I've been to many a card shop in my time, but I have to say, Banner's Hallmark Severna Park is without a doubt the finest. From the glittery, gilded gifts to the more simplistic, rustic trinkets, this store has everything a 60 year old woman like myself could ever want. The sales associates have been nothing but helpful and courteous, eager to strike up a conversation with their customers. Great work ladies!

What impressed me the most every time I visit this establishment is that they've hired so many young ladies there who exemplify intelligence, grace, tenacity and commitment to professional and timely customer service. Lauren, Yasmine and Riley are an example of a future to be proud of. Thank you for your wonderful servie Hallmark od Severna Park.

Lovely customer service as soon as I walk in the door. Nice and organized selection of ornaments and plushie’s. Superb selection of holiday cards and different selection of BOGG bags. So much to look at and that catches your eye. Nice store.

I’m always greeted by the staff and they are always helpful in helping me find the best gift and they always have the best card to go with any occasion! Such a great atmosphere :)

I can spend an hour in this place looking at all the products. I end up Sorenson way more than I intend to on every visit.

The staff makes the store. They are so helpful and nice!

Great products and customer service. I had asked about a product a few days ago, but they didn't have it. She told me to call soon since they were supposed to get in. When I called today, they said they already had one of each size of the item set aside for me. The customer service here is incredible. The lady at the checkout reminded me to check my rewards account, where I found a $5 off coupon I didn't realize I had. I will certainly continue to shop here.

So kind and thoughtful each staffer. I went twice in one day to scramble together a solution for a birthday debacle and had the best experience. Thank you all!

I go here all the time They always have alot of various things to look at and buy. The staff there are really nice.

Nice store with great merchandise and great service

Very nice except the old lady that works there.. she always is rude to me and the last time I was in I was next in line n some man walked up after me n she called him next...he was rude because he knew I was standing there n then she was giving me looks as tho i did something to her! Everyone else in the store is always nice n helpful but the old lady with short hair needs an attitude adjustment!

I like buying at Hallmark but the one nearest to my home closed and this is the closest. I googled this location to check the time that they will close on Sunday, 11/11/18. Per Google it will close at 5pm. I was still checking the new ornaments when I heard them telling newcomers that they are closing at 4pm, I had to rush and I wasn't able to check the other items. There were a lot of customers that came in at 3:55pm who had no choice but to go. It's either the time in Google is wrong or the employees or owners decided to close early. Either way it was not a pleasant experience. To me time is very important and losing one hour means I was not able to accomplish what I came for to do.

I will drive out of my way to avoid this Hallmark. The website states the hours of 10-5 on Sundays, but the store closes at 4. While I was checking the hours on my phone, two other customers approached the locked door and it was 4:23 in the afternoon. They too were not happy. Oh well, sales lost... The associates are not helpful and twice in the past couple of months I've had an associate use inappropriate language when I asked for help. Ever since it was purchased by Banner's, it has decreased in quality. I'll drive farther to go to the Pasadena location.

Kathleen and William were so helpful when my friend and I were looking for specific squishmallows, even going as far as going in the back three times to find them.
