The staff is very caring and friendly. The facility is clean and bright. They are timely and watching you do the exercises to correct any mistakes. I also like doing my exercise and I can look out the window at the trees. It makes it a pleasant experience.

The therapists are kind, friendly, knowledgeable , gentle and good listeners. Appointments run on time and there is an "upbeat" ambiance in the office.

Pleasant to work with and can't wait to work with her again if my doctor says so.

I have been using Eva and her team at Nova Care for a long time. Every time I need physical therapy I go back to this practice. They are very knowledgeable and very intuitive about what a patient needs. They are always up on the latest ways to help a patient. The one thing I like the most is the personal attention. You don’t have somebody taking care of you and running around to take care of a lot of other people at the same time. You have a therapist who watches you and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. If you’re at a point where you don’t need it any longer they let you know that too. I recommend this practice very highly for anyone who needs physical therapy. I have used other physical therapists many years ago who were recommended by my doctors, but none of those people were able to take care of me the way this practice has. They pay close attention to what the patient tells them. That is not the case everywhere.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They are all excellent in every aspect. They are professional and knowledgeable, and take the time to educate you by giving printouts and videos with exercises targeting your problem area. They are genuinely friendly and caring - something that you don’t encounter frequently these days. Thank you, ladies, for helping me with my cervical radiculopathy and pinched nerve. You are great!
