined us separately and asked us our concerns. And had helped us searched for a way to get our prescriptions at a lower price .
