place
was
less

a

full.
Kids
weren’t
provided
crayons
to
entertain
themselves
until
asked.
Waited

mins
on
drinks
after
being
told
that
they
were
“out
of
Oreo
shakes”.
Vanilla
shakes
were
recommended
and
agreed
to,
only
to
be
informed
5
mins
later
they
were
also
out
of
that.
Had
to
approach
bar
from
our
table
for
2nd
order
of
drinks
because
server
never
submitted
order.
Drink
was
incomplete
because
bar
was
out
of
cherries.
Never
received
silverware
and
were
given
plastic
ware
because
“they
were
doing
dishes
and
out
of
Silverware
-
at
7:00pm.
Waited
45
mins
for
food,
when
arrived
1
order
was
wrong
and
another
was
never
submitted
to
the
kitchen.
Refills
on
drinks
were
never
offered.
Ticket
was
distributed
incorrectly
after
waiting
another
15
minutes
and
additional
items
never
ordered
were
on
the
receipt
erroneously.
There
were
more
issues,
but
these
stand
out
30
mins
after
dinner.
I
mean,
the
mismanagement
and
incompetence
at
this
establishment
is
next
level.
Spending
$125
and
eating
dinner
with
plastic
ware
while
getting
dirty
looks
from
employees
is
an
unforgettable
experience.
I
felt
somewhat
bad
for
the
server
as
half
of
the
issues
we
experienced
were
beyond
her
control,
but
she
appeared
unequipped
at
worst
or
under
trained
at
best.
On
a
Saturday
night
at
6:00pm
that
place
was
nearly
empty,
and
that
seamed
curious
at
first
glance.
After
visiting
I
get
it.
Management
needs
replaced
immediately,
or
ownership
needs
involved.
If
ownership
IS
involved,
there’s
no
helping
this
place
and
there’s
just
no
way
it
survives
the
next
few
years.
In
my
40
years
of
life
I’ve
never
had
a
worse
experience
at
a
franchise
establishment.
I
can
not
stress
this
enough,
spend
your
money
anywhere
else.
