This is definitely one of the best Marshall’s I ever been into! They had a great selection of shoes, boots, and clothes usually these stores are filled will overflow of last years stuff weird colors and size 13 shoes like stuff nobody wants but not this one it had great stuff. The store overall was neat and clean a lot of helpful employees all around with positive attitudes. I would definitely return and recommend this Marshall’s for other people. The prices where reasonable it was great here . If you like my review please like and god bless!

I love this location, I live in Upper Fells, so I'm only a short distance away from one of my favorite places to shop. And shop I do. I'm in there at least once a week. Clothing for myself, my family, beauty and bath products, home goods, pet items, shoes, sunglasses. Did I mention I like to shop? Stop in, you will definitely find something for everyone inside.

I spent $300 on one trip. Never shopped at a Marshalls until now and I like it more than another department store I've shopped at for years...Target. I shopped and shopped and shopped. I can't wait to visit my local Marshalls asI was out of state for my first experience. Lord forbid my credit application is approved. Thank you Marshall's.

I came to here while on a staycation with one of my besties. We decided to do a little afternoon retail therapy. The first thing I want to say is that the store was immaculate. Everything was in its proper place and the selection was very good. They have lots to choose from. They had a really nice selection of furniture and offered a few Hello kitty pieces from Impressions. The furniture was in good condition and not damaged like most Marshall furniture. I was able to get a great deal on some vitamins and even got my grand kids and grand doggies some Easter items. Over all I will say this was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and the store was very organized. My only wish was that I had away to bring more items back the NY

I went to Marshalls looking for newborn clothes found some nice things for my grandaughter.

Rude and unprofessional and I’ve been there more than once and have been treated poorly. It’s as if , because I’m a young black woman these people think they don’t need to remain professional or respectful especially if I wasn’t disrespectful in the first place. Because I made a complaint of her rude actions the girl at the register was threatening to fight me which is so ridiculous. It made me really anxious trying to remain grounded while she cut me off speaking to someone who consoled her. The other employees as well as the manager were inattentive and when notified, they were very delayed at remediating the issue. Overall terrible experience. Just because I have an issue with unprofessionalism doesn’t mean I’m the one who should be getting any haste or disrespect.

One of the worst locations I've ever been in. Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to figure out how to charge a gift card and then got kicked out for no apparent reason. The cashier would not scan my item, everyone had to leave.

Good selection of items. Well organized store. Fun place to go to when staying near the inner harbor. Friendly security guard and cashier too

Actually had some cute clothes and some good stuff. We got a phone external battery and cable and some toddler clothes. Also an off brand tamagatchi for $4.50 and I love it.

Store is decently stocked. Customer service could improve. Restrooms were out of order which I find it very difficult to comprehend. In my opinion if you restrooms are out of order then store should be close and your employees paid for the days your restroom is non functional. If Manager fails to provide a decent environment for employees to work then close your store. There no reason for the inconvenience for customers and employees to go through this Non sense, No excuses!. I strongly believe this is USA not a foreign country. We the American people shouldn’t put out with this type of behavior . How do you expect customers to be without a restroom and what about employees. Never going back to this location again. Sad to see how these companies continue to push the line. Hopefully one day they will remember you are in business because of your customers and you are open because your employees show up to work. You continue to take people for granted while your wallet gets filled at the expenses and sacrifices of The People don’t forget that. This store lost my business forever I refuse to consume from a facility that can’t recognize who helps them to stay in business.

This store is in the heart of downtown at Inner Harbor. It is organized well and has an extensive array of merchandise to choose from. Checkout was less than five minutes.

My review did not show so, I will post it again. This happened about a month and a half ago coming off of work. I will continue to post the TRUTH REGUARDLESS OF THE TASTELESS BEHAVIOR! Last night, I was treated like I was a shoplifter. I just came off of work and decided to grab a few things. Every aisle I walked into there was a security guy and staff following me. Oh, and it didn't stop there, every corner there was an associate fake putting stuff on the shelves just trying to follow me. So, I'm at the checkout line looking at hair ties and 2 more associates appeared again. Then they had an associate that work there literally I saw her Marshall's lanyard on (where she was holding fake flowers in the aisle where the pillows were lol)...pretend like she was buying something. So, I'm over looking for a journal and she asked if I was next in line...she looked so nervous to go around me just to see in my cart like I was stealing something. I just felt like this whole following me around was highly unnecessary and quite frankly rude. I come in Marshall's quite often and it never fails how weird the treatment is for black people (especially when it's black people doing it). But, just as well as you watched me last night , I will be watching as well the next time if i decide to shop. And it will be corporate instead of reviews.

Wish there were zero stars as a choice. Well It was 20 minutes before closing and I ask for access to the restroom. Well I was told we are closed, and the rude manager refused to give me her name. Ghetto af in that place. Glad I don't live there sure won't be coming back.

I’d love to give a shout out to General Manager, Trisha Williams and the staff at the Pratt Street Marshalls.! Not only is this location the friendliest; it’s clean, welcoming and filled with amazing picks! Aside from that, I’ve got a little story that holds true to the genuineness of Trisha. My friends and I were visiting from MI last week and stopped in very close to their closing time. The staff was diligently preparing for the days end and the store was fairly busy. In a very short time, I had misplaced my purse. After looking ourselves, we told Trisha and she and her staff immediately added this search to their busy evening priorities. Needless to say, my panic had set in. She assured us they would continue looking and would call us with an outcome. Fifteen minutes later, my friend got her call, it was found. Upon returning, I was met with her warm, heartfelt smile and a huge hug. We saw/did many things on our Baltimore vacation but this encounter by far will stay in my heart. The time that Trisha and her staff invested in this meant so much. I hope that Marshall’s can recognize them and be proud of her their character. They truly represented themselves with integrity as well as, Marshalls.

Worst Marshalls location I have ever been. Staff is nice with the exception of the store manager who was extremely rude at all times and asked me and my family what business we were going to do in the restrooms although we purchased close to 300$ in items. Before leaving he judged one of my family members why he didn't purchase alone enough items if he was a tourist. Totally unacceptable behaviour and I wish I never come back. Watch out for this extremely rude manager, he will try to spoil your day at all cost.

This location (Pratt Street, Inner Harbor) is always clean, organized, and inviting. Micah, one of the managers, is professional, helpful, and super friendly. This is my favorite Marshall’s location, for sure!

I love Marshalls great prices. Wonderful selection of things. Just wish that they had layaway available to those of us who cannot afford to feed the price is right away. But I do understand that's pretty much only in middle class white. Those that can afford to buy It right away. Also they should have a delivery option available for the furniture that they sell.

Me n my husband usually go to the onebin Towson but this one is beautiful took the kids toy shopping they wanted the whole store we will be back

Every single person I asked for help was rude and they were closing in the middle of the day during open hours due to shoplifting. They briefly reopened, and they still wouldn’t let me return my item because the woman at the cash register gave me attitude (she didn’t give me a reason why I couldn’t either, and it wasn’t final sale or anything), and then they closed again 5 mins later due to the shoplifting. I had to drive all the way to the Annapolis location where they happily accepted my return. Really awful customer service, and inconvenient closing due to shoplifting. Will never go to this location again.

I enjoy shopping a Marshall. They have everything you may need from clothe , house accessories , skin care and more. The prices are very good and always have deals. The staff is nice and helpful. The store it’s on the second story. It’s just across the harbor.

Marshal location is amazing in front of marine ship, parking for car difficult to find especially after 5 pm , marshal lack of many stocks if u compare with Marshal that located in Pentagon mall.

I really love this location and go often. Their men's clothing section is very slim which is why I docked a heart, but otherwise lots of good products and good selection of clearance usually.

I love the deals here. They need more cashiers though. Takes a while to checkout. I have left many times because of the long line 🙃 😪 😕

This place is weird - mismanaged and dysfunctional. You stand for hours in a line to check out because only half the registers are operational. When there’s a sale (for example after Christmas) and it clearly says “50% off all Christmas motif TAKEN OFF AT THE REGISTER “ and when you go to check out the first time they do actually take off the 50% irrespective of whether there’s a red or yellow sticker. But then you go the next day and another cashier says it’s only off of regular price and the red stickers aren’t subject to the 50% off (although the markdown is sometimes 10%) and when you point out that it was different the day before he just shrugs. Never seen something that strange but that’s Baltimore - absolute lack of professionalism and work culture and ethics.

I love the wide selection of items you can choose here. The shop is organized and clean.

I love Marshall's I find a lot of good stuff here from body wash to beard oil they have it all, I go here at least once a week sometimes more if I see something on the Marshalls app then I go get it, they are super reasonable with their prices and the quality is top notch as well.. "Yay Marshalls"!

Store is clean. Prices are reasonable. Size selection for (S), or pant size under (32") is somewhat limited but hopefully will change. Adrianna is very kind and courteous. While shopping she walked over with a cart and gave me the cart while seeing that my arms were piling up with merchandise. Very warm and kind and a chipper personality. She was great.

They used to have much better things but now i can barely find anything that is nice

Friendly greeters at the door upon entry and exit. Nice selection of clothing and home goods. It was nice to be able to look through clothing that wasn’t packed tightly. The checkout was quick.

I can spend hours in Marshalls they have so much to look at. I love the design of purse at good prices. It would be nice if they had bags instead of putting your items in clear plastic trash bags. I also witnessed an employee having words with a shopper. She was telling him how are you going to sue somebody when you come in here everyday stealing. If they know that why is he still allowed in the store. As he was leaving he cussed her out... bad for business.

Great store! Enjoyed shopping here for a conference. It is along a lot of the conference regions and hotels in B’more. Great for last minute selections. Very organized and easy to navigate.

I love coming to this Marshall’s! Everything is nicely organized, associates were friendly, and nice location to walk to! Also whoever is the buyer for the products for this location is doing a great job! The clothing selection for all sections is great! I always find myself grabbing a little more then what I intended ;)
