The lady that took our order did not have a name tag on and was not very friendly when she took our order. We were going to order the 12 pc family meal to take advantage of your promotion to get a $10 gas card, but the lady said this restaurant was out of cards so we ordered the 8 pc family meal instead. When we got our meal the family size seasoned fries and the family size dirty rice were both half full so when I took them back to the counter to show the same lady that took our order, she looked at it and made a comment to the other workers about it being half full. Then she filled the container to the appropriate amount. Instead of giving me more fries she took the bag and threw the fries in the trash and told one of the workers to give me another fry and she walked away. I didn’t receive an apology instead she started joking with the workers about me wanting the appropriate amount of fries and they laughed. I looked in the bag of new fries and it was about the same amount as the previous bag. When we started eating the chicken it was hard and overcooked to the point that the crust was separating from the skin on the chicken, the dirty rice was cold, the fries were dried out and overcooked and the tea wasn’t sweet. We would usually talk to a manager about these issues with our food, but we noticed that the lady that had previously taken our order and was unprofessional was wearing a brown top and telling the other workers what to do so we assumed that she was probably the manager. We decided to leave, get some edible food from a better restaurant and voice our highly dissatisfied experience through the bolistens survey. We were also highly dissatisfied with men and women restrooms being out soap, out of tissue and out of paper towels even after we told the lady and not until other guests complained was something done about it. I would not recommend this Bojangles to anyone and I would appreciate it if the store manager would contact me to give me a refund.

Ask for mash potatoes with gravy and this the type of gravy I get I would have prefer none at all. You tell people you’re out of brown gravy and let the customer make the Choice from there

Stopped here on the way to Charleston. Very good food. Ordered the 3 piece with fries and Cole slaw and biscuit. Waited for Cole slaw for a good bit and container was empty for the most part. Don't know why. Had a cup of water. Service was okay. Bathroom was cleaned and stocked. Would recommend and return.

The employees were so nice! We just went and got takeout, so we haven't tried the food, but I'm expecting it to be standard Bojangles. But I had to comment on how friendly the employees were this morning! We would stop here again next time we are in the area. Easy access from I-26, no traffic, easy parking.

Drinks are great if you can get em. Don't trust the hours, no correlation between what's posted and what's happening

We are traveling, we've been in our vehicle for 8 hours. Stopped here for a biscuit at 1030 on Sunday November 5th. A group of gentlemen were at the counter. The lady yelled who let them in, speaking about us and the group behind us. Explained they (being the young men) were only allowed in because they had a big order told us to go through the drive through. We left walked next door to sonic. About 30 minutes later The boys left bojangles while we were loading back into the vehicle, no food. After they left we saw the lobby was back open. Interesting, right? After a long drive we just wanted to sit down. I understand staffing issues and we honestly thought at first that was what was going until we saw them leave and then observed customers suddenly welcomed.

Stopped in for breakfast before a long trip to FL. The staff here were so friendly. Even while eating hearing them converse with eachother and other customers brightened up my morning. This area definitely had charm and politeness about it. Food wasn't bad either lol.
