    Worst service and food I've ever had at an Applebee's. Two of us went in around 4 on a Wednesday and hardly anyone there but had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated. Ordered food and my husband's came out but not mine. He was nearly through eating when mine came out. It was Salmon and broccoli and it was cold. I ordered cheese sauce to be on the broccoli and it came out with cold shredded cheese on it. Will not eat at that Applebee's again.

    My best friend and I went here for lunch, and our waitress Kelsey was amazing, she checked on us, she made sure we got everything! i got the Whisky Burger and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here!

    I ordered delivery pickup and the food was a solid 3.5. Reasons I took off stars was because there was far too much sauce on the beef. Also the portion size was too small and the meal was very expensive compared to other places I tried. But otherwise taste was good. 👍

    Waited 5 mins to be seated while the place was less than a 1/4 full. Kids weren’t provided crayons to entertain themselves until asked. Waited 15 mins on drinks after being told that they were “out of Oreo shakes”. Vanilla shakes were recommended and agreed to, only to be informed 5 mins later they were also out of that. Had to approach bar from our table for 2nd order of drinks because server never submitted order. Drink was incomplete because bar was out of cherries. Never received silverware and were given plastic ware because “they were doing dishes and out of Silverware - at 7:00pm. Waited 45 mins for food, when arrived 1 order was wrong and another was never submitted to the kitchen. Refills on drinks were never offered. Ticket was distributed incorrectly after waiting another 15 minutes and additional items never ordered were on the receipt erroneously. There were more issues, but these stand out 30 mins after dinner. I mean, the mismanagement and incompetence at this establishment is next level. Spending $125 and eating dinner with plastic ware while getting dirty looks from employees is an unforgettable experience. I felt somewhat bad for the server as half of the issues we experienced were beyond her control, but she appeared unequipped at worst or under trained at best. On a Saturday night at 6:00pm that place was nearly empty, and that seamed curious at first glance. After visiting I get it. Management needs replaced immediately, or ownership needs involved. If ownership IS involved, there’s no helping this place and there’s just no way it survives the next few years. In my 40 years of life I’ve never had a worse experience at a franchise establishment. I can not stress this enough, spend your money anywhere else.

    The food and service are definitely better than they have been in the past. They just need a face lift on the inside ot looks old and outdated. Food was hot and delicious on 2 separate occasions. I would return.

    The hostess was very, very, very unprofessional. A guy who I assume is her love interest was here sitting with her the entire shift. Albeit there’s nothing necessarily wrong with that, but when you’re too distracted with your boyfriend to properly seat guests it becomes an issue. Me and my partner stood at the door for a good two minutes while she was sitting there flirting. We had no idea she worked here until she decided to get up. Food was great though.

    The whole staff smells like weed including the managers the meat is always over cooked and the fried foods are cold in the middle the restaurant is a nasty dirty mess unless they have important people coming then you can tell a difference. They need to have a whole new management.

    Di did a great job as a server but I guess they were short staffed. It took a while to get our meals. We did have a party of 9 so maybe that was a factor. But every dish was delicious. We were visiting from out of town but will remember this restaurant when we visit again in Feb. 2024. I was surprisingly delighted since the Applebee's closed in our area years ago. They still make those delicious wonton tacos! And clean bathroom & sanitizer available

    This restaurant is a decent place to find, but they could use some new management. The workers were sitting at the bar, eating and drinking. I couldn't tell who was on duty and who was not. $1 margaritas had the restaurant packed. There really was no time for workers to sit around. A lady dressed in street clothes appeared to be the manager. She was sitting with the others workers eating. The service was bad, but it was as good as it could have been with more attention paid to the customers.

    It took a little while to get seated. The food was pretty good. However, we ordered the honey bbq boneless wings and got some that were spicy hot instead. We sent them back & finally got what we ordered, but the bite of the spicy hot wing had already upset my stomach some. We were seated beside 2 different noisy tables which made my head hurt.

    There was a 30 minute wait to be seated because the kitchen was backup but it was well worth it because the food was hot and delicious.

    Seriously, we were driving through town & decided to stop here to watch the game. This was the most disfunctional Applebee's I have ever been to in my Life. 1 employee was fighting with another loudly in front of the cyatomers. We watched the Bartender purposely shorting the liquor in drinks, until everyone who ordered liquor switched over to Beer afterwards. We even witnessed 4 drinks brought back & wasted because they were watered down. The appetizer was horrible (like it was thrown together with no care). My chicken quesedilla was pitiful & had almost NO CHEESE. After that, we decided not to waste our money ordering dinner. This place is a mess & the manager looked absolutely terrified to come out of the kitchen until most of the guests & staff had left. He just kept peeking around the corner.

    The food was good. Didnt have to wait too long to get it. Our server was new so she had some mishaps, but we were understanding and she was very attentive. Only bad thing to say is the bathrooms were very disgusting.

    Service was horrible. Very unorganized, staff was running around, didnt even know whats going on. Then I hear them trash talking to each other about being on their phones. You don't do that infront of customers. We ordered appetizers, and then our entrees comes out, we didn't even get utensils for another 5 minutes. Food was horrible also, I ordered the 8oz, but it came out in 2 small pieces. I doubt it was even 8 oz. My guest ordered chicken and shrimp, overcooked chicken, it was harder than a brick. First time coming and last time going. I dont know who trained the staff, but it needs to change.

    They offer Curbside service but we waited 35 minutes and we were the only people parked in the area but nobody never came outside to approach us. I went inside and evening then I still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to go make the food. We received a text stating our food was suppose to be ready at 6pm. We will never come here again.

    Food is average no bang. Was not crowded at 12pm on a Sunday, Service was still awful and short staffed, waitress forgot to place an order because she didn't write it down never gave refills on our drinks wasted a drink didn't clean it up she had an attitude. I could see she was not happy and I would have still tipped her for that very fact but she never came back had to get the manager to bring our ticket and takeoff for the meal we never got which took 20 more minutes. The manager was useless because she only stood around not helping out.

    Not a busy night. We sat in a booth that the cushions were shot and had u sinking to the floor. The server sat us and expected us to order right then and there with out looking at the menu. We ordered our drinks that after 35 mins never came. At that point we hadn’t even seen our server to get water. So we left never receiving a single thing after almost 40 mins.

    I try not to give a bad review unless it truly deserves it. I ordered curbside to go. I arrived about 5 min earlier than when my order was supposed to be ready. After sitting almost 20 min past the pickup time, I went inside. There was a car in front of me, who had been waiting just as long & they went in before I did & were still waiting. Got my order, obviously it was no longer hot because it had been sitting. Waitress said somebody closed out of her screen so she didn't know there was an order. I didn't want them to microwave it or whatever to reheat. I left with my order. Realized on my way home, that I didn't get the blue cheese dressing I asked for or marinara & celery that comes with it. I try to be very patient since I know there is a shortage of employees & supplies. So disappointed, especially for the price!

    Georgia was our waitress and she was amazing. The manager was pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. The chef did a stellar job and the food was absolutely GREAT. The drinks were fantastic and we had an absolute blast.

    My girlfriends and I went for drinks, and unfortunately their blender was broken so almost every drink we asked for couldn't be made. I did end up with a Blue Long Island Ice tea which was pretty good.

    Thank you Matthew for your awesome service.You deserve 5 stars! The meal was tasty kudos to the chef! My concern is this place is long overdue for a renovation. I thought I was falling in a whole as I sat on the booth chair and the carpet is at its limit of trying to hide dirt. To the mangers or food testers sitting in a circle, I don’t know what was happening but it appeared as the employees were being intimidated or bullied. Someone’s also evaluating you.

    Older Applebee's interior was tired and the vinyl chair covers were torn. Food was just average. Long wait time for food not sure why as the restaurant was pretty much empty. Our server kept apologizing for delay. Must have been a problem in the kitchen. She did her best and cannot blame her for the long wait time. The bathroom was pretty disgusting and from the looks of it it had not been cleaned in a while. Pretty sure I will not stop there again.

    This was the absolute worst experience, waited forever to be seated with minimal people there. Was given one menu to share with 3 people, no napkins, waited 10 minutes just to get drinks, food was cold. Several workers spending the whole time smoking cigarettes around the corner instead of working.

    I would give. Five stars but the organization was a bit off. I ordered door dash and had to wait an additional 15 once I got there. I didn't leave home until it was projected that my order was completed. The issue wasn't the food. The issue was that there was barely anyone dining in this establishment and only one person running orders for takeout. There was more waitresses in the building doing nothing. I believed they couldn't pitched in to help but that's just my opinion. I appreciate the young lady who replaced my drink when I told her it was wrong. She kept a nice face and dealt with all of the orders the best she could. I hope they get more organized. I'm pretty sure they all get paid the same per hour.

    Our waiter Daquan was excellent but the place seemed to lack management because it wasn’t very clean and they could only provide plastic utensils. The food was good but hopefully the kitchen was cleaner than the dining room or bathrooms. A simple increase in standards would make this location 5 stars.

    IF ONLY THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE 1ST. Tried to call and make reservations, staff toyed with the lines and we drove over 2 hrs to get there. Made it there at 930pm. Walked in there were less than 10 guests inside. 2 employees were on the floor and when they saw us they rolled their eyes multiple times at us until we asked if we should seat ourselves. Without a greeting they explained why the kitchen was closed and why they couldn't see us. Con: if you answer your phones maybe this could have been prevented. Management needs to be notified. I would rather inform over the phone than deal with hangry customers. We were courteous but left upset, because the phone call could of saved us the hassle. If only they answered the phones

    I never expect much from an Applebee's food because it's always just mediocre, chain restaurant food, but my friend wanted to go. However, I do expect decent service. Our server barely smiled and spoke so monotone that it seemed like he didn't care much about his job. He messed up the sides for my friend's meals. One was ordered to go and he still bought it out on a plate with her meal. Mine didn't even get brought out with everyone else's, and he said it "got lost in the mix". Once mine did come out, the rice was dry.

    Waited 30 min after the app specified for my to go order. A group (6 other customers) were told they were backed up, but I hear this every time I go there. This was my last time. Food was cold, so it had been sitting most likely. At least two staff members thought is was better to stand at someone’s table and talk for 10+ min while we waited.

    I've never had a negative experience at an Applebee's so it's my 'go-to' when I'm on the road don't have time for disappointment. I ate at the bar here last night and had the usual good experience - exactly what I expected! The staff was having fun and doing a good job, so the atmosphere was light and enjoyable! Applebee's is consistent if nothing else, and this restaurant delivered as well!
