It's a cool and nice travel agency, well located with good architecture and a well equipped area for busses and small vehicles with mini stores, rest rooms toilets and waiting halls. It has good and comfortable busses. Now has a second station of high standard at mile 4

It's always my first choice 🙌. Thier customer service is great and the fact they've got two bus stops at Tongolo and Biamassi makes it more convenient for some of us who leave Bamenda to Yaoundé to areas like Etudi . This is what makes Amour mezam unique.

Non respect du programme des voyageurs. J'ai emprunter le bus pour le trajet bamenda-douala. Le bus a decoller a 11h30 environ et c'est a 22h30 que nous sommes arriver a l'agence de Douala bepanda et non seulement le chauffeur nous ont transformer en passager de taxi de ville( il s'arrêtait chaque 2km pour faire du ramassage) au final je n'ai pas trouver d'être aller payer mon billet dans cet agence. J'aurais du rester en route et faire du stop comme la plupart de gens que j'ai vu

Not to secure. Bad experiences of harassment in that area. The agency is quite good for travels but the area is surrounded by thieves. It will be best to visit during the day.

The worst agency I have ever seen in the whole of Cameroon. I think most people have no choice that's why they use this agency. Poor customer service in all their branches and arrogancy is another order of the day. They look at people as non humans. Make God really punish some people for the way weeh they treat others.

Amour mezam is an everage travel agency, but considering it's longevity in service it should have offered better. The comfort is not just a priority from my perspective. I think they can actually do better.

A nice agency to travel but the workers are the problem. Dispite the money to pay to travel, Passengers are still force to pay for any small bag you carry. At times you pay for your loads more than your seat transport

Cool update on online seat reservations. I always hated having to go to the park, buy a ticket, go back home and pack before I could travel. Now I just purchase my ticket using the mobile app. Too bad it's only available for VIP buses though.

An agency who has no satisfying protocol nor do they treat/address customers properly. You pay a VIP bus ticket for 7000 Frs and it becomes a taxi on the road (picking up people every and anywhere), spoiling here and there. They just rough handle passengers bags at the suite carelessly (I have had to spend a lot on buying traveling bags just because of the madness of this so called motor boys or who ever packs the bags); even asking people to pay to for their bags on top of that 💔. I’ve been using this agency for more than 20years and the only thing I like about it is how well the drivers maneuver their vehicles. In all what I have said, I still like the company(probably because I have never tried any other agency leaving Yde to Bda and vice versa) and will continue to use it, hoping they treat passengers carefully and make admirable changes.
