Enough parking places. Very good food quality. You can have citronnelle there. The locks of the rooms are not all functional. Doesn't have free electrical outlet in the room (only one in the toilet) Very limited TV channels (number & image quality) Painting is fading in some rooms and pouring dust on the ground.

This hotel, besides its beautiful building and large compound with trees, a swimming, she has lost its lustre. Although well positioned in Bamenda, the management is horrible. Its lifts, functions according to the epileptic power supply of the town. One good thing, they have a stand-by functioning Generator. As for the negatives, there are many things to point out: some rooms don't have functioning television sets and there is no Internet service. Even though air conditioning is not needed, most of the established or installed ones are bad and have become hideouts for cocroches and other insects. The rooms at the 5th & 6th floor are the only manageable ones. The standard has really fallen perhaps occasioned by the ongoing Anglophone crisis ravaging the two English-speaking Regions of Cameroon. While Ayaba Hotel is in a deplorable state, she unfortunately not the only government run hotel that is bad shape. Itis the same situation with most state owned hotels in Cameroon. The management and staffing are not employed based on competence but on tribal or political grounds.

Secure, calm, old infrastructure and below par service. Clearly needs a face lift if anything

Rooms are neat but have a lot of old dilapidated furniture. The service is great. A great place to go if you want some quiet time

The pool is just gudd... With a swimming instructor present. But for more swim coaching, u will need to take up a swimming course, affordable pricing. There in Ayaba

Though old, this hotel still remains the best because of it's facilities and location

Well, clearly the hotel needs serious refurbishment - from the building itself, to the amenities in the rooms and bath rooms. Warm water is sporadic, shower heads do not flow so well. Then there seems to be a problem with electrical outlets - very far from the bedside and only 1 in the room. The one in my room was hanging out of the wall. I enjoyed the breakfast (on 2 days), had the lunch on 1 day and it was not so good. The hotel has potential - it just needs some refurbishment to have modern amenities.

😐 Its a nice pace. Just unfortunate of ghost town and the Anglophone crisis that has ruptured activities. I like it
