Food service was slow,but food quality was good swimming pool was nice. I am back again, no doubt we are enjoing, but same concern ordering 1 pizza is taking more then 40mins If we order frm order resturant home deliveries are faster.. then ordering 1 pizza in azalai

We had a 2 weeks stay in this hotel on a busines journey in September 2022. The Azalai Hotel does not deserve 5 stars but ist not so bad. Unfortunately the breakfast is poor, always the same food, no ideas, no specials, just standard.... After a few days it's boring to go to breakfast.... if u compare it with other hotels with less then 5 stars it's really nothing special in this hotel... but: + money exchange at the reception + staff is friendly + pool area + room sizes are ok and bed is big enough - breakfast is boring - dinner food is ok mostly - at the weekends it's very loud in the pool area - meeting rooms are very expensive! .. the prices... it's too expensive all in all compared to the offers....

Nice hotel, very clean and secure environment. Food is good, especially plantains, they are good. Pool is good,’i suppose there is just ool, as p was missing, which is positive thing. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Gym is ok

It's a luxury hotel compared to Bamako. Social facilities are available. Rooms meet your needs. Food and drink are ok, but a little slow. Your orders come very late. Good in general

It is far better than many other hotels. The restaurant is great with a lot of dishes.

Wi-fi is stable and fast enough. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was poor.

Nice hotel close to the second bridge. Well located and absolutely secured by Malian military, EU forces and a private security company. Great swimming pool and conference rooms. Tremendously friendly and helpful staff.

Typically designed African Hotel in Bamako. Safe, as far as i observed enough clean but there are too much mosquitos in the hotel i ve seen. Obe of the things caught my attention was wi-fi worked flawlessly. Some UN soldiers stay there. Breakfast is also nice. We stayed as the contracted hotel of our company, seems that prices are a bit high but you can stay there as a good option.
