We had a great time staying at this place. Location and safety was of utmost importance to us and Admiralty definitely gave us all of that and more. I give it a 4 stars cuz the beds in the suits we stayed at 001 could definitely use an update as they are not very comfortable. Also we had a little family come over on one of the days and when we went to the restaurant to get some extra plates they ladies there didn't want to give us all the plates we asked for that 15 plates was too much. But thankfully one of them went and asked I beleive is one of the head people of the place and he was very helpful. He not only told them to give us all that we needed but to also bring it up to our suit for us. For that I really appreciate that extra mile. Fai the guy who helped clean our suit and made sure we were comfortable is just amazing. He is so humble, has an awesome attitude, friendly personality and great customer service skills which is very efficient for any job especially if dealing with the public. We will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommending this apartments to our family & friends. The suits are very convenient with the 2 beds 2 baths, equipped ( living room, TV, wifi , free parking and kitchen which comes w pots, pans, plates, fridge, microwave, stove etc) home away from home is what I will call this place. The place to Be while visiting Bamenda... Location: GRA (Government Residential Area) Bamenda Station is a Well Sort after prime and safe location just 7 mins walk to Governor's Office, 5 min walk to Club 58... Like it!

Moderate place but generally recommendable, need more experienced staffs, high prices. I did an online reservation only to arrive and no reservation was done. Quite frustrating as I had to go in for a more expensive suite without and compensation from the front desk.

The service is not good. The rooms are unkept. The shower heads broken and the stagg see you as a nuissance when you ask fot the service you pay. The mattresses in the beds are hard, old and smelly.

It's basic, nothing luxurious about it but for the location it is OK. It is however too pricey for the standard and services it offers.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of February 2023. The review is based on a double room, as that was the available accommodation for the hotel (booking done on site). Plenty of parking, friendly staff, safe location, and running water (hot water too) Unfortunately, we had poor sleep as the mattress was not firm enough. The next door neighbour could be heard snoring all night. The room was uncomfortably hot, and mosquitoes did not allow us have a peaceful sleep. There was also no mosquito nets. We had a thick duvet as bed covering which added to it being too hot. WiFi did not work and our room had no fridge, a safe deposit or kitchen facilities as advertised. TV quality was also poor with blurry pictures. At 21,000fcfa per night, I think we deserved better.

The place is clean and has hot water which was a must have for me but unfortunately, l was able to use shower just once in my 3 days stay witha very slow flow intensity rate. We constantly did not have running water daily, l bathed late at night, had to collect water in pots and a bucket to store when water mistakenly flows, I had to hot water on the gas and bath from the bucket the old fashioned way. At times the water when it flows, the color was brown. For the bed, my whole body hurt, the mattress was full of springs than cushions, the rooms didn't smell good, l had to spray my perfume in my room until when the cleaning lady came the nexr day and l requested an air refresher which did little good. Given that l paid 60k a two bedroom for services and did not have them available especially water and good shower, it's quite frustrating and disappointing. Has security guards but will recommend they as visitors to state the name of the person and room number they are visiting, for a service personnel called my number and with lack of response, came to my room stating one Mr Patrick is looking for me meanwhile l had no appointment with anyone or even know that person. I was the one to tell the receptionist on informations to collect from a visitor in such an event.
