The place to Be while visiting Bamenda... Location: GRA (Government Residential Area) Bamenda Station is a Well Sort after prime and safe location just 7 mins walk to Governor's Office, 5 min walk to Club 58... Like it!

We had a great time staying at this place. Location and safety was of utmost importance to us and Admiralty definitely gave us all of that and more. I give it a 4 stars cuz the beds in the suits we stayed at 001 could definitely use an update as they are not very comfortable. Also we had a little family come over on one of the days and when we went to the restaurant to get some extra plates they ladies there didn't want to give us all the plates we asked for that 15 plates was too much. But thankfully one of them went and asked I beleive is one of the head people of the place and he was very helpful. He not only told them to give us all that we needed but to also bring it up to our suit for us. For that I really appreciate that extra mile. Fai the guy who helped clean our suit and made sure we were comfortable is just amazing. He is so humble, has an awesome attitude, friendly personality and great customer service skills which is very efficient for any job especially if dealing with the public. We will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommending this apartments to our family & friends. The suits are very convenient with the 2 beds 2 baths, equipped ( living room, TV, wifi , free parking and kitchen which comes w pots, pans, plates, fridge, microwave, stove etc) home away from home is what I will call this place. I loved my stay here, bathroom size was too small, and poor communication skills from the restaurants attendant but still the entire experience was good. I would stay here again

First of all, Bamenda has very limited guests houses , so for that reason I appreciate them for taking that step and then the clean, secured and organized environment

Good hotel up station for your relaxation

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of February 2023. The review is based on a double room, as that was the available accommodation for the hotel (booking done on site). Plenty of parking, friendly staff, safe location, and running water (hot water too) Unfortunately, we had poor sleep as the mattress was not firm enough. The next door neighbour could be heard snoring all night. The room was uncomfortably hot, and mosquitoes did not allow us have a peaceful sleep. There was also no mosquito nets. We had a thick duvet as bed covering which added to it being too hot. WiFi did not work and our room had no fridge, a safe deposit or kitchen facilities as advertised. TV quality was also poor with blurry pictures. At 21,000fcfa per night, I think we deserved better.

Moderate place but generally recommendable, need more experienced staffs, high prices. I did an online reservation only to arrive and no reservation was done. Quite frustrating as I had to go in for a more expensive suite without and compensation from the front desk.

It is located in the secured part of Bamenda, called Up station and it equally has it own internal security system. As far as security is concerned, it is perhaps the one of the most secured places in Bamenda, the regional capital of the restive North West. It explains why most UN agencies working in the North West prefer to lodge their staff in this hotel. The staff are welcoming and it is a relief to see staff in a hotel in Cameroon who are smiling and speak English. However, their towels are not clean. The white towels have become brown and for someone like me who judges the whiteness of bedsheets and towels as my bench marks of cleanliness , it is definitely a minus. There is also no Internet connection at least during my stay. As for the rest, it is worth trying.

The service is not good. The rooms are unkept. The shower heads broken and the stagg see you as a nuissance when you ask fot the service you pay. The mattresses in the beds are hard, old and smelly.

It's basic, nothing luxurious about it but for the location it is OK. It is however too pricey for the standard and services it offers.

Very clean, very secured, well equipped and services by staff top notch. It is a place to visit with no worries. I entreat you to give yourself a treat because it is equally affordable.
