If I could leave no stars I would. Just keep driving and find real doctors who actually care and love their jobs. Ain't nothing but a scam here with slack customer service

Parked in the slot to puck up the meds my son needed and was told I could not park there and she was rude told me if I did not move I would be stowed. Told her my son was picking up meds she told me he was seeing the doctor I had to park a far piece he is disabled and has a cane. Yes he did go in for his meds saw a doctor there is problems with getting meds.he has not been able to work for two years he has to pay a sliding scale . My question is how can you pay for blood pressure ,and his sugar meds and machine with stripes with no money coming in. Sorry they do not get a 5 star from me

All family health locations are a joke. I bring my kids into the walk in area because they are sick, I get there at 2:45 pm only to be turned away by a lady at the desk who tells me we should come back at 5 pm because the current doctor on shift is only taking the patients that are currently sitting in the waiting area. She advises we come back at 5 pm when another doctor takes over. We come back at 4:45 pm and weā€™re told by a gentleman at the desk that the lab closes at 6 and he is not sure if they are taking anymore patients. I explain to them we were there earlier but were told to come back. We wait an hour then a nurse comes into the waiting area and tells us ā€œsheā€™s sorry but the doctor canā€™t see anyone else today because the lab is closedā€ Itā€™s only us in the waiting room and theyā€™re supposed to close at 8. Tell me you donā€™t care about the well being of your patients without telling me that. These are children with high fevers and itā€™s ridiculous they couldnā€™t be seen. Fast forward to the next morning, I call the Orangeburg office and ask if any location has availability for today. The phone gets answered by a woman who clearly hates her job and says ā€œwhat do you want again?ā€ I repeat my question three times and she sends me to a voicemail to make an appointment. I hang up and call back 4 times and no one answers. The complete and utter disregard they have for their patients is unreal. If you want somewhere to care, donā€™t come here because these people clearly donā€™t. If I could give no stars, I would. Definitely transferring my kids medical records to another place.

Visited their Mobile office. My First visit went well but it was just vitals and registration. I was sent to get knee X-rays at a lab 40 miles away. Needless to say the doctor NEVER contacted me with the results after weeks. I went in to inquire about the X-rays and they said they would call. Well this all took place in August, it is now October 31st. He hasn't called yet. Already found a new physician who has a MD. Just Pathetic!

On June 13th, I called my 3 year oldā€™s primary doctor because he developed a cough and had a low-grade fever. The office told me they were full and could not see him, so I took him to RMC Express care and surprising they were closed. So I decided to take him to the Family Health Centerā€™s Walk-In Clinic. When we got into the back Nurse Practitioner Clinton treated him for his cough. She also asked me what was all the spots on my sons legs. I told her it was eczema as I was told from my sonā€™s primary doctor. I told her what they prescribed him because we had been using it for about 2 months without much progress, so I asked her if there was anything else she could recommend. She informed me it WAS NOT ECZEMA and that it was actually RINGWORM!!! I was shocked because he had a spot the size of an orange and maybe four other spots the size of nickels on his legs. So she said she would send in prescription to get some cream to treat ringworm. After using the cream she prescribed, I saw a difference in one day! Today is June 27th and his legs are COMPLETELY HEALED!! Had I not went there my son wouldā€™ve been walking around with a leg covered with nasty Ringworms! I am sooo grateful for Nurse Clinton for correctly diagnosing my son after he was misdiagnosed by a Physician. I canā€™t thank you enough.

The people here are very professional and well qualified. There is an observance of all Corona rules and regulations. My visit was quick yet I didn't feel anything was rushed nor that I received less than the care I would've received at a private doctor's office. Most importantly health care was given through programs that assisted with cost because of me not having any income since having strokes.
