Good and secure parking. Large spacious rooms and conference hall though with no sound systems. Not sufficient water for all rooms. Nice reception/receptionist nice restaurants and classy cabaret and nightclub

No lift, makes it tumultuous going up to the G floor. Water too is a problem, I wouldn't blame the hotel though since it's a general problem in Bamenda. I don't know if there's backup generator but if there is, then it wasn't functioning when I was there. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it there because of hospitality and clean environment. The manager is quite jovial and friendly.

Excellent place for vacation with plenty of touristic areas around. Great space for festivities of all sort including a large parking. Short stay and long stays are great in blue pearl. Blue Pearl equally has a night club called Mahjong Nite club

Rooms and baths looks old, staffs don't come to clean your room and change the sheets, when you order food from restaurant to your room, you have to return the dishes as no one comes to collect them. Worst customer service you will ever find out there

December 16th through December 18th 2022 stay. The young man at the reception was exceptional. He has a wonderful personality that is great for the business and I did commend him for that. However, the mattresses could use some upgrade; they could have at least two towels in the rooms. (My driver requested a towel and was never offered one). They could have a working phone; upgrade their TV and internet services. They also could have back up flashlights or lanterns for guests when their power fails, and not leave guests to their own demise. Bathrooms could use some upgrade as well. I do not particularly care for the toilet and shower not having any distinction. Housekeeping could also step up their game and actually clean the rooms, bathrooms, including the mirrors. Most of all, the guests should be able to reach the front desk at all times. I was able to negotiate a discount and received part reimbursement for the two rooms for lack of power that was poorly handled, putting the guests safety at risk. Blue pearl management could use some customer feedback!!!!!!

It's a beautiful place

Old, broken, no internet, no change of bedding, TV has only crtv for a channel. No towels, dirty and torn sheets never changed. Avoid this place. This is my last day to visit. Nasty.
