Restaurant

👍👍 One of the best “non-halal” dimsum in Surabaya with authentic Hongkong taste. The restaurant interior has an old-Chinese vibes with modern touch. You can come here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Price was average. 25k / portion of dimsum. Worth every penny. People often mention dimsum, good,

I really enjoyed having my dim sum here. It tasted delish, although not too many options we can get the basic yum cha menu like har kaw, shu mai, pork bun, porridge, and many more. It was crowded when I came, with many customers sitting on the outdoor and indoor. This eatery is good to accommodate residents around.

I dont think this one will be on my dimsum resto's list. Food was just average and below my expectation. Nothing special except of chinese or HK ambience with good design interior. Sauce tasted like AB* sauce and price also considered normal not cheap even if compared with other famous chain dimsum resto but with lower quality.

Found a dimsum joint that opens until 10pm. We were just arriving from our flight and our tummy was about to get upset because we skipped dinner. Lucky to find this and so we snacked, our tummy got happy! The siomay can be better I guess, because it was so tepung-ish. The rest I can hand a good testimonial! The service was okay too and the staffs were very friendly and gesit. Will come here again!

This review written at Monday, 14 August 2023. Hopefully it's still relevant by the time you visit. I visited from the recommendation from a friend. He said it's a good place to have a dimsum, whether it's fried or steamed. Sing Kei Yat is a family-friendly restaurant which they have high chairs for kids. It has good indoor vibe like in old HK movie (CMIIW). Round tables with four seat around, it's suitable for any family for try. It also plays Chinese - Hongkong music, good thing. I ordered Mie Hongkong, Hakau, Shrimp Shumay, and Salted Egg pao. The best thing is the shumay and mie hongkong. Definitely will come here again next time I want dimsum dishes.

Delicious spread of dim sum! Really love the options they have. The atmosphere is so homey and reminds me of some old HK flick so cute! Highly recommend trying out the bola udang with the bread.

Cool place, old Chinese district vibes. Food taste is okay for Dimsum not the best but not bad. Price is quite similar to other famous Dimsum seller.

I was interested in their solid reviews, until I saw a promotion at the cashier : "free drink for a GMaps review". 🤣 So guys, reviews here are mostly misleading. 🤡 Taste just average (tbh quite poor comparing with the price), thick prawn hakau, greasy shrimp mayo ball, soggy noodle. 😅 And the last thing, you won't have great service here. Revisit? Absolutely no 👎.
