Healthy Baller is a great place to work out. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients. It is a special place to be. I've been working out there for 4 years now. My trainer Brad Schachat has been my trainer the whole time. I've seen great gains, and am able to lift weight that I never thought I could. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad and the trainers at Healthy Baller.

I was a professional basketball player for more than a decade, so I feel confident in saying that I've seen my fair share of trainers and gyms. With that being said, I would recommend the team at Healthy Baller with the highest rating possible. This is a staff that is knowledgeable and PASSIONATE about the process. The environment is fun and productive. I really enjoyed training at this facility, and wish that I had found it sooner in my career. Special thanks to Wes who is a phenomenal trainer. Thank you Healthy Baller for such a great experience!

Our tween and now teens have had fantastic experiences working with HB both in groups (through a club sport that works with them) and individually. As club soccer (boy) and club lacrosse (girl) players who also play other sports in rec leagues or in school, they both expressed a desire to get stronger and faster. As parents, we wanted to build up some injury prevention. Both of our athletes love working with Coach Jon Custodio. He's a great balance of pushing them, teaching them, and laughing with them. He motivates them to work hard in their sessions and outside. We all recommend Coach Jon and HB as a whole highly.

I started at Healthy Baller three years ago for physical therapy after a knee replacement. I progressed and continued my strength & conditioning training with John Healy. John motivates me and plans workouts for me that keep me excited and continues to improve my strength and overall wellbeing. John asks me what my goals are and is helping me to reach them! Being in my 60’s i want to stay strong and want to continue with my activities without injury, like playing pickle ball and keeping up with grandkids! John is knowledgeable in the right exercises for me that continue to make me stronger without injury! John is excellent and intuitive with picking up when i am not at my best due to various reasons (tired, not feeling my best, distracted, over worked or trained, mental exhaustion etc) and will switch up my training/workout to meet my immediate needs for that day with continuing to challenge me just enough to get my very best out of me for that off day.I’ve never felt better and feel as if i can keep up with folks decades younger than me. Thank you John!

Coach Wes Dunning has provided a structured program for my son, to flourish from a physical standpoint. The greater gift that Healthy Baller, specifically Coach Wes, has been the instillation of confidence and a greater love for the sports he plays. As a parent that invest in the interest of our student athlete, this package has been priceless.

Healthy Baller is the absolute best facility with the best highly trained staff. As a very active adult, I was devastated by a serious knee injury. After hunting for a PT facility, I settled on Healthy Baller and Dr. Kristine Sweezey. She is thoughtful and thorough in her evaluation of progress and made each session feel more like a solid workout. How many people can say they didn't want PT to end? I probably stayed in PT a little longer than I should have just to continue working with Kristine. I have now moved to the training side of Healthy Baller and love every session with Jon Custodio. He crafts a new workout each time and pushes me to be my best. Jon is fun, engaging and extremely focused on doing the exercises with the right form. I workout with Jon twice a week and am devastated if I have to miss a session. I am stronger, faster and even more confident post-knee injury. I now have my high school son working out with Jon as well. Their focus may be on youth athletes, but as an active, athletic adult I feel at home at Healthy Baller. It feels like family at Healthy Baller.

Healthy Baller is amazing!! Both of our boys have been going for over a year now. Not only do they look forward to going, they never want to miss a session with Coach Blair! Their strength, speed, jumping, flexibility and eating habits have all improved tremendously since we started working out with Coach Blair. I would recommend Healthy Baller and Coach Blair to any young athlete who is looking to improve. They are the best!!!!!!!!!

Healthy Baller is the best! My daughter has trained with Jonathan Custodio for almost two years. During that time, he has helped her to set and achieve new fitness goals, overcome injuries, and attain new levels of strength (both physical and mental). He is an exceptional trainer who motivates the girls through humor and encouragement, always pushing them to improve while having a great time doing so. Training with Jon is always a highlight of my daughter's week.

I’ve been working out with Healthy Baller’s coach Wes Dunning for a little over three months. I started out initially coming to the gym once or twice a week, and eventually moved to the online platform as my work travel picked up. Using the online training platform, Wes and I are able to come up with workouts that fit around my work schedule. The online platform has been my saving grace. I am able to communicate with him through the platform about what equipment I have available, depending on where I am - location wise, and he can tailor the workouts to fit each gym that I have access to. In return, as I log workouts, Wes is able to see my progress and continually build on each work out to ensure I’m still progressing at a normal rate. It’s been great at helping me to stay accountable, and continuing to see progress even while on the road.

Healthy Baller is the BEST place to go for strength training and PT! I have worked with Dr. Wesley Wang for almost two years due to an ACL injury and I could not have asked for a better experience. The sessions are very personalized and you always have the opportunity to push yourself and have fun. As for performance coaches, Wes Dunning and Matt Boyd are some of the best you will ever get! In every session, they push you and create lifting circuits designed to fit your needs. They make every session engaging; this is not your typical strength trainer! Whether in a small group or one-on-one, I always leave a session with Wes, Wesley, or Matt, feeling great. HB is the perfect environment for athletes because of the combination of strength and explosive training geared for all types of sports. Go to Healthy Baller!!!!

Wesley is a fantastic PT and I plan on recommending him, and Healthy Baller in general, to any of the high level athletes I play with or coach. I am a post D1 soccer player in my late 20s. I started seeing Wesley when I was 2.5 years post-op from ACLR #2 - I did 12 months of PT at a good clinic previous, but while progressing back into high-level soccer I felt like I was physically weak and and lacking confidence in my knee. I just never felt like I was 100%. What I benefited from most working with Wesley was doing challenging, functional, and progressively heavier lifts in a controlled environment. I always felt safe but challenged during our sessions, and through that I was able to establish new routines and standard for myself in the weight room. After 3 months working with Wesley, my strength and power have improved substantial and I feel confident playing at a competitive level again!

I’ve gone through different PT because of different injuries in the past years, but Kristine has been the best! I was going through the beginning of a post-op ACL rehab, and I knew I needed a different kind of pace for PT, and HB was the perfect fit. After 6 months, I made the switch, and now I’m back to playing my sport after a little over 9 months and have never felt better! Kristine worked with me for 4 months and pushed me to my best every time I came in. She is super focused, but makes me enjoy PT even more. She made sure that I was fully prepared to get back out on the field and gave me the motivation that I needed! Also, I’ve never met such a welcoming team of physical therapists and trainers at HB. They always greet everyone who comes in, making your sessions so much better. I would definitely recommend Kristine and any of the physical therapists at HB!!

I saw Kristine Sweezey from March 2020 to April 2021 to recover from my ACL replacement surgery and while the process of recovering from my injury was difficult, my experience at Healthy Baller was amazing. If I ever get injured again (which hopefully I don’t!), I would never consider going anywhere else or seeing anyone else for physical therapy. The environment was amazing and the people here were so understanding, kind, fun, and supportive. I was focused on getting back to running, but I would recommend coming here even if your main focus isn’t getting back to a sport because they really do a great job of supporting everyone no matter what their end goal is. I know so many people who have gone to Healthy Baller for various reasons and have all had the same great experience I did. Additionally, every staff member here is amazing, but I’m biased towards Kristine who is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met (and probably will ever meet) - she was so caring and unconditionally supportive when my knee was bothering me or the exercise was tough, but she also kept pushing me to get stronger every time.

Dr. Kristine Sweezey has been fantastic doing physical therapy with my two kids who are competitive swimmers. She helped my daughter - who was doing PT for the first time - rehab tendinitis in both shoulders with sessions at Healthy Baller and easy to follow plans for home exercises. My kids love working with Kristine and she has taken great care and time to track how they're doing each week and adjusting session intensities due to their swim meet schedules. My daughter was able to return to swimming all four strokes at full intensity and had a successful summer swim season thanks to Kristine and super trainer Lee Sommers. I highly recommend Kristine for younger athletes who might be experiencing injuries for the first time.

Healthy Baller provides A+ service. If you are serious in sports and want a place to go workout and really work on movements and concepts that will help you with your craft, Healthy Baller is the spot for you. The environment at Healthy Baller is second to none, it’s a fun atmosphere where you can be yourself and still be able to get a good workout in. I’ve been going to Healthy Baller for about 4 or 5 years and every year it seems like they get better and better. I trained with Wes Dunning, he does a great job with his workouts. He specifically worked with basketball movements, agility and strengthening with me because that’s what I needed and I feel like I got stronger, faster, quicker when I finished. Thank you to Healthy Baller for always allowing me to workout with you guys and a great experience!

From the very beginning of my experiences with Healthy Baller, I was struck by the professionalism and creativity of Blair and his staff in promoting conditioning, agility and healthy habits in young athletes. It goes back at least 10 years. I have many of my girls basketball players from Good Counsel High School who worked with Healthy Baller. I saw so much success that I have had my own kids work with them as well. Everyone, including my kids, asks to do more workouts with them. They make it fun. I would recommend them to any young athlete but they teach agility strategies to kids that are good for life.

Healthy Baller provides elite performance training services from top to bottom. In the time that I worked with Wes Dunning and Blair O'Donavan, it was clear that they were each extremely knowledgeable and committed to meeting the individual needs of each and every athlete that walks through the doors, as the Hoopers Program helped me reach my goals and left me feeling confident and prepared for my upcoming college season. What sets Healthy Baller apart is their high level of professionalism and precise attention to detail. They are genuinely invested in the success of each of their clients, as their approach to training not only encompasses physical development, but the mental aspects of performance as well. Healthy Baller is the best in the business.

Healthy Baller is an amazing facility that accents an individual’s strengths and builds upon their weak points. They bring out the talent in everyone and are there for you through injury and recovery. The best part of Healthy Baller is 110% their amazing athletic trainer, Coach Wes. He is an amazing trainer who prioritizes his client’s needs and is always able to accommodate to your ability or level. He strives to make his clients stronger and be able to do or play the activities they love without any fear of injury. He is an overall amazing guy and will always keep the session entertaining with banter, jokes, and hypothetical scenarios. If you’re not going to Healthy Baller for the workout, then you’re going for a chance to hangout with the best basketball player and trainer in the world, Coach Wes…

I truly would not be where I am today without Healthy Baller, in particular Coach Wes and Wesley Wang. Aside from the tremendous improvements in my strength and speed, Healthy Baller has made me mentally strong. It has taught me the values of perseverance, positivity, and courage. I look up to the trainers there as they are consistently supportive and knowledgeable. Every time I come in, I am pushed to my limits because the coaches believe in me and want to see me perform at the highest level. Healthy Baller is more than a place athletes go to work out, it is a true community I feel blessed to be a part of. Thank you for everything you do, Wes and Wesley!!!

Wesley is by far the best PT I've had. He helped me rehab an ACL injury from soccer and I had a lot of obstacles which he helped me overcome (physically and mentally). He is very professional, encouraging, and wants to see you hit your goals throughout the rehab process. I 100% recommend him if you need any type of physical therapy. Also Healthy Baller is a great performance facility to help reach your goals and all the staff are very welcoming.

Blair and the Healthy Baller team are the epitome of TEAM in all sense of the word. Their business is so well-run, coordinated, transparent and accessible. Their approach to training and development is intentional and thorough. Blair has trained our oldest son for several years and has not just developed his body, but his mind, his heart, his nutrition and his agency/self-advocacy. They talk about and plan for how our son cares for his body and mind in the many hours outside of their training sessions. While carrying out the additional mobility work, strength training, conditioning and nutrition are up to my son- it is laid out in a plan jointly created and Blair is always accessible to coach him up or answer questions. Blair is keenly aware of all aspects of my son as a person and athlete- in the present and future. As we prepare to send our son to play Division 1 basketball, his success thus far and in the future is in large part because of Blair’s guidance to develop him as both a young man and as an athlete.

Healthy Baller has been an incredible experience. I am a D1 College Diver who has struggled with overall conditioning as well as poor shoulder mobility and range of motion. After a few weeks of seeing Dr. Sweezey, I have made significant progress especially in being able to get my arms over my head for the first time since I was 12. I can definitely say I feel more than prepared going into my junior year of college and will recommend Healthy Baller to my teammates and friends. Thank you!!
